I highly recommend Good Samaritan Pet Clinic. The staff are all very kind and respectful. They did an awesome job cleaning my babies teeth and the price was very reasonable. My vets estimate for a teeth cleaning was 580.00. I just thought that was insane. Now I know I can have my dogs teeth cleaned once or twice a year at a very affordable cost. They only do surgeries and dentals. I would not hesitate to bring my LuLu here if she needed surgery as well.

They were great not only with our dog but also with us. They made sure we understood everything and were available anytime we had extra questions.

My dog ended up needing all of her teeth extracted and the staff was so kind. They texted me with updates, sent photos and made sure we were fully prepared to go home when it was time. The cost was about half the price of my regular vet and that included everything from her care before surgery to meds they sent us home with. There were no surprise costs. They also allow you to text them with any questions you might have during your pets healing process. I absolutely recommend them.

I needed surgery for my cat and they were the lowest price I could find. They send updates to your phone throughout the day.

My dog needed an emergency surgery and her normal vet wasn't able to see her for two days and wanted to charge $1000. I called all around and Hailey at Good Samaritan was able to get my dog in that same day for $320. Hailey and crew were nothing short of amazing. They absolutely saved my dog's life.

We had a really great experience here. My dog had a mass removed from his paw and we really liked that they give you the price upfront. No "hidden" fees. Throughout his surgery, we were provided updates to give us peace of mind. They're very detailed with everything and upfront with cost and pros/cons of the surgery. Even post-op, they're very attentive and will help at any cost with any and all of concerns and worries. Not only is it affordable for pet owners but their customer service and quality is excellent. Thank you so much for caring for Taylor. We sincerely appreciate it!

I had to have a mass removal for my older dog Dazy, she is 13 and they took excellent care of her. With updates throughout the day to ease my worries and stress that she was doing well and taken care of. They even sent a picture once she was out of surgery to ease my nerves and worry. They have been amazing everyone in the office and I want to thank the Vet, Techs, and any staff for their care of my baby! Their pricing is very affordable and transparent as well as the extraordinary care they provide. So I not only recommend for price but care and experience and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Thank you for bringing my Dazy home safe to me. I could never thank you enough!!

Paid literally $1,000 less for a dog dental + extractions at Good Samaritan than I paid for the same procedures for another of our dogs at their regular vet earlier this year. We were able to get in within a week of calling. He had a complication following the surgery and Good Samaritan staff were super responsive and got him back in for a follow-up appointment right away. On top of excellent cost and service, I appreciate that they continue to wear masks when interacting with customers. Will always check here first for pet dentals and surgeries!

Great place for surgeries. Our dog had a tumor removed and you can only see it if you know where it is.

My little dog needed to have a partial mandiblectomy (?) and I was very nervous about how this surgery would go because he's very small. But they did such a great job, were very understanding of my concerns, and had amazing service. The prices are so reasonable compared to anywhere else, I absolutely reccomend! And not to mention, my dog healed perfectly fine and very quick. He's back to his playful self, thank you Good Samaritan!

My Batman has had bad teeth since he got his big boy teeth. Even brushing didn't help. He had already lost teeth and got an infection in two so I knew we needed to take him to get them removed and cleaned. Knowing the state of his teeth I knew a lot were coming out. I also decided that we should neuter him while we were there so he didn't have to be put out twice. They texted me throughout the morning with updates, gave great after care information over the phone and sent me home with a lot of great information about the procedure, how many teeth were taken, his bloodwork and aftercare. The price was much less than other places but the care didn't waiver. Would definitely recommend. And for those who keep saying they took too many teeth or didn't tell them in advance. First it clearly tells you they will not call you when the Dr. feels they need to be removed, it is at the Dr. discretion. Secondly, you must not know how bad your furbaby's teeth are because it takes a lot more to take out teeth than just to clean them and whether they take one or all of them it's the same price. Why would they do all that if it wasn't necessary??

The other greatest they are the most caring people I know I'm disabled and I'm having a hard time I'm also homeless, Ginger is my emotional support pet. She was in need of emergency surgery because of pyometra. Even though I had very little money, They still did the surgery, my baby girl is home with me at this time if it wasn't for them she would have surely died thank you so much to the staff at Good Samaritan pet doctors I don't know how I will ever repay you for your graciousness. I will update on her progress. Thank you again for saving my babies life.

My senior dog needed a dental cleaning with several extractions. Good Samaritan took extremely good care of her and the fee was very reasonable. Because of this, I highly recommend this veterinarian for dental services.

