Good place to take your pet, prices are fair and the doctors are good!

Love love love Dr Houst. She is a great vet and very reasonably priced. Some of the receptionists aren't the best but Dr Houst makes up for her rude attitude.

I've been bringing all of my animals here for years. I always have a good experience. I've seen both of the vets they're both very kind and you can see their love for animals. Their prices are super reasonable, which is hard to find! And the staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly.

This review is long overdue. Dr. Houts has been caring for our dog Billups through a very complicated situation. She goes above and beyond for him. She has always taken time to make sure I understand the treatment plan and have input into that plan. She has texted with me after hours, reached out to other providers on my behalf, even negotiated diagnostics at a discount because Billups was suffering, and I had extremely limited funds. Dr. Houts is very sensitive, compassionate, and caring. She takes the time to provide excellent care. We are deeply grateful for her.

Excellent caring doctor! Went to them from my neighbors referral. Took my dog in and had questions in the evening. Dr. called me back that night to answer any questions I had. Another time, they followed up after I had my puppy in to get his teeth cleaned.

Our dog had what looked like a seizure so we took her in at be seen. We had to ask the doctor to do diagnostics to see if there was any underlying cause- they just wanted to treat symptoms. And the appointment ended with them saying any further diagnostics they would refer us to a specialist. So that’s what we did. We asked for blood work and records to be sent to us on 9/16 and then had the speciality hospital call and ask for them on 9/25 because we still hadn’t received anything. The speciality hospital said they had to call twice and they still didn’t get anything sent over! I was told they legally had 10 days to get medical records to us and we are past that point. I tried calling again today and just got an answering service even though they are open. Beyond frustrated at their lack of effort to take care of a patient that has been going there for 3 years!
