Took my brother's cat to get groomed for the first time since adoption and they were amazing! They were friendly on the phone and even friendlier in person. The owner's wife (i forgot your name! Sorry) was super professional and did a wonderful job on his cat. ????

I used to come here regularly with my beagle before she passed away 3 years ago. Now that I have 2 new dogs, I brought my Chihuahua here to get a nail trim. I was literally able to make my appointment while I was on the way and there was no wait. Everyone working here was super friendly. The young man who trimmed her literally held her while I went next door to get cash to pay because she will Shake if you put her down when it's cold. We will definitely be back.

Took my cocker spaniel Xena in for a summer cut and it came out really good. They even took out some mats that were in her ears

Here is the problem: you ask for a bath and it cost $40. Our dog is less than 7 lbs, not matted or needing more than a quick bath and tidy. Carl, the owner, was disrespectful and was rude to my wife. He hung up on her when she questioned why it cost so much.

I scheduled my appointment on Tuesday for Thursday 11am. I called the next day to see if they will still be open they said “yes, we will still be open and you are still scheduled” and I said okay cool, great. Before leaving the house Thursday morning, I called again and Carl answered. I confirmed my appointment and to see if they are still open. Carl responded with yes they are still open and that my appointment at 11am with Leslie was still a go. So great, I drove 30 miles to drop off my dog. They’re doing a curb side service so I called for them to come pick up my dog. Carl comes out of the store and says “sorry we are fully booked today we are not able to do your dog”, I then explained to him that I had scheduled an appointment since Tuesday and I had called every day leading up to Thursday to make sure they still have my appointment and to make sure they are still open. Even Thursday morning, before I drove across town, I called Carl. I am very disappointed. I understand that they are short staff since he did explain that to me, in person. What I didn’t understand was, why couldn’t he cancel my appointment when I called, why did he let me drive across town just to tell me they are fully booked even though I had scheduled an appointment. With everything going on with this virus, I understand businesses closing, people not wanting to come to work, but the staff of this place should also understand that people get laid off, we don’t have extra time and gas money to waste. If there is important information you need to tell your customer, please let us know over the phone. Don’t let us waste time and money for nothing. Thank you.

Extremely friendly and professional service. I love taking my dog here to get bathed and deshedded. Usually our pup has trouble with skin irritation after the bath but that has never happened here!

It was our first time w/A Bark Place and they did not disappoint! The male owner groomed my bernedoodle & patiently worked with me to better decide what cuts would best fit our active lifestyle. He helped me to decide what differing lengths I might want for my dog in the various regions of the body and it was both an informative and pleasant experience. He was jolly and goofy and just so damn sweet! My pup came out of that appointment with the cutest style to date! My pup is prone to chronic ear infections and they respected my wishes to carefully fill his ears with cotton balls and keep moisture out. Honestly, no request was too difficult for them and everything was honored. Such a joy to work with. Moss & I have adopted this local business as our dedicated grooming spot now. After dealing with locations harming my dog (Petsmart), denying him due to his medical condition (PetCo), and high prices (Centennial Hills Animal Hospital), my wife and I finally found a place for our dog, Little Bit, to get his hair cut and be groomed. The people there genuinely love dogs and they have a record for him so they always know his length.

I started taking my male Shih Tzu to Bark Place about 1 1/2 yrs ago since it was close to my home. I never had any complains and he always looked really cute. However, in January I took my Shih Tzu and my new female Yorkie Apso and it was horrible. I instructed girl at check in NOT to cut her hair or shave her and only clean up her face. I was horrified when I picked up my babies and when they brought them out to me, I thought they brought me someone else’s dog! Then my baby girl smiled at me and I realized they had butchered her hair completely! No one would take responsibility as I said to them that she was only there to have her face cleaned up. Everyone acknowledged that they knew I had said that but they blamed a woman (I believe named Linda) that never said a word. No apology or anything. All they did was refund the $50 they had charged me for her cut. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place! See before and after photos.

We have taken our toy poodle here for great haircuts for several years. She typically gets a haircut every 4 to 5 weeks. Christine has done a great job giving her haircuts and putting a ribbon on each ear. When Christine is not available, other people at this location give excellent haircuts. We have always been very satisfied with haircuts from Bark Place.

They are truly amazing!! They handle my dog with care, are very affordable, and do an outstanding job!!!
