Such a kind and accomodating team. Helped me through the loss of two of my dogs.

I recently moved to Montana and have a dog with Addisons disease, she was in crisis. I was in the middle of a refinance and moving, I didn't have the funds for her to be treated and called to plead with Valley to save her life but apparently money is more important than a dog's life to them. I ended up taking her to an emergency vet who gave her the injection, meds and boosters she needed, thank God. I have never dealt with a vet like them before and hopefully never will again.

Three generations of my family have tried to lean on the valley vet for our horses, dogs and cats. Some cases urgent some cases not. My three year old son was scolded by a vet at valley vet for not sitting down and wearing a mask. No joke. They have refused to give input on how to better the health of our dog and have malpractice with their equine side. If you care about your pets don’t take them here, I look forward to them shutting down that operation.

Dr. Dawn and Kaitlyn were so great in treating our dog. I was passing through Montana and my dog suddenly had both of her ears swollen; I called Valley Veterinary and they fit me in almost immediately. They were so kind and friendly to me and my dog. Dr. Dawn diagnosed the problem right away, treated my dog in a loving way, and gave me the proper medicine that cured the problem by the very next day. They are great! I would recommend them always and to anyone.

I trust Valley Veterinary 100% with my dog. Competent and kind, Dr. Armstrong made a difficult diagnoses and got our pup feeling better.????????

Gus The cat seemed to be okay with it, And they noticed that he was grumpy which is normal for him and I found funny, so they were personable. They weren't sure whether they gave him vaccinations or not after I specifically said I brought him in for that purpose. Still waiting for lab results from a little lesion he had. We'll see.

Great place but pricy, and have a few employees who take mask mandate to heart n get kinda rude about it. Otherwise love it

I called in an emergency, I tried asking several questions before I could ask one question the receptionist cut me off. She ultimately cut me off before asking any questions. Then puts me on hold to ask if they will even see the patient.

We had a great first vet experience there! Dr. Armstrong and his team of assistants were all fabulous with our ornery old dog.

My service dog had been very itchy and had strange tiny bumps on him as well as licking one paw really raw. They got him in quickly, not as an emergency, just quickly. I was surprised they intended to keep him all day and that is my only complaint. I need him and was not prepared to have him gone all day. However, the doctor called and gave me a very thorough report and made a point to say I was doing a great job because he is in excellent health. When I went to pick him up I was told how sweet he was and so happy. My boy is a pitbull and was treated with every kindness. That is not always the case. He came out happy and prancing like always. We will be staying with this vet. They obviously know how to treat animals with the love and kindness they all deserve, regardless of breed.

Thank you so so much for taking excellent care of my Chloe! Due to Covid we were having a hard time finding a place that was taking new patients. We greatly appreciate the amazing care and service we received.

A lot of shady and random hidden charges not disclosed when the appointment is set up or when your dog is being dropped off. The doctor's always seem nice I will say that. However it's a very unprofessional way to run a business trying to nickel and dime your customers to death.

We came to Valley after a very negative surgical experience at another vet. Dr. Armstrong turned things around and saved our dog's foot! He remembers our dog when she sees him, the staff do the same and build relationships with pets and their owners.

My dog was bit by a spider and her face had gotten extremely swollen. She was very well taken care of and the price was very reasonable for a weekend stay!

My daughter had an appointment. Called like before due to covid instead of going in. Put her on hold. 20 min later she called back said again she had appointment. They asked when, she said time, they said you should have come in and told her to reschedule. You couldn't ask what she needed the first time instead of hold.

I wish my first google review was a positive one, unfortunately not the case here. I have been taking my animals here for years and will be looking for a new Vet. I took my dog here for an emergency visit, the doctor called and left a VM - when I called back 2 seconds later was told she was on the other line. I said I would wait and the receptionist told me to hold while she went and spoke to the Vet., who then told the receptionist to tell me that she left me a detailed VM. Complete lack of empathy and professionalism. My dog has to stay multiple nights for an emergency visit that will cost $1000 plus and the Vet didn't have the decency to spare a minute for a phone conversation. I understand Doctors are busy but she had just called and was clearly was still near the phone.

The staff and Drs there are very knowledgeable and take the time to go over the details of my dogs care and to make good recomendations for future care.

Very impressed with Valley Vet. They follow through with all their diagnoses compared to other vet offices in helena. Time, care and compassion really goes into each visit for my dogs and my cat.

Amazing staff and doctors! Helped my kitty get her paw all fixed up and she’s doing amazing. Refused to give her any shots or anything on the count she may be pregnant was for sure looking out for my fur babies best interest.

They're caring, compassionate and professional people. They work within my budget to provide the care my animals need. I recently lost one of my animals just before Christmas and have another one that is terminal. The staff was wonderful helping me through the process of the cremation and getting the cremains back to me before the holidays because I was freaking out. The doctor sent me a handwritten sympathy card. To me that's impressive. The Dr. and his staff are great to work with great to deal with.

Cared for my Blaze as if it were there own pet. They weren't pushy and left the treatment up to me.

They helped me get to the owner of a lost dog, checked him for a chip and got their number even while they were closing!!

I took my dog Rocky to Valley Vet to get fixed and they gave him amazing care while he was there, they also took some samples for testing. Shorty after he got home there was an accident and he got hit by a truck and passed away. The next day I had my sister call them so that I could cancel the testing because I couldn't bring myself to do it. When my sister told them what happened they were very considerate and canceled the tests. A week later I received a sympathy card from their office saying they were sorry for my loss and that their thoughts were with me. If this doesn't show you have much they care about they people and the animals they take care of I don't know what to say. They are amazing and go above and beyond for what they do.
