Love this little place, a whole lot of healthy pet items, great staff, and they have a dog treat covered in honey that all dogs go nuts over!

Just visited the store to purchase a wire kennel for my new pup. The 3 people who helped me were amazing, knew their stock, extremely helpful in getting me the right size kennel, the proper car harness, toy and we talked about proper feeding, etc. I shop locally as often as possible and this pet store has better prices than even Amazon. The store is well stocked and pet friendly. Thank you for great service and a friendly attitude.

This store has everything that I need, from food to accessories, and I don’t have to wait a week for amazon prime delivery. Prices are in line with Missoula stores and online shopping. Staff is nice. What’s not to like. Update: Also want to add that I saw a lot of comments on a Facebook page where people were asking others to come leave negative reviews for this store and Ace in Hamilton. They said this store required masks during the pandemic so they deserve bad reviews and that will “send a message”. They’re also mad because this store and Ace support the local lgbtq community. So taking bad reviews since the start of 2020 with a grain of salt. There’s nothing wrong with this place, the cleanliness, or the staff. It’s a good pet supply store.

Wild about pets is amazing. I bought a Beta at PetSmart and she died within three days. I bought a new beta fish Mars at Wild about Pets. He is still alive and it's been a month and He is healthy as can be. Thank you so much Wild about Pets!!! I was really worried that our fish would die and my little boy would be heart broken again.

This place has always been a disorganized disaster. The store is dirty and the owner is rude. I've never been impressed.

Helped me find the best food for my needy dog. And gave me some samples to try since he is allergic to everything.

Sometimes I pick up food and supplies for a disabled, veteran friend of mine who's wheelchair bound. Prices are a bit steep, but in life, you get what you pay for, and this place has the right foods and supplies for your pet. With a friendly staff and equally friendly clientele, I recommend Wild About Pets.

I absolutely love this pet store. I had moved here from MN, and when I talked to an employee, they gave me free samples of dog food for my dog to try! Also, the staff are all super friendly and helpful. The owner is awesome, and cares about the safety of his staff and customers. He makes all customers and employees wear face masks, and isn't afraid to turn away anti-maskers. Also, the storefront features inclusive signs stating that they support immigrants, which is a refreshing sight in a small town.

I would rather drive 1 hour to a pet store in Missoula than go here. I love supporting small and local businesses so I was really disappointed by this establishment. The store does not seem to be cleaned often and had a horrible stench, unlike any other pet store I have been too. Store attendants are rude, ignore the phone and even customers at their counter. When you do get someone to answer a question they are belittling and tell you what you need rather than making suggestions. I have a cat with allergies and I was told that my cat “would just have to get over them”. 0/10 would not recommend

I am medically unable to wear a mask, but was denied entrance and service, even though I informed the employee that I was not able to wear one.

Only been in the store a few times . Rude, arrogant and seems they try to irritate customers. Not a clean environment.

A very rude owner. I just need pet food, I don't need to preached to about the border wall the minute I walk in. I would avoid at all costs. Just go to Missoula, I have spent a lot up there on pets instead of this store.

I bought 2 fish to add to my tank at home. Within a week those 2 fish died and then my whole tank died. I have had this tank with fish for 3 years. The owner said my water was bad and would not do anything about it. The 2 latest fish I bought from her killed all my other fish. I'll never go into that store again.

This business used it's building to advertise LIES about another person! Why? And the owner is very rude and way over priced. Please take your money some where else. Some where that keeps it about business.

The owner of this store has to be the RUDEST store owner ever! She flipped out over me not wearing a mask. I told her I was exempt but she didn't care. Please leave she said or I'll call the police. So we left. My galfriend and I were flabbergasted. I am legally exempt and I carry a State issued card to show that. She didn't care. She won't have to worry about us coming back in, tho I never had spent much there in the past except on dog food for my Chocolate lab, but my Galfriend had for her two dogs. There are much more friendlier places to do business with.

The store floor was filthy and the people there were flat out rude to a lady when I was there. The lady was doing curbside and she was screaming and waving her arm because she didn't have a mask .. lol at curbside. ? This lady is a nut! I won't buy from them ever again!

I thought this was a pet store but there are no pets. Just pet food.

The staff is friendly and helpful, great products to choose from. I love that they are open past 5:00. I wish they had more live feeders for reptiles but that's not very realistic in such a small town.