The staff and the doctor was very accommodating for our sweet Rebel. None of us were sure that she'd make it through surgery but thankfully she did! They were able to get her in right away, cost of services was very reasonable and they even offered compassionate follow up care. I would highly recommend this facility for your pets healthcare needs.

I would never bring your pet here. I brought my dog in for the very tip of her tail to be removed due to an injury. They took her entire tail ,which is close to 4 feet long, off. They didn't call to let us know or have a reason stating it was the "doctors discretion."

I brought my 4yr old chiweenie in for a routine dental cleaning and they pulled 12 of her teeth (front teeth, 6 top and 6 bottom) without my knowledge or consent, stating they were “loose.” It was traumatic for my dog and myself. I will NEVER bring a pet back to this place again. I do not believe they are ethical in their practice and I do question if my dog needed teeth extracted at all as my regular vet detected no concerns about her teeth beyond slight tartar buildup on her canines. It has been 6 months since the incident and I am still so sad about what my dog endured while there.

i live in lincoln, and have scoured for a vet that can do a ventral bulla osteotomy. My cat has an ear polyp that is located behind the eardrum, because of the location of the polyp, the surgery is a lot more complex. I was quoted anywhere from $1,500-4,000 by a number of places. finally, i was told about good samaritan. I checked their website, and right there in the procedures they do was a VENTRAL BULLA OSTEOTOMY!!! the best part? it was only $715. I emailed them right away, and got an appointment two weeks from now. I have not got services here yet, but i am so happy i found this place! the amount of stress that was relieved by this amazing place means the world to me. i’m so happy my cat can finally get the help he deserves and needs. thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ EDIT: the surgery that i mentioned above did not work, his ear infection came back within a month, resistant as ever to treatment. So we saved up again, and got him a total ear canal ablation. after this experience i would NOT recommend this establishment. they sent our cat home with us incapacitated, lethargic, and extremely unbalanced. we got this surgery on a Friday, unaware that it would be impossible to reach any vets over the weekend. They gave numbers on the aftercare sheet for emergencies, only to have these numbers tell me that they can’t give me any information because they’ve never seen my pet before. i ended up having to take my cat to an emergency vet because i was so in the dark about what was happening. he wouldn’t eat, sleep, and he couldn’t move to use the litter box. I do understand that this practice offers surgeries at a lower price, but unfortunate the quality of care is extremely low as well.

I took my dog in to get her teeth cleaned. I thought for sure she was going to have teeth pulled. She ended up keeping her teeth, and the process cost me about half of what I expected. The only two things I think they could improve is to be more informative about the call in from the parking lot check in process, and to put on their Web Site dogs 7 and older are required to get blood work. Other than that, they were super professional, and I appreciated the follow-up phone call. I will be using them again.

I brought my dog in for a teeth cleaning and extraction. I was very anxious and scared about him being under anesthesia because this would be the first time. The staff put me ease by sending text messages. I received a message from staff stating my dog was awake and doing well. I was told I would receive a call from the technician, but it was taking a long time. So I called in and spoke to the technician and she tells me that my dog had to have the majority of his teeth removed during the cleaning process. I knew a couple of teeth would probably be extracted, but I was told ALL of his top teeth are now GONE and some of the bottom ones too. I immediately expressed my disgust because I wasn't given a heads up. They pride themselves on keeping you posted, but they failed in my opinion. I requested a copy of the xrays and I was told there is no way to give me a copy of the xrays, but they let me speak to Dr. Engel in hopes that would put me at ease. She said all of the medical records would be sent to my dogs's primary vet. I understand we are in a pandemic right now, but it would have been nice to hear that they would provide evidence of the full rot on all top teeth to me since it was way more severe than originally thought. That's why am so anxious right now and frustrated because I can't pick up my dog for another hour. I hope I didn't make a mistake by taking my dog here for the cleaning. I pray my dog will be better after all this like they said he will, even though I am having huge regrets at this moment. My dog was eating well and was very active and playful before all this. Now I am told he may be on soft food and not able to play much for 7-10 days. What a shock!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Good Sam. They were able to get my puppy in within a week and everything was so simple and easy. I dropped my puppy off at 7:30, and received several texts throughout the day with updates. They took such good care of my Nebula and I will definitely be back if the need for surgery arises again!

They did great with my cat who had a dental and 4 teeth pulled. When I was worried after about how he was acting they were quick to schedule a follow up to take a look! They were nice and helpful and my kitty is doing great!
