Camp Bow Wow Lincoln is the best! It's such a good feeing to drop off Boomer and Reggie and not have a worry in the world. Great day care, boarding and grooming. Thank you Tom and Colleen!

Jett absolutely loves going to play with his friends! We just had some flight issues and called them to see if they could board him another couple days and we’re so kind to make the adjustment and also verified he had enough food for that time. Jett’s excitement when we pull in each time helps me feel comfortable knowing he’s in good hands when I’m gone, plus love that I can catch him playing with his friends on the live cams. One of my favorites was watching him pop bubbles that a counselor was blowing.

We love camp bow wow! I was a first time (ever) puppy owner when I got my havapoo. I was immediately very protective of her, especially because of her size (2lbs at 2 months, 4lbs at 6 months). I was nervous about taking her to daycare since she was so small but knew it was important for her to be exposed to and socialize with other dogs. She was placed in a play yard with other smaller breeds like her which made me feel a lot better. She did amazing on her first day (which was free by the way), and she absolutely ADORES the staff, as do I. Tom the owner is so kind, and so is the rest of the staff at CBW. On Halloween they even gave out complimentary dog treat bags which was adorable and my puppy loved them. The entire staff genuinely cares about the dogs they take care of. Not to mention the pricing is great — and this is coming from a full-time college student. We love it here!!!

Watch video cameras off and on all day and the staff pet the dogs but nothing else. When they leave them alone the dogs try to jump over the door and some succeed. Not worth the money.

My dog loves it here, but he came home one day without his balls. Can someone explain? Where are my dogs balls? I used to love admiring them and their size. please give me them back.

Very discriminatory against certain dogs and very rude over the phone, would not recommend.

So appreciate the care and attention given to Milo during his last stay. Watching him play with the other pups and staff giving him attention with their love pats is great. Thank you

I love the live streams of the dogs playing. It is so reassuring that I can see what my pup is up to!

I have taken Bear to Camp Bow Wow for 2 years… The employees are wonderful and Tom is great and Bear loved it. I did not give them 5 stars as the other owner, Colleen, is not a nice person… she is rude and unprofessional and not a people person. Usually I don’t have much contact with her…when I walk through the door and she is not up front, I breathe a sigh of relief. In 2 years we were late once picking up Bear because of a miss communication between my son and daughter on picking him up… my daughter was so apologetic but Colleen was extremely rude to her …when my daughter called me… she was in tears and so upset she had screwed up. I called the next day, talked to one of the employees about it and they were very nice and professional. So… I let that go, but this last phone call just put the icing on the cake. I will not give my business to a rude bully. I will be encouraging the people that I referred to them in the last 2 years to look elsewhere. She needs to find a job outside of working with the public

The Camp Bow Wow team is always so friendly and flexible with us. The facility is kept clean and I always feel safe taking my dog there as he is kept with only dogs his own size. During the week the dogs are also allowed run all day rather than being kept in a kennel and only let out for short periods of play time.

Family atmosphere with staff showing genuine concern and caring for our “family members”. Huntur gets excited every morning when he knows it is about time to leave for camp

I was going to broad all 3 of my dogs there this week (4-5 thou 4-10-2021) We had do a meet and Greet last week." WELL" I ended up with a very very sick Boxer! he was in with the larger dog area. I ended up at the Vet's office this AM.(4-4-2021) with a $ 173.00 Vet bill. cause they had a sick dog there, when my dog was there! We are leaving for CALIF. 1st thing in the morning! and they then tell me I can't broad any of my dogs there this week. do you know how hard it is to find someplace to broad 3 dogs on EASTER at last minute!!!! I'm NOT a VERY happy CAMPER. right now!!!!!

My girlfriend and I took our 4 month old Australian shepherd puppy here for his interview day. The lady owner was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable leaving my dog with them. Then when they went to take my dog back to the yards, the young man staff member took my leash and dragged him by his collar with the leash. I watched the cameras all day and my dog was left to urinate and poop on a hard concrete floor, packed with at-least 15 other dogs, and there was not a single toy and the staff members didn’t even try to play with any of the dogs. They all looked so depressed and just looked around for the FIVE HOURS I watched the cameras. I would NEVER bring my dog back to Camp Bow Wow. Highly unprofessional and not worth the money for my dog to be sad every time I leave him there.

Wish I could give them a lower score. They don’t care about the dogs they care for - seriously consider taking your dog here. Customer service is awful. They shouldn’t be allowed the honor of caring for our beloved pets.

The should put on the site they don’t allow Pitbulls. The whole thing is so ignorant and old school. Sad.

Camp BowWow is a safe and fun place for your dog. They play with your dog and treat them like their own. I would never go anywhere else

I called this morning to get some information since because of Covid-19 they are not offering tours. I asked about the size of the space the dogs are in and was told that I could go online and see on their webcams - which of course I did before I called, but it is difficult to tell how big the space is, and it seems like there are a lot of dogs crammed into a small space. I asked Colleen about how many dogs were typically grouped together with a staff person and was rudely told that I was asking a lot of questions about "proprietary information" and that the information could be found on their website. I again mentioned that I had been on their website and did not see any information and in fact checked again after getting off the phone and did not see any information about a staff to dog ratio. I was again informed that it was proprietary information and that she would not answer my question. I can't accurately express in writing how rude she was and how icky the call made me feel about potentially leaving my dog there. Here's the thing...we are in the middle of a pandemic and as a business you are asking new customers to drop off a valued family member at your facility, sight unseen. A valued family member that cannot speak to share their experience at said facility. And you can't even politely answer a few questions about what my dog's experience will be like if we choose to entrust you with his care? After being so completely unpleasant to me on the phone, you want me to drop off my unsuspecting dog to spend the day with you and pay you for it??? Appalling. No thanks.

Ozzie loves doggy daycare. He gets so excited to be there to hang out with his buddies all day. The staff is awesome and very good with him. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone needing a place to take their dog. They are sure to come home very tired from playing all day. We can't thank them enough.

It seems that Roscoe is very well taken care of. And we love the doggy cameras. We were able to watch him while we were on vacation.
