They know they’re stuff and my pets love the care they receive they get excited to go.

I have only been there once but I trust the rescues I work with when they say 3 dogs have died since July 2021 with no answers as to WHY.

My experience has been that dogs don’t get treated with the utmost amount of love here.. instead they get abused & beat to death literally. If you would ever put your hands on a dog, you shouldn’t be allowed to own them. Not to mention they just got an LLC on Dec, 30 2021. So they’ve been operating under false pretenses anyway.. sad state of affairs

I have a Shih Tzu/ Maltise. Let's just start there. I took him in on Monday 10/22/21. I asked them for a full groom with a teddy bear face and NOT TO CUT HIM TOO LOW. When I picked him up he looked like a Chihuahua ❗❗❗ If it wasn't for my dog runny towards me I would have never recognized him. Once we got home mydog started acting differently. He's shivering, doesn't answer to his name,Acts timid and looks depressed. Idk what they did to my dog but I am highly upset and now I have to get my dog back on the right track. He won't even go outside to use the bathroom because he has NO FUR AND IS FREEZING ❗Before and after pics ????????

I did a working interview for 3 hours but I never received any response from the owner of this business . I think if you have a position opening advertised, you should respond to all applicants to allow them to pursue other employment options or prepare to start working. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. She worked with me. She is a good worker. I have not been a boarding or grooming client of this business to give an honest review of services offered.

Great Staff. You know they for sure work very hard... I wish I could buy some land and save ALL the animals here, Help and Bless them there. Please donate and volunteer....

Didn't like it first thing I heard when I'm about to leave,, the guy yelling at my dog last time I take him here ???? when I went to go pick up my dog I heard the guy who grooms the dogs has no patience for the dogs he was yelling at one of the dogs horrible no professionalism horrible customer service

Very caring staff and convenient accessible business! The boarding fee is very reasonable. My dogs seem to enjoy their stay. I will definitely board my girls with them for every trip!????

NEVER GO to this place!!!! They are horrible and have no clue what they are doing. If you’re coming to get your dog shaved this is the place for you but if you’re coming to get your dog groomed don’t waste your money!!! They only know how to shave your pet but grooming a long hair dog is beyond their realm and your dog will be shaved without your consent. They cost way more than anyone else for the crappiest grooming service we have ever had. They are super unsanitary and stink of urine when you walk in which should be a huge red flag !!they make you pay before you see your dog, another huge flag and if you don’t like their services they won’t refund you. All in all bad service from a shady business. Remember they cost more than everyone else so please don’t waste your time it isn’t worth $5!!! This is a maltipoo and this is how she looked when she came out..her brother looks worse. They charged me $105 to shave off all my dogs carefully grown out hair. Horrible horrible place

They mess up my dog when they was deshedded him..then they try to change me an extra 20on top... Then they want to tell u not to come back so I would deal with them

When you implement new rules/policies you should notify your repeat longstanding customers before or at the time the decisions are made, they shouldn't have to find out by accident.

our family is very happy with the service they give to my dogs They are always delivered to me in good condition, well bathed and fed and now let's be clear on this, look for a quality service and cheap they are the best to finish my german shepherds adore the whole team of pawzazz sitter Thank you guys atte Fam. Please use caution leaving your animals in their care. Show up unexpected and ask to walk the facility, you will be denied. Please advocate for your animals and make sure you follow up. This goes for any and all facilities you entrust your beloved animals. Thank you ????????

They were friendly and very good with our two dogs. Our German shepherd never been groomed by professionals she did good. Our other dog which is a corgy gave them trouble but they handled her good. Very pleased with them. I will be going back to them

Daughter's cat won't allow me to groom her, fur always knotted. They do a wonderful job and cat is not freaked out.

They do not answer the phone. Trying to call to confirm my appointment today and I get a busy signal followed by getting hung up on. Pass on this one. If you want professionalism, you won't find it here.

This is my first experience with pet services and reviews however, I will still be honest. My pet Chorkie had a weird temperament when I picked her up. I don't know exactly what that means I just didn't like it.

Trying to buy a pet from these people was honestly the worse and most disorganized process we've seen. First of all, one of the workers told us that they keep the dogs in a dark room in cages except for when they take the dogs for walks. The dog we were looking to adopt was covered in scabs, and had anxiety from being alone for so long in that room, and apparently a dog's medical info isn't important to them, cause they don't keep it on file, and the person we were working with was never able to find it. we had to get it from the second person we worked with, and after meeting him, he agreed to us adopting the dog, but he had us reschedule, cause apparently they also don't keep the adoption paperwork work there. We went and bought all the supplies (300$) to take care of her specifically (special needs dog), and asked to move our appointment to 4 days after that second meeting, so that we could have time to set her up as an emotional support animal (200$). They then allowed someone else to adopt the dog that they said was ours, and now, we don't get our dog, and lost 500$ for no reason.

I love pawzazz that is the only place my pup will behave at lol and they take such great care of her

Awesome. Great customer service and they treated my dogs like they were angels.
