We're very grateful for Gentle Doctor. We were referred to them for our dog, who was diagnosed with cancer. The entire team was professional with clear communication and so much compassion and care.

Took the family pet in for some problems. The treatment they prescribed is working very well. They were professional and nice.

There is no other veterinarian clinic in Omaha or surrounding area who has Dr.Bashara And his associates. I would have them take care of me if I could.

The staff were very Lind and attentive and supportive during one of the most sad and difficult days of our lives. Truly could not have asked for a better vet and team to be by our side!

While I know that being 13 minutes late is completely my fault, as I’m adjusting to having a brand new puppy that I adopted not even 3 days ago and I’m also still working. I was shocked that they charge a $15 late fee. That would have been fine had the receptionist not been so rude, so while waiting for the vet to see my pup I called a vet my friend recommended to see if they allowed for grace period and if they charged a late fee, they did not. I left my appointment and scheduled with the other vet.

I've been taking my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel here for years. They have amazing customer service, the vets are very thorough, and they always humor me with my plethora of questions as a first time dog owner. I highly recommend Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital.

They took excellent care of Lady when she had surgery and through her recovery. They taken excellent care of all 3 of our dogs. I would highly recommend them.

Brought my pet in for a physical and to get her shots. Everyone in the office was super kind and friendly. Definitely would come back and recommend others to bring their pets here. They are organized, explain things very well, and the office is very clean.

Pam is always friendly and attentive to our dog. He is a bit nervous and she does a great job with him. He has a thick Springer coat and he comes back looking and smelling great!! We get many compliments on his grooming. We are faithful clients of Gentle Doctor and Pam as our dog groomer!

My 16 year old golden, Maggie , spent her later years under the care of the female vets and staff at Gentle Doctor West Maple. I can't pay more of a compliment than to say I trusted them with her life and end of life. She was my other half and I'm lost without her. That was her importance in my life.

Very friendly staff and I like the service they give they try and make your pet as comfortable as possible my sons cat is a year and was not thrilled about going but they gave us some good tips to help keep her calm
