My hunsband just toke my cat for a nail trim and they just used the excuse for charge for a appoint and double shot my cat with the rabies shot. Even after call Centennial hills animal hospital for my cats vacine update. The grid of charge for more service will make me never step my feet inside this office anymore and if my cat gets sick wait for be sued over it. Because over the phone I keep telling that the cat was with his shot up to date and even like this they did it. My poor cat ???????? Next time that someone have the same problem simply don’t do it!!!!

We had 2 of our hounds in for a dental and a growth removal on our senior. Dr. Dominguez called and discussed everything on each of the girls. The price was well below the estimate and they had more to do then the original quote. My senior hound has always been apprehensive of vets...but not here...they ran in and left me like a happy kindergartener on the second day of school. Watching Dr. Dominguez with my girls and how professional the staff was...as long as we are in this area....Red Rock Animal Hospital is our vets. By the way, we live in Pahrump and have tried vets from here to Las Vegas...these guys are the best.

Dr. Jacklyn Wolinski is the best Veterinarian I’ve ever met. She diagnosed my dog and prescribed meds for his allergies that actually helped! I’ve spend hundreds of $ and have seen multiple vets in Las Vegas whom simply didn’t know what they’re doing. So grateful to Dr. Wolinski for my fur baby is not itching anymore and his skin is no longer inflamed! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable Vet - look no further! Highly recommend!

We brought our cat in and had a fantastic experience. The Vet was very knowledgeable and very professional.

I just brought in my dog for a well annual check up. I spent 5 minutes total in their office. No one introduced themselves to me. They took my dog into the "treatment room" for his exam, shots and tests. The doctor, Michelle Dominguez, dropped by for <60 seconds to tell me he looked fine. Then someone came in to collect payment, $166. What a racquet. I have to way to judge if this vet is experienced, knowledgeable or trustworthy. I won't be going back again.

Red Rock Animal Hospital. I had an problem with LIZ customer service manager the one that “runs the show “ her words. I like Dr Domingues but LIZ needs customer service training.My 14 year old dog had some BLOOD coming out of his rear end on Sunday morning from either some pain meds or antibiotics that were prescribed. I called on Sunday. The voicemail says they are open but they are actually closed. I left a message asking to get a call back but I did not receive one. I had to call at 3:30 because no one had called back. Liz implied I should have known they were close but I said your voicemail says differently. I told her to have my vet call me since I did not get a call Monday morning. I expect someone to call since I did say some blood was coming out of his rear end. LIZ told me she would have the Dr call me. Tuesday morning I missed the call and called back. Liz says “oh you missed her call well I will have to leave her ANOTHER message and you both can play phone tag” like it was so hard to leave a message. I ended up just going down there to just talk with my vet but when I told LIZ who I was and I did not want to play phone tag and wanted to talk with my vet she says the vet was busy and I could not talk with her. I could see her in the other room and I said she is right there. LIZ got some power trip and said no you not talking to her and you need to leave. Well that did not sit well with me and more words were said. All LIZ had to say was let me see if the DR had a few minutes to talk but no she insisted we need to leave. You can read more about it on Yelp. Liz can use some customer service training. This is a animal hospital where you should have some compassion when important issues are happening.

I like this clinic. The vets all appear really competent. My dog has seen numerous veterinarians, and the vets at this clinic seem to have the best grasp of her condition. I wish the costs were lower, but the cost of veterinary medicine is high everywhere.

I live in Henderson and drive our 80 pound pup all the way out to Red Rock Animal Hospital. My experience always feels personalized and never feels rushed. Dr. Dominguez and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, personable, and truly care about me and my pet. Definitely worth the drive every single time.

Dr. D is the absolute best! I have a medically complex schnauzer that is a vets worst nightmare, but Dr. D has increased her quality of life and added (in my opinion) years to her life. I have made many mistakes in the past at the guidance of previous vets, but ever since we started seeing Dr. D, Zoey has been doing so well and has been medically managed as well as possible. Dr. D always takes her time with us and makes sure to give Zoey love every time she sees her. She also does her best to help us make the right decision considering our budget and family dynamic, not just what she thinks would be best. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

My pets have been going to West Flamingo Animal Hospital for more than 25 years. I was so happy to learn that they opened a second location near the 215 and Charleston. My first impression as I entered the clinic is Bravo! What an amazing place! They have taken the time to create a veterinary clinic to go to the next dimension in modern convenience and comfort for ones pet, and most important the latest technology in veterinary care. I have been taking my two yorkies to West Flamingo Animal hospital for 10+ years and I am so happy they now have a location that is close to me in Summerlin. I recently stopped by Red Rock Animal Hospital to check out the new facility and I was greeted at the door by the friendly staff who took me on a tour! This place is beautiful and high-tech, it definetely exceeded my expectations. I was also thrilled to learn that the support staff, techs, and office staff are all from West Flamingo. They are always so friendly, compassionate, and extremely competent. I have seen several veterinarian's at West Flamingo and although they are all wonderful my primary is Dr. Yach. He is an exceptional veterinarian who exhibits a passion for what he does that he examplifies through his engaging "bedside" manner. My two girls always get so excited when he walks through the door. He is always very thourough when explaining things and gives me all options even if the alternative does not serve him. My girls love him and I trust him completely. I highly recommend Red Rock Animal Hospital!
