Katie is an amazingly knowledgeable practice manager! I know if I have a greyhound in need, she is the person I will take them to in Lincoln, NE.

We take all 3 of our dogs to South Ridge Animal Clinic. The staff is very friendly and takes time to answer any questions that we might have. Recently one of our dogs had an annual check up and it went very smoothly. They got us in right away and the appointment went very well. The bill wasn't extremely high and we were very pleased with our visit.

South Ridge Animal Clinic and Dr. Donovan have been our go-to for our precious Cinnamon's (Cinny) medical care needs since we brought her home at 6 weeks of age. This week, we had to make the difficult decision to send her to heaven at age 17 1/2. While this was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do, with the support and guidance of Dr. Lonowski and staff, Cinny was gently lifted up with us all by her side. We were even given enough after-hours time for our daughter (Cinny's true "Mom") to come from Omaha to spend time with her and say her goodbyes, which meant the world to all of us! We will be forever grateful to SRAC for all of the wonderful care and advice that they've given us over the years!! RIP sweet Cinny! ????????????

I have two felines that are cared for and loved by the SouthRidge Animal Clinic. They treat my boys as if they were their own, loving them and making them feel comfortable. When one boy was sick last year the clinic staff was attentive, detailed in telling me what to do, and giving me phone call updates. Very comforting. Wonderful staff who will love your pet and care for them in a professional way.

The care and expertise at South Ridge is second to none. The only complaint is the expense.

I’ve been taking our dog Koa here since we moved to Lincoln 3 years ago. Both Dr. Lonowski and Dr. Hanson are great. Every issue our dog has had they have both been very knowledgeable and are very upfront about what is best for the situation. Making an appointment or a refill on meds is very easy with the PetDesk app, normally if I put in for an appointment or refill I get a response within an hour or two. All of the vet techs are very friendly too and make each visit very stress free. Pricing is very fair, and they do give you an estimate on what everything will cost before starting anything, which is really great unlike some other offices. I really cannot recommend South Ridge enough, we have never felt pressured to do something that was out of our budget or just not right for our dog. Thank you to both Dr. Lonowski, Dr. Hanson and all the vet techs for everything!

I just moved to Lincoln recently and needed a vet for my fur kids. I just adopted a baby kitten, and this vet took such good care of him. So sweet and kind. Dr Whalen I believe - such a sweetheart. From the receptionist to the vet tech to the doctor.. all of you were so kind. I left feeling so happy that I found a great vet for my kiddos. I highly recommend!! You all made my day. Thank you. You can tell there is compassion and love for what they do!

They do a great job. they are a little on the high side on the the costs.

My cat wasn't feeling well and they were able to see him the day I called. The best thing is they will allow you to accompany your pet as long as you wear a mask.

I just love this place. My cat is my first pet I've owned as an adult, and I kinda don't know what I'm doing sometimes, and all the people I've interacted with at South Ridge Animal Clinic have been so kind, helpful, and caring! I love that they are being covid safe with the drop off's, while still having me feel like I am involved in my cat's visit. Also, so affordable. I will bring my pets here for life!

All of the employees treat each of our pets with open arms and friendly welcomes when we arrive. They pet and coddle them while they examine them, and even give squeeze cheese as a distracting reward. The doctors are very thorough, and do a wonderful job of keeping up to date with medicines and with explaining information. We are very grateful for their care!

We began taking our dog, Cinnamon, to Dr. Donovan at South Ridge Animal Clinic when she joined our family at 8 weeks of age. We have always received excellent care and the staff is always interested in Cinny's health & well-being! Now, at 16 1/2 years of age, we continue to take Cinny to SRAC, and now entrust her care to Dr. Lonowski since Dr. Donovan has retired. Again, we are receiving excellent care & guidance as she makes her way through her fulfilled life. We would recommend Dr. Lonowski and South Ridge Animal Clinic to anyone who is interested in competent care of a pet, while keeping honesty and integrity in mind.

South Ridge has always been so helpful and friendly. I am a new dog mom and I would become nervous and call South Ridge. They were always so helpful and knew how to help. I am always able to make an appointment and I feel included in making decisions about my dog's care. We are going to miss South Ridge when we move and appreciate all they've done for us!
