We’ve been coming here for the last 2 years and we couldn’t be more pleased. Very professional, affordable, informative and nice and easy to work with. They are usually pretty dang busy so always call ahead and know they’re a small team but they’re who you want looking after your little furry family members.

The staff at Wachal are so friendly! I have taken my goldendoodle to a few different vets in town and Wachal is the most welcoming and efficient. They provide quality service for a great value and they kept me informed the whole time throughout his appointment. I highly recommend them!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! If you are looking for a mean, careless vet center, THIS IS NOT THE ONE FOR YOU I brought my 6 week old (I thought he was 8 weeks) kitten in within no notice! He looked exhausted and hadn’t eaten, and I made a dumb mistake. I called them because they were down the street, and they were immediately on it. They checked up on him as soon as I got there, fast and quick, and made sure everything was ok. With amazing and detailed communication. They took him and examined him within a 5 minute notice, did a blood sugar test, gave me fancy kitten formula and a bag of vet kitten food.....for under 100 dollars?!?! I could not be more thankful and will be bringing Denver and his big brother back in again. Bless all of you!!!!!!

Dr. Wachal have been a real vet doctor for dog Rocky. I have always help me and my dog Rocky. Wachal ever good at what he does. An I want to thank him for all of his hard work of keep my Rocky health and strong. Even thought my little Rocky on Wednesday at the age of 14 teen year old. Dr. Wachal did amazing work with Rocky. He is one hell of a good Dr and his staff are a amazing as will.

We miss going to Wachal Health Center after moving out of state! Dr. Jordan does a clinic once a month at the Cat House and her practice at Wachal is so awesome. She is knowledgable and straightforward with the diagnosis and the pricing of services. As a young pet owner with a healthy kitty it is tough to spend hundreds of dollars at vets in other cities when Wachal is professional and affordable. Sending purrs from Michigan!

Quoting my mom one price for our dogs surgery yet you turn around and add another $100. She’s on a fixed income. We authorized an extra $50 not another $100. Will not be using this vet ever again. Future pet owners be warned. My mother made it very clear she was on a fixed income. If I hadn’t been able to pay the difference they would have kept our dog!

Dr.Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable and gave me a lot of advice on my rabbit. She is always so happy and always smiling. The vet techs are extremely nice and care for you and your pet as well. Definitely will be coming back.

Went there for the first time recently, was excited cause its my dream to be a vet one day. I was looking forward to meeting Wachal, till he came into the room. Didn't introduce himself, started off in a condicending tone about the vaccines my dog needed. Which isnt what i was there for and had to work shortly after my appointment so i didnt have the time. He rushed through the appointment and barely said goodbye. Mind you my dog only needed to be updated on 2 vaccines, its not like he never had one. He made me feel like i was a bad dog mom and I definitely feel discouraged to return.

Dr. Jordan went way above and beyond to take care of my cat. She did so much more than I ever could have expected and the rest of the staff are great as well.

This will be the 4th time I've brought my dog here. They are always honest and kind about my dogs health, and have no problem giving me my dogs medical records or cooperating with my insurance company. Every visit is efficient and I don't feel like I'm wasting my time waiting. In my experience, they are also cheaper. To put in in perspective, my dog needed a tooth removed. The Nebraska Animal Medical Center quoted me a little under $2,000. Wachal Pet Health Center quoted me about $400 and that was exactly what it cost. This place is awesome and they've earned my loyalty :D

Amazing staff and very caring towards your pet's needs. Our cat (Keek) had several urinary issues including a total urethral blockage. While it's still an ongoing struggle, I felt very at ease leaving my "little" buddy in their care. Dr. Wachal was very informative and understanding. My hat really goes off to the amazing vet techs. Those gals are so friendly, call to check up even after your pet has been home a couple days, and are always willing to answer the millions of questions I had along the way. Sam in particular deserves a big raise, but they were all perfect. Even though we had a surgery done elsewhere, I am fully confident we will be returning to Wachal for any future pet concerns or routine appointments.

I have used them for quite some time. First for a ferret and now my dog. Always professional, always knows what to do. Works very well with my dog who is incredibly skiddish with people.

Called at 11:55 am trying to get records from their facility that they were supposed to have given on Friday. Was sent to the voicemail. Not the best customer service.

Dr. Wachal is knowledgeable, thorough, and so kind to both pets and their parents. I have four kitties - one with dietary restrictions, one with hyperthyroidism, and one with allergies. He has been so wonderful to always answer all of my questions as a concerned cat mama, and offer advice to keep them healthy and happy. My cats are very scared of leaving the house and being in a strange environment, and he is so careful to make them comfortable and help them stay calm. I'm so thankful for his soothing presence with my cats and attentiveness with me as an owner. The staff is always kind and ready to help me with anything I need or have questions about. Dr. Wachal is amazing! I really appreciate that he understands our concerns and truly cares about our pets. He ensures that we follow up to make sure that the treatment he recommended is working in case we need to adjust our course. I also love that i can often get in last minute and don't have to anxiously wait for long periods before getting our dog or cats in to see him.

We had an immediate situation recently where we had two poisoned dogs that needed treatment immediately. After driving up to Wachal, we were told that they were ‘busy’ and they had us referred down to Pitts. In a dire situation where we had two animals in imminent danger, I do not recommend Wachal if the appointment is not scheduled.

He is always very personal. We drive across town for him.

Professional and knowledgeable. The pet center charged for two services that were the same, but with two different appointment times and purposes. Does anyone recall a time when neighborhood businesses and customers worked together for best business experiences?

Dr. Jordan, Dr. Wachal and all of the staff are the best i the business. They treat all of my dogs like my oiwn. They have grieved with me when it was the end of life for a few of my faithful four-legged friends and arranged creamation for me. A loving caring group and open to discussing holistic and alternative treatments. My 5 dogs love going to see the doctors and staff.

The vets are always so nice and treat my doggies so good too. I would definitely recommend it. Prices are lower than other vets around the area.

I made a couple mistakes trying to get my dog boarded for the first time ever and so I called Wachal and they were there for me in a tight spot. The service was excellent and they cared a lot about my dog. Highly recommend this place.
