Our Shih Tzu, Stella, is 15 years old. Dr. Ramm and his staff have been incredible in their care of her for the many years we have gone to Rockbrook Animal Clinic. Dr. Ramm is truly invested in his work. It's the extra things he and his staff do that make my family know they really care about Stella and her quality of life, especially as she has gotten older. I can't give a good enough recommendation for Dr. Ramm and his staff; they are people who we will always be grateful to for their care of our Stella.

The staff is always kind, accommodating and compassionate, even last minute. As an exotic owner, even though they aren't exclusive as such, they go out of their way to assist the client and their family member. I will always take all our pets here. ♡

Everyone at the clinic was very understanding and accommodating when my cat had a bladder obstruction. They made a very stressful situation as easy as it could be, under the circumstances.

The vet and then young kid who checked me out were so very kind after giving me sad news.

My dog is almost 18 years old. Every doctor and nurse and staff is so very good with him. They treat him as valuable as if he was 2 years old. They make every accommodation they possibly can due to his age. They are very caring and gentle and patient with him. He is the 3rd family dog they have cared for. Dr. Vipond is highly knowledgeable about the lives of cats and dogs. He sincerely wants your pet to thrive in your home and he shares his knowledge to ensure that you can be a great pet parent.

Rockbrook's staff is super friendly and always on top of everything know matter how busy they are. I've been going there for 5+ years and have never once considered going to someone else.

Everyone there has taken great care of my pets, especially Dr. Ramm. He’s knowledgeable and goes off of the best interest of the animal as well as what we want to do, and doesn’t try to push extra things. They’re not the cheapest, but for the quality of service, it’s definitely worth it.

Dr. Vipond is the main vet that my husky will actually be around without trying to hide.

I hate to be rude but when I brought in my kitten I had found for a checkup they told Me the gender and said it’s a male which it was but on the documentation it says female and brown tabby and he is a grey tabby ???? so not only Can they not tell the difference between colors and can’t type correctly they also didn’t give me a tag for his rabies documentation and how they talked Made it seem like what I was agreeing to didn’t cost money terrible place

Having lived all over the country, and had many furbabies, I am qualified to say that Rockbrook is one of the best vets I have ever worked with. Everyone is absolutely amazing. They are very competent and compassionate, and you can tell they care about your animals as much as you do. The services are affordable, and in fact, they're cheaper than many other parts of the country! Without slandering any other vets in the city, I definitely recommend Rockbrook!

Very caring prompt service and compassionate staff.

My small dog had a surprise pregnancy. I called the closest place to my home and within two days I had an appointment. Due to the risk to my dog they had to perform a C-section surgery that same day. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The doctor explained everything to me, was very kind, gave me advice on how to prepare for this and had genuine care for my dog. We didn’t expect to have a newborn puppy in our household and the support and professionalism shown by this clinic made the experience go so much smoother than we anticipated. The price was very reasonable and didn’t stress me out considering this was completely last minute. I will highly recommend to everyone I know.

Best vets in the city. Had an emergency visit with x-rays and medication when a pet became suddenly paralyzed. The bill was so low and my cat regained full functionality with their care and mix of western medicine with Eastern medicine (acupuncture). They are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently moved to Omaha & was looking for a great vet for my kitties, and I have nothing but good things to say about the Rockbrook Animal Clinic & their staff! They make it a priority to keep in communication on how appointments went and checkin throughout the day on how your furry friends are doing. I recommend this place to anyone in search of a loving, knowledgeable staff to take care of your precious pets!

I recently had to rush my yorkie to the ER for excessive vomitting. It turned out he had liver problems and was given a 50/50 shot at recovering. After a very long overnight stay at the ER, I took him to Rockbrook to continue his treatment. They were friendly, super helpful and very affordable considering he had to spend the night. My little guy is doing alot better and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service.

There aren’t words to describe how impressed we were with the clinic and staff. Our beloved dog needed emergency stitches and I called over 60 clinics on a Saturday they were the only ones who would do an emergency surgery on a Saturday. They did such a great job and we were so impressed. The staff genuinely cares about your pets which only makes me trust them more.

Good Experience Friendly staff

My blue heeler needed staples due to altercation with my other dog. Nurse was super friendly with our pet and us. Doctor was good and care was fast. Buisness was clean and inviting. Follow up phone calls were same day regarding pill questions. Great experience. Charge was very affordable. Going back in a week for staple removal.
