The trailer animals really well and they have really good service and my animals seem to like going there

Poor etiquette in regards to dealing with a grieving pet owner. Taking animal straight away without talking over options. Expensive.

Very friendly staff and doctors, always efficient and accommodating to my dog who is scared of tile floors! They always prepare the way for him with a bridge of rugs! So kind! They are covid conscious and have adopted to the pandemic well. These folks love animals! Thank you.

I wouldn't recommend the vet if it was the last 1 I and my fiance are not rich by no means well or cat got into some antifreeze and had kidney failure well we took her to the vet to find out we had to put her down well to make a long story short at the end of it they told us how much our bill was and we said we don't have any more money considering we gave them our last 160.00 and asked if we could be billed and they told us no and that if we didn't have the other 260.00 that they would not put her down and we could take her home and let her pass in pain over night very Un perfessional

They truly treat your pet as their own. I can't say enough about the staff and Doctors here. The ONLY place I would trust to take my fur babies.

I have an aggressive dog. I was very relieved they would see my dog. Not once did they make me feel bad about him. The staff were very patient and nice.

We were driving through town on a road trip, and our dog had a small health issue that we wanted to get checked out. The folks at Four Paws fit us in for a quick appointment pretty last minute. They were friendly, communicative, and gave our dog the care he needed.

This is my 6th animal (4 dogs 2 cats). Always good service. They are a little pricey though.

My name is Hemi, I'm always scared to go see my doctor for a checked up. My humans make me go to them. Did I do something wrong? I think they hate me sometimes, but I always forgive them. Then I realize I get TREATS there!!! I love treats!!! I wanted to lick my doctor's faces because I love them now!!! Wow, they were sooo nice. I guess my humans know what's best for me!!(????)

Not good. I will not be bringing any of my pets back there. I don't need a veteran getting in my face over political matters.

I don't know how that could be improved! Your staff is concerned, patient, and kindly. You showed a genuine interest in my Romeo, even when the fear of a kidney/bladder issue turned to an infection in his tail from a bite. I am very glad my d-i-l mentioned you, and I opted to call you, instead of going in to the emergency clinic that evening. Thank you very much. We will be transferring our care, while in Stevensville, to you for all our needs. Amy Henry

Had to take my kitty in when my other vet couldn’t. Staff was great. Dr Welch called first thing next morning to check on her. I was pleased with care she received

They treated my cat and thank goodness .other vet wasn't accurate on diagnosis. They treated Samoa and she seems to be improving. Thank

Friendly, professional, and does a good job of reminding you when your pet is due for shots, checkups, etc. My little guy is happy and healthy thanks to them.

The worst visit I’ve ever had a veterinary clinic. I brought my cats in for the annual visit and to talk about some inappropriate urination issues with one of the cats. They requested to hold them for a few hours until they could get a urine sample. About four hours later I got a phone call saying that I needed to come pick them up ASAP because they were too stressed out, so I went and got them. The receptionist talked about everything under the sun except for my cats well-being and also forgot to tell me a great many things that she was supposed to tell me from the doctor. After getting my cats home one was completely covered in puke, and the other one which is normally ultra tame, wouldn’t even allow me to be in the same room as it without it wanting to tear my leg off. I called them back to ask them about the puke and what I should do to help my other cat calm down so it’s not attacking everybody, but little did I know I was talking to the receptionist that was supposed to be helping me out earlier that day. Again, the receptionist felt like it was more important to continue to try to talk over the top of me rather than let me ask my questions and when I finally called her out on it she decided that having an angry attitude with A paying customer that was simply trying to ask a question was the best choice for her. It got so bad that I couldn’t even actually talk because she wouldn’t allow me to. At some point she stop talking long enough to take a breath and that’s when I let her know that I will not be returning to four paws ever again. I highly recommend you don’t either.

Very nice and professional. Even trimmed Hanks nails without a lot of fuss.

Got our cat in right away on a Friday and took excellent care of her. Reasonable bill with no unnessary charges.

Four Paws vet clinic Is the Best vet clinic in my opinion All of the staff is Wonderful and Caring they treat each and every patient so Wonderfully.

Brought our middle aged bulldog here for her annual checkup. Amazing experience! The vet tech in particular was so kind and gentle with our nervous giant dog. He was amazing! I didn’t get his name but I appreciate how kind he was. The vet did a thorough job and had some thoughtful recommendations. We will definitely be coming back!
