My dog has been here once for daycare and the other time for boarding over the holidays. She was excited to go back which was a good sign. The dogs seem well cared for. I wish there were cameras so I could check on my dog also we asked for her nails to be clipped and it didn’t seem like they were (atleast not very much). We have a large coonhound who loves to play with other dogs and comes home tired.

Would highly recommend F Street Hound! I have been taking both of my quirky dogs here for daycare services since last September and they've become a second family. Their hours work perfectly with my work schedule, no one can beat their packages, and they've always been caring and professional. My dogs are always excited to go and they come home tired. When my dogs were experiencing severe allergic reactions last month (each vet thinks the facial swelling it was due to a bug bite), F Street Hound assured me that they'd watch my dogs closely while I was at work and take them to a vet immediately if they noticed anything wrong. During this time, the staff would leave me messages/updates and that was such a relief. Thank you for all that you do for us!

At one time, this was a 5-star place and over the past year, this establishment has crashed and burned. The day care aspect, at least to my knowledge, is good. The pup comes home tired and exhausted. I can't speak to cleanliness, attention, employee care, etc. The grooming aspect? HORRENDOUS! It's like someone learned dog grooming off a 5 minute YouTube video and was hired by F Street. The first time, we let it go. The cut was terrible, the ears and tail were not even close to fitting the breed. The last time, we were told by staff that the groomer 'nicked' our dog's foot. Well, the 'nick' turned out to be a 1/8" inch hold in one of the PADS of her foot. How the hell did that happen? We ended up having to take her to the pet hospital for an infection. The visit and antibiotics cost $$$. We advised Angela, the manager at F Street, and sent pictures of the wound. We asked for a refund of money spent at the vet and for medicine. It took Angela a week to respond and she did say she would take care of the costs when we sent a bill from the hospital. We did that immediately. Over a month later, no response. An email 72 hours ago was sent, still no response. We've been told (confidentially) by an employee to not bring our pet here anymore because staff morale is low, employees are quitting, and management doesn't care. You should seek other venues for pet care and boarding.

We were passing through town while on vacation and needed doggie daycare during the day. The employees were polite and friendly and the facility was nice and clean. They made bringing my dog in so easy even though they knew I would be a one time customer. If we ever pass through Omaha again we will for sure be back.

I take my dog Georgia to doggie daycare almost every day. They have long hours, so I can drop my dog off for my 10 hour shifts. Georgia is always excited to go and always tired from playing when she gets home.

Our 2 year old dog Walter has gone to F street hound since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves it. We love knowing they take the best care of him while we aren't there and they really care about the dogs that go there. We have tried other doggy daycares after moving further out and they just do not compare. He is always a tired pup after a day of daycare. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing!

6/18/2021 We're looking for a place to board our dog. The place is conveniently located and the staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The downside is there is not enough room for the dogs to really run. 6/24/2021 Hi Tom W, thanks for letting me know how my review should have been written. I stand corrected, there is plenty of room for the dogs to have fun. Next time I'll have the owner write and rate my review for me.

First impression....wow. facility is clean. Angela at the front desk is very nice and made us feel comfortable to leave our doggy. She's very knowledgeable. She even knows the regulars by name. We saw a doggy that had one ear up and the other down. Angela was just like "oh yeah that's Henry".I know they'll care for our dog like if it was their own.

I went to pick up Moose today from F street Hound and unfortunately today’s review makes my stomach sick. I came in early to grab my baby and the young woman working the front desk notified me Moos nails weren’t done yet so she was going to go do that quick. I let her know to forget it, that it was fine I was just ready to take him. She then asked me if I had gotten a call about his stool ( I had not). She continued to tell me that he had bloody bm ( more blood than not) in his stool and that If it didn’t stop she recommend he go to the vet. I asked when it had started and she stated when I dropped him off which was TUESDAY. Today is Friday. I have a contract with F street Hound saying that if anything unusual or any medical emergency’s come up they have permission to take him to the vet. Three days of excessive blood in the stool sounds like a good enough reason to go to the vet. Lastly, I understand that he isn’t the only dog there, that they are busy and that you cannot give a dog a bath whenever he urinates or has a bm in his kennel . But to not even offer to clean him up and to send him home with matted, dried up bm in his paws, underbelly and fur behind his ears is absolutely unacceptable and way below the level of care I am paying for and expect MY baby to be treated. This is a dog they’ve had on more than one occasion and that worry free feeling I had leaving him is now gone. Sure I came to grab him early but this just proves you never really know the standard of care or people you are leaving your dog with. If they would have called me and told me he was sick you can guarantee he would have been out of there that day. Very saddened by this discovery and hope there isn’t more to it behind the scenes when it comes to neglecting these dogs.

We were having some construction done on our home. Needed a dog daycare that was affordable & close, F street Hound was perfect. It was clean & well supervised. We were over the 5+ hrs, so there was a $25 charge for each dog. We also had our dogs groomed while there. Although the grooming price was a little high, they did a wonderful job on my 2 large dogs. Best of all, after a day of play & grooming, the dogs just wanted to nap and snuggle. We would definitely recommend F St. Hound.
