Northwest Pet Hospital Las Vegas, Nevada

I’ve never had issues with anything at this hospital. Everyone has always been very nice with my dog and always willing to answer any questions I have. They also never seem to be over booked and take the time to be with each pet.

Love that we I take my dog in they treat him like he is their own!

Very nice! The staff and Dr.Francher explained everything in a way I could understand when I took my dog in for an eye exam. Also made sure that I was comfortable with the estimate and plan for what was going to happen before doing anything.

We have taken our animals to this Vet for 12 years. Not even close to the same. All I needed was a call back. Left 3 messages.

My big dog Dumas had bad experiences with our previous vet. He needed his nailes cut and he refused to allow the staff to touch his feet. The staff was nice enough to tell me to bring him in often to acclimate him to their office and get used to a muzzle. They gave him lots of attention and many treats, he was allowed to run the area and totally enjoys himself. He no longer fears the vet's office and gets excited when i bring out his muzzle. Dr Taylor Francher has been extreamly helpful in helping Dumas get over his anxiety about his feet handling. I want to thank all the staff and Dr Francher for all their attention, it is most appriciated by us both!

Clean facility, receptionists(2) very helpful, good customer service, Doctor that saw my dog that day very knowledgeable, open mind,, gave lots of suggestions, she was to the point, took her time to explain all my concerns. Reasonable prices for what I want it. Definitely I will go back there

If there was a no star that's what I would give them. I didn't feel comfortable being there. I had a couple of concerns and I didn't appreciate the response I received back. Update went in Oct 2021. Very very bad experience again. I will continue my review I have a lot to say about this place.

Great service and care for little 4 yr old shihtzu. I had the experience of meeting both veterinarians Dr. Collins and Dr. Watson. They were both great. Thanks to them my lil guy is doing well and better . If I need to again I will return to see them .

My dog recently had a pretty bad ear infection and the regular vet he goes to was booked up until a week out. I called Northwest Pet Hospital and they were able to get him in within 2 days and even waived the consultation fee for me being a new client. The staff were very friendly and professional, and treated my dog very well. The office was very clean with beautiful artwork of animals everywhere. I was shocked that the price for the medication plus the labs to see what kind of infection he had was so affordable. In the past when I had taken him to his regular vet for an ear infection, I was charged a lot more. They even called and texted the next day to see how the medication was working out, and how my dog was doing, which I thought was amazing. I will definitely be going back there in the future!

The Dr's here are experienced and the customer service is excellent.

So glad we found Dr Watson. She truly seems to love her job. She is friendly, honest and down to earth.

Last night I saw Cindee split her tooth. Still hanging on by the gums. She has been shaking and in pain all night. I call my vet clinic Northwest Veterinarian Hospital who I have gone to for over 20 yrs. My parents went there when I was in highschool. First I spend 30 min trying to get ahold of them. The phone number doesn't work I keep getting forwarded to another office. They tell me to try and email. Then I finally do they say bring her at 2:20, I rearrange 2 clients and race home get her. Call them to tell them I'm 10 min late. I walk in at 2:32, she says they can't see me. Cindee is shaking in my arms and the vet will not see me at all. I am in shock. The receptionist couldn't care less!! So disappointed! This was outrageous customer service! Northwest Veterinarian Hospital just lost a customer.

The app is easy to use for making appointments and communicating with the clinic. The staff was courteous and professional. Good follow up after our visit. Overall a great experience.

Excellent customer service,very friendly staff and the vet was very thorough. Prices were reasonable; but I'd pay about anything for our fur babies! Thanks for the great staff and service!

If I could hurt dr. Collins I would, I hardly consider him a doctor. My lovely babies organs were failing and he never said a word . Made us spend 190 for medicine and never said anything about her condition not even a diagnosis. She died yesterday and I took her little body to another vet closer and they were astonished that no one told us anything. We saw him Friday and Wednesday she was dead. I hope you face judgement

I love this veterinary clinic and so does Miley. The staff is very friendly and compassionate.

Scammers! They scammed me for vaccines i didn't request or authorize. I told them what I wanted over the phone when scheduling the appointment and said my friend would be bringing in some rescue puppies and I only wanted the parvo/distemper and dewormer. Unknown to my friend who brought them in they decided to bait and switch and give them bordatella as well to charge us more! Absolutely awful people!!!!
