Dr. Finch and the staff here are an amazing, group of people and the most personable doctor. So glad to have had Dr. Finch care for my pup in his last moments. They were so accommodating and caring.

Inquired for a tooth extraction. Twin creek quoted a price of $1200. Next clinic called said $325.

Dr. Olson is the best veterinarian we’ve ever had. Our dog Aspen had her share of problems, both mental and physical, over her life, and consequently had a lot of visits to the vet. We moved a fair bit and saw a number of veterinarians in multiple states. None took the time to learn how to care for our dog the way Dr. Olson did — trips to her allowed us to stay in the room with Aspen, where in the past the veterinarians always had to take Aspen to the back and fight her (and sometimes sedate her). Visits to other veterinarians always resulted in a scared and anxious dog, but Aspen came to love Dr. Olson and was always calmer in her office. Dr. Olson also took great care of us, Aspen’s owners, giving us clear and practical advice for all of Aspen’s complicated ailments. This was the case all the way up until the end, when it was time for us to say goodbye to Aspen. I wouldn’t have trusted any of our past veterinarians to help us with that decision and process, but there nothing but trust with Dr. Olson. All of the above being said, I would unquestionably recommend Dr. Olson to anyone for the veterinary care. I cannot imagine finding a better veterinarian.

Have been with them for close to 10 years with three cats. Very helpful and knowledgeable, super friendly staff, clean and sanitary, never any waits when showing up for an appointment, and my cats always seem to come out happier than when they went in. Some of the best Vets in the area.

They are always friendly and our dog loves the staff. They are great with follow up calls and are willing to answer any questions you may have.

We have been taking our 2 "boys" to twin creek for several years and we couldnt ask for better care. They are always loving and attentive. They always address the issue for the visit then do an over all check up to make sure everything is going well with their health. Our 2 dogs suffer from bad allergies and sometimes need to be put on steroids. During those times we call in and since they know their history, they will tell us to come pick up the meds without having to have an office visit. But remind us after their doses are complete to bring them in for a visit for a quick check up. Love this place and the vets who work there. Highly recommend !!!

Staff was friendly and the vet was incredibly nice. Hence the 2 stars. However, it took longer to fill out the one page document then it did for them to look at my dogs mouth. For an extraction of 1 tooth, which automatically comes with mandatory teeth cleaning, I was quoted $1100. This is double the price of the next closest quote.

Called Saturday morning for our labs foot injury and they got us right in. They were so helpful, kind, professional, and honest. The Veterinarian came right out to speak with me about our next steps after she examined our lab. Very thankful for such great staff!

Firstly, they couldn't get one of my dogs names right, despite me spelling it out in the phone, or from my husband filling out a form with her name, OR from the dozens of papers we have from our dogs files. Which leads me to my 2nd point. I do not believe they bothered to even look at medical records we keep on our dogs' (otherwise they would have at least had the right name) because they gave our dogs a bunch of vaccines they just got in October 2020. This trip cost $500 when I specifically told them we really only needed heart worm pills. They didn't even give us any heartworm pills.

We've been taking our German Shepherd Belgian Malinois mix here for a couple of years. We've been nothing but pleased with the care. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors, everyone is courteous and knowledgeable.

My little 11 yr old dog with CHF needed surgery for a broken jaw & loose teeth. Twin Creek was awesome. Got us in and took care of my baby. They were so friendly, caring, and understanding. Explained everything so I could understand & make informed choices. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS VET CLINIC!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I am retired military so I have been stationed all over the country and have use Veterinary clinics in over 20 different cities. By far and without a doubt, the service, care and responsiveness that I have received from Twin Creeks Animal Hospital is the best I have ever experienced. I had been using another local Animal Clinic which I was mostly pleased with but when Twin Creek Animal Hospital opened, I decided to give them a try since it is within a couple of miles from where I live. Best decision that I have made for my pets in a long time. My cat has been seen by Dr. Neubert and I was very impressed with her genuine concern for his well being and ensuring that I was fully appraised of all that was taking place. Lastly, I would like to specifically give praise to Dr. Rachwitz who came in on Sunday when the office was closed to give a shot to my sick cat. Their concern for the pets in their care is genuine and I have no doubt they treat them as if they were their own. Pets aren't just pets, they are family and that is how these Vets treat them.

They took good care of my doggo.

Our dog is fearful of people and this is the only very we have taken him to where the staff are well trained and he loves the vet there! They have all been very helpful to us in treating our pup. Great place, definitely recommend
