My first time there good Customer Service.

They do a great job. Very reasonable prices.

Very nice vet but I had to take my cat in for a second shot of cortisone because he said the first shot must have been at the end of the tube and it didn't take. Well the 2nd shot didn't take either and my cat is pulling its hair out and beginning to get skin irritations. 176.00 $ and two back to back visits and no relief. I actually think the shots made him worse and I can't afford another visit but I think his diagnosis was wrong ????

My rating is on the veterinarian page unless they have removed it. I give them a 3 for their kindness not for the outcome of my animals care

Dr. Roberts and Jan are awesome with my two dogs Prince and Midnight.

Dr is really nice and informative. The fees are bit high for me.

Dr. Roberts an his staff is an accent to pet owners! You can tell the moment you walk in the door that your pet is in good hands . I trust him an you should too !

Gentle and knowledgeable. They met my timid Maxie and he was right at home with them.

I really love this vet. He has been great with all of our cats, even our old, grumpy one who bites and scratches everyone but us. I felt very relaxed and welcome while we were there, which is not an experience I have had at other vets. He was very open and honest and did not try to immediately push a bunch of expensive tests like other vets, but worked to narrow down the issue without breaking the bank. It is obvious that he thinks a lot about his patients and has their best interest at heart.

The vet told me to take a video of my pugs Kennel Cough. I did that night. The next day I was going to make an appointment and the receptionist, Jan told me to go to a different vet because he was all filled up for 3 days. She argued with me. That I was already a customer. It was a lie. Found out she made an appointment with someone else right after. I really liked the vet and assistant but that receptionist needs to be replaced and to go to some sensitivity classes.

Dr. Roberts HATES German Shepherds and was not compassionate AT ALL towards our dogs. He tries to dominate and man handle dogs when they are obviously upset and nervous. He does not try at all to work with us or our dogs. We are happily taking our dogs to a different veterinarian. Would not recommend.

I took my farett to see what was wrong with her eye and they said that they only work on cats and dogs. I do not recommend them

Doctor Roberts and the staff are amazing. He has been treating my pets for over 2 decades. If you want someone who is compassionate and cares about your pets health there is no better option.

First time visit...I am impressed.. I salute the doctor for his service.

Trustworthy and not afraid of being conservative, which I feel is (unfortunately) the exception and not the rule in veterinary services today. I appreciate the transparency of the staff here.

We had to put our dog Baybe last year the doctor was very respectful and showed great sympathy with what we had to decide and do. We were greatful for that at that time. We will continue to go to Florence animal hospital if we decide to get another dog.

We just had our first experience at Florence Animal Hospital and we are very satisfied. Our dog came from a fearful dog program at the humane society and can be skeptical when meeting someone new. Our previous vet had a nearly impossible time giving her vaccinations, resulting in multiple trips. Our former vet also told us that they would not clip her nails because of this. Florence animal hospital successfully gave her two vaccines, blood work, and trimmed her nails, all on the first visit. They also allowed my husband to be inside with her, which was extremely helpful. Overall I can’t say enough good things and we will be customers for years to come.
