Dr Cortez is great...she always returns your calls by end of day. The front office staff is effective. Its a bit pricey but u get what u pay for.

Dr. Versand and the Rainbow Animal Hospital staff have consistently provided first-rate care to Rebecca over the past seven years. Always professional and caring.

Been going here for over 7 years and can't imagine trusting anyone other than Dr Vensand with our dog. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he treats. He has gone above and beyond so many times for us. We will never forget it. The office staff has also always been great to us.

Had to wait for almost two hours inside the room and my dog wasn’t even thoroughly checked, just diagnosed him with coughing which is what we had told the vet.

I have been a client of Rainbow Hospital since 1995. There is no questioning thier quality of care. They are the best in thier field.

Dr. Vensand was recommended to me before the Pandemic hit. They weren't taking new patients at that time. I went to another well rated Vet. #1 they were a lot more expensive. They read conditions to me from a screen. I already googled and read this information before my visit. Everything needed a test. I was sooo happy when I could see Dr. Vensand at Rainbow Hospital with my adopted Chihuahua, my child. Dr. Vensand explains everything and clearly, making sure you don't have any questions when you leave. My little girl needed eight teeth pulled. Dr. Vensand showed me the x-rays. I knew exactly what needed done for her. I can't even explain how thankful I am to have him for Nina's Vet. She is 4 1/2 and I know for years to come she will be getting the very best care.

Rainbow animal hospital is truly the best. They are one of the few vet offices I have been to where I don’t feel like they are trying to up-sell me on everything. They take a common sense approach and make suggestions that benefit my pets but also keep in mind the costs. Their vets and technicians are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I am so grateful I have found them and will continue to seek their advice and care for my pets. I highly recommend them- I think I have seen all the vets at one time or another and all have been fantastic.

I've been taking my pets here for 25 years. Awesome staff. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with them. These are all of them over the years. George, Josie, Jamie, Sophie, Emma and Tilly.

My friend has been going there for about 27 years. She's very happy with their services. The lobby is open w mask requirements as well as curbside service. Free dog leashes w their information on them which is nice. They're not open 24/7. Place is clean and efficient.

Great, Friendly Office Staff, Amazing, Knowledgeable and Caring Veterinarians, very clean facilities. I was worried about my Puppy and the Vets explained everything going on, left me feeling reasurred that my Puppy would be feeling better. They were right,! Worse customer service. My dog was having anxiety problems. Called to see if I need to bring him in. The vet was to call me back. NEVER CALLED BACJ. I called 3 times in 2 weeks and couldn’t get any vet to call me back. So I called another vet and booked an appointment with Mauser clinic. So I called to get his records. Called 3 times. The last time the receptionist said she would immediately send me via email as soon as we hang up. NOTHING!!!! These people don’t care about your pet. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!’n HORRIBLE PEOPLE

I wish they took care of their appointments in time, Everytime I make and appointment I still have to wait and hour to see someone. if you tell someone 12 maybe do it at 12 not at 1pm

Dr. Patton and his assistant are AMAZING!!! We have been with RAH for over 27 years and tell all our fur parents to go there.

I have been taking my fur babies to RAH since 2013, and they have always been so kind! We have a finicky pup with major anxiety issues, and though he can be QUITE a handful at times, we've never been made to feel like bad parents due to something that is beyond our control. Though the wait times can be a bit long and my impatience can get the best of me, the moment we interact with the vet, technicians, or front desk staff (shout-out to one of my faves, Deonna!) all is well due to the genuine care they always show. This particular review is because of a recent visit my sweetest little babygirl Foxie had. She had to get a bandage on her hind paw replaced, and to my utter surprise, one of the techs, Annie, made it bright and colorful with the cutest little hand drawn flowers! That loving little touch is what will make us miss this clinic now that we're moving out of state. Thank you, Rainbow Animal Hospital, for setting the bar!

Excellent experience. A lot of Veterinarians rack up the charges. That doesnt happen here. Straight forward and honesty are what to expect.

The veterinary here is top-notch and also she doesn't overcharge she's honest and that means the world she's our veterinarian for life

This place used to be the best animal hospital but ever since prove it the staff is not the same their prices got ridiculous in the Not friendly like they used to be

We’re new to the area and we hadn’t established a local vet when our dog stopped eating. Rainbow got us in the next day and did a thorough job examining her. Dr Cortez was so kind and courteous, and she took the time to explain her assessment. One week later and our Labrador Retriever seems to be bouncing back. I’m forever grateful to the staff at Rainbow Animal Hospital.

Looking for an excellent, kind, compassionate vet for your pet? Look no further than Rainbow Animal Hospital and Dr. Patton. He helped me through 2 losses with gentleness, kindness and caring. One of my little ones was a stray that was half dead when I found her on the street. With his care she survived. He thought she might have about 6 months to live because life on the street did a lot of damage to her health. With his care she lived for 18 months and when she passed she knew she was loved. The first part of her life might have been horrendous, but with quality care he gave made the last part happy. He now takes care of my current baby and I trust him completely to keep him healthy. I wouldn't even consider changing vets. I don't want to neglect mentioning the support staff. They too are exceptional. I always feel that my fur baby is as important to them as he is to me! THANK ALL OF YOU!!!!

Very helpful in determining and explaining aging senior issues

My little girl Jillian, a 17 year old Calico, passed away on March 26 2021. I brought her to the Rainbow Animal Hospital. I had talked with them a few times and they were so loving, kind and understanding especially when she passed.

I have been taking my new puppy Noctis here since I got him because of my friend's recommendations and I have not been disappointed. Friendly, informative and caring staff

My dog is sick since two days know and when i called this morning they offered me an appointment on the 02/18 (on week from now). When I told the lady on the phone that it's kind of an emergency they said that they cannot see my dog before a week ! She didn't refer me out to an emergency animal hospital she just offered me one option : To wait ! My dog is not a new patient for this doctor and he's doing is 6 months check up with Rainbow Animal Hospital... I am sorry but for me a vet has to be able to see my dog when is healthy but also when is sick !!!
