Left an urgent very detailed message that my cat was sick and I wanted to become a new client since I moved to Kalispell. Waited 2dys no call, no help at all. Very disappointed. However they responded after this review apologizing and asking I give them another try. Therefore I changed from 1to3

My sweet puppy needed to be fixed, have two teeth pulled, and updated shots. At this clinic we were treated with great care. I was informed on everything that was happening. Also, the laser therapy that happened after surgery promoted positive quick healing.

I had a appointment First-time today with Dr Clark for my 9 year old dog. I noticed when I walked up to the door, her name was listed on a "Welcome" board outside along with several other animal names. My first thought was, these names must be the animals that they are seeing today, and how sweet and a warm greeting! I knew that I was at the right place for my animal and her care of needs. Dr. Clark was Compassionate and very thorough and listened to me explaining my dog's health history and concerns. The staff was nice and greeted us with a smile when we went inside and the whole place was very clean and bright. Thank you! Sue & 'Omika Lynne'

Always excellent service! The best vet I have been to in three different states. They are always able to get me an appointment in respectable time, and extremely fast if it's a pressing matter. They always call to check up And take the time to explain every detail to me. They also seem to be very familiar with my dog's breed, which is an added bonus!

Best Animal Clinic EVER! They take the time to treat the root issues, not just symptoms.

I have a "puppy" (70 pounds at 8 months) who is a serious sweetheart with tons of puppy energy. People have just remained calm and patient, going about their business, when we enter in a bundle of chaos. I've appreciated this. Responsive to our needs as he is growing and during "snip snip" time. Thank you! It's appreciated!

Dr. Clark and his staff are AMAZING. I had an emergency visit this past week after my dog got kicked in the face by our horse. They hadn’t even unlocked the doors yet and I bombarded them with my injured Dog. No questions asked they got straight to work. I’m so grateful I stopped in and will definitely be returning for any of my pet’s needs! Thanks so much!

We were visiting the Kalispell area when our dog developed a bad ear infection. They were able to get us right in. The front desk personnel, the Vet Tech, and Dr. Clark were all extremely professional. Dr. Clark took the time to really discuss what was going on and how to treat the underlying problem, something my home vet had not done. They checked with us to make sure the treatment was working. If I lived in Kalispell this would be my vet for sure.

First visit was great! Dr Clark gave a bunch of info on what could be causing my cats seizures. Second visit my cat had to be dropped off at 8:30 in the morning for a test that was supposed to take 2 hours, and said they’d give me a call when she was ready. Never received a call. I had though something bad must have happened, so I tried to give them time and keep waiting. Finally gave them a call myself at 12:30pm and they let me know she had been ready for awhile. Made me feel like my cat was 100% forgotten about and not cared for. I went and took my cat home, then received a call an hour later saying she was ready to be picked up. Lack of communication is so scary to see in a business that is supposed to take care of my kitten.

We love this veterinary clinic. We trust all of our pets to these wonderful doctors and technicians.

My little, Maltipoo, Angel swallowed a fish hook Monday and no veterinary Clinic would see her because she wasn't an established for or some other reason. I called Animal Clinic of Kalispell and they could see her. When we got there the front desk staff welcomed us with open arms. They didn't only care about Angel, but me too. Angel saw Dr. Cosper, he examined her, ordered some X-rays and found the hook. Dr. Cosper did surgery and removed it. He called me after surgery to let me know how things went and that he has the hook for me. I brought her home Tuesday and needless to say is doing great. I've been in contact with Dr. Cosper or someone from the clinic several times since Monday just to see how she's doing. The prices are reasonable and I can't say enough about Dr. Cosper and his Staff. Oh and did I mention how clean the Clinic is. I highly recommend Animal Clinic of Kalispell. Thank you Dr. Cosper and staff for taking care of Angel.

Expensive but worth it took good care of me dog

This is a great place to take pets for excellent care. My elderly cats and aging dog are all very well cared for at the animal clinic

We could not be more happy with the care we always receive at the Animal Clinic of Kalispell. We’ve had two dogs who have been to this vet on numerous occasions and will continue to have our dogs go to this vet. Both of our dogs have been a bit “challenging” at times; especially in unfamiliar situations or with unfamiliar people. The vets and techs get right down on the ground with our pup and make sure she knows she is safe and will be taken care of. They are always very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. On the occasions where we’ve had to make an unscheduled vet appointment for all those things dogs do, they’ve always had the solution and give us peace of mind knowing our pup is in great hands.

I am a homeless person with an injured dog that has an outreach program paying for my appt I set up an appointment with them for the following day at 9:00 a.m. they then called the outreach program that's helping me and told them to call me and tell me my appointment was canceled and claimed I was abusive over the phone which is categorically untrue I'm homeless and my dog is being cared for at no cost and they set me up an appointment immediately I was very grateful I think that they just don't want to help a poor person with a dog who's working with a charity

Admitted on time. All of our questions were answered. We were given plenty of options. Work was done quick. Many people to help.

Everything is always perfect, never have I ever had a single complaint with you guys!:)

We see dr Clark and I absolutely love him! You can tell he genuinely loves his patients and I know my dogs are in good hands with them.

My dogs feel like family here. I've never had a bad experience and wouldn't be able to find a complaint if I tried. When we lost our dog unexpectedly, the entire office signed a card and sent it to my family, making us feel valued, loved and cared for.
