Great employees. The bath was nice, but my dog was wondering when it would be his turn.

The staff was great this afternoon went in there to get my puppy adoption kit. I was blown away by the package, it was not a small little sample package; it was full size products! The staff was very knowledgeable and Scout my puppy got lots of love and treats while there. I'll be back.

Baths were booked online. the tub was clean and available when we arrived. Everything was great!

Come here once a week to get treats for my cat and they will give sample foods for pets if you are unsure if they will like it or not. Not much on cat treats since they must be harder to make. But they do have individual trays for both cats and dogs.

I stopped here for my first time the other day and I was so impressed! I definitely left with too many cute holiday treats and toys. The staff was wonderful and I was so happy they had many dog (and cat) food choices

We used the self spot wash for our dog, today. Our dog is nervous around other dogs, so they allowed us to go in thru the back door to avoid anyone in the store. They have individual rooms for the pet wash and it was great. I would highly recommend this!????

I absolutely love The Green Spot! Their staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They’re constantly getting in new and fun products. The store is always especially clean, organized and their merchandising is on point. They offer great frequent buyer programs as well.

One of the best pet stores in the Metro. Staff is always super helpful and kind. And the toys for dogs there last and are not too expensive.

Just started going there on a recommendation from a friend. They are very helpful with both my dog and cat. So far the dog and cat are eating better and in the long run seem to be more active and more playful. I recommend them to anyone on anything!!! Thanks a bunch for all the staff they have.

Absolutely the worst experience possible! Their website said that they had a product in. I drove 15 miles to get it, and not in stock. Okay, I should have called. But they are small and locally owned, so their inventory should be up to date, right? I found out they'll say in stock if their warehouse has it. ????????‍♀️???????? Then their special was Lotus Food BOGO. Okay, but they only had one bag of the food I needed. So, I had to miss out on that. They claimed they stock their products nightly. Perhaps, but they always only had one bag of that particular flavor when I went in before. I go to their competitor and they have the food I need and the BOGO also. So, I returned my bag to this store. Easy, right? Wrong! Store credit and paid for it that way. They couldn't get the ticket to pull up. There must be a delay in the system. So, I couldn't return it or get my money back. So, I drove 15 miles for nothing and then they couldn't even have their system update within 30 minutes of a purchase? Wow. Worst part? None of their employees knew how to get around it, nor could they just issue a cash refund and leave a note for accounting! Now, I'm out the money and they claim they will have accounting mail me a check. We'll see if that happens. I love supporting local, but I won't be returning to this store. I'll be going to their competitor from now on. Not only is it cheaper, they have their act together. Disappointed is a huge under statement from how I feel.

I have a 3 year old husky that after quarantine got a little bit more of anxiety. I usually take her some where else to get groomed but saw the green spot just opened their own self serve baths for your dog and wanted to support business! Jalyne greeted us and showed us the works and was simply amazing. After we where finished and I behind to check out I went to front desk where I waited on an older lady to assist me, I believe her name is sukie? Short spiked hair with some blonde. At this point You could tell me husky was struggling and sukie was just having a lengthy conversation with another lady there which if Luna wasn’t struggling I completely wouldn’t mind but I wasn’t even acknowledged in line. Thankfully jalyne who originally greeted me and set me up was able to also check me out! Thank you jalyne!

Green Spot had the healthiest dog food....plus they carry frozen goats milk good for doggy allergies.....staff very friendly...even offer to carry things to my car.

I absolutely love the green spot. I always enjoyed seeing their little pug employee in the bed waiting for all the customers to give lovins. I was sorry to hear that they passed away. They have a variety of toys. And dog accessories. As well as lots of dog goodies. I will continue to shop here.

They have some great natural products. Our dog has a sensitive stomach for bones, so we got excited a out the beef cheek bones being good for dogs like that. He LOVES them and has had no issues digesting them! Plus, cute dog cookies for special occasions.

Wonder staff and responsible products

I just started a puppy class and The Green Spot was recommended. I created my list of things needed and drove across town. We were greeted and I told the rep the first thing on my list: a treat pouch. She seemed confused where they were and said she'd go back and ask someone--15 minutes later, she had still not returned. But she did have time to talk to other people. We were never greeted again and the other reps were also talking to others or checking people out. I understand in today's environment, stores don't always have enough customer service people to help. But we actually talked to one and were then ignored. We left. Disappointed. Maybe this is a good store for "regulars" but not new customers with puppies who need help.

We have had a great experience with both staff and products at The Green Spot! Multiple times I have gone in looking for advice and recommendations for my senior and/or foster dogs and their suggestions have all been well received by our pups -- Highly recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE going to the green spot. Everyone there is so nice, gives good information, and very helpful. My girl is VERY picky and they have helped me with samples and new food ideas for her ❤ 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to support a small business.

Best place in town for all your dog and cat foods and supplies!

I came in for cat food....however there is very little cat product to speak of. It's wonderful that there is so much for dogs, but I have the best cats too!! Perhaps the name needs to be changed to the 'The Green Spot for Dogs'. I was in the store shopping for quite some time, but not one person asked if I needed help. Perhaps it's because I was in the cat section. Shame on your customer service, which was virtually nonexistent. This store was never like this before. Everyone used to be so friendly and helpful. WOW, going downhill fast!!!

Our favorite place to shop for our pets. We live further but make it a point to drive just because they carry such a wide selection of treats and food for our dogs. Their cat selections are pretty good too! Our go to place in Omaha for our babies :)

The Green Spot has a wonderful program where if you take your animal’s adoption papers in, they give you a selection of free things! Staff are friendly and very helpful. They care about the well-being of your pet and have a great selection of products.

Fantastic place my dogs love it there till they realize that they are getting a bath then they act like they are being abused.

Friendly service and great products!

My husband and I visited yesterday for the first time (even though we've been wanting to check it out forever)! We absolutely loved everything about it. The staff working were very kind and helpful and even suggested a type of treat for our senior dog Bosley since she doesn't have all her teeth! We also got Bosley a birthday cake since she'll be 13 on Wednesday, August 11th. Such an awesome place and love how much they celebrate dogs!

This place is amazing. My dogs love everything I get from this place. This place has so much variety and supplies, it is better than petco.
