What a wonderful place this is! I went there to make donations of unopened and unused medications from our departed kitty as they were the only place in LV who would accept it and wanted it. I also brought them a carload of blankets, towels and food and will make the trip up there again for donations and to do our next adoption. The facility was clean and the staff and clients were friendly, helpful and grateful.

I have nothing good to say about this place!! I was helping a friend out this morning who is disabled. I got up at 6 o’clock in the morning drove all the way from Henderson to pick him up in downtown Las Vegas and then drove to North Las Vegas and at that moment they told us that they weren’t going to do her spay procedure and that they had canceled all the appointments… as I’m standing there talking to them you could see all these other people pulling up for their appointments so they didn’t cancel any appointments. They wasted my time and gas. I asked why they didn’t cancel and they said they did but we never got the call. Not cool not professional not reliable and very irresponsible on their part. I’m just trying to help my friend who is struggling and needs this pet for emotional support and I just lost my money and time…

Had an appointment, traveled across the valley 45 minutes ride, morning construction traffic when they opened I went to the door to find out all surgeries were cancelled and I was now on a waiting list. No phone call or message of any kind. Very unprofessional!

Good low prices for vaccines and other services. I like they have two waiting rooms for cats and dogs. They treated my cat with good care.

I hear many great things about hearts village. Unfortunately i've learned it is all hype. My dog is throwing up and im very concerned. Apparently they are not since he cant be seen till february at the earliest

Had an appointment for the morning. Sat for about an hour in a mostly empty lobby with my kitten. I was there for the mandatory vaccine they cry about when you adopt a young kitten. Maybe they're just too busy to keep up with appointments today, so i just left. I recommend finding a better vet facility, I was able to get the vaccine as a walk-in a mile away after leaving. Took me 30 mins to fill out paperwork, get called up, have a quick chat with the vet, pay the fee and be on my way. I'll gladly pay for a business that respects my time.

Amazing staff and amazing doctors. Everyone is very passionate and focused about offering the best service. Highly recommend. The best part is that they're a non-profit and have many resources to help out all kinds of income based homes.

I took a dog there because the Owners of the dog left her with me. Well I'm animal person and don't like to see animals mistreated. I took the dogs for her 1st set of shots and to get nails cut. She did GREAT and they don't believe on mapping muzzles on a animal. Stress Free Veterinarian and they were great.

Had my cat, Luna, spayed here. The clinic is clean and really nice inside. The team/staff is friendly and professional. The surgery was quick and done wonderfully with no complications. Highly recommend this clinic and don't forget to check out their adoptions as well at their adoption location and store!!!

Vet was super caring when we took our foster dog in for neutering. Very reasonable price. Drop off and pick up was super easy.

Super friendly and always fast!! Nobody wants to spend a bunch of time waiting and I've never had to wait long at all here. It also helps that everyone I've come into contact with has been extremely nice!
