They are amazing and trust worthy! Our fur babies love them here at associated. Dr. Bares is the one we see regularly but also others here and there. The staff knows all of us by name and that makes for an even more personal experience when you are putting trust in others with your animals health!

Associated Veterinary Services team. Associated Veterinary Services was the first veterinary clinic we visited in town and our appointment ended up being traumatic for both my cat and me. The vet and the technician held my cat down under a towel and caused her to scream wildly, and at no point offered to stop. The vet himself was apathetic, avoided eye contact with me and rushed out of the room without answering any of my questions. My cat has never been afraid of the vet before and is typically very easy to work with. When I looked concerned about how the appointment was going, both AVS employees expressed an attitude that she is just a cat and cats do this, which is an appalling failure of compassionate care. They suggested giving her sedating medication at home and bringing her back, but only after the exam was already over. We left the appointment with no diagnosis, but with a recommendation for a surgical procedure that a second opinion (who gave an actual diagnosis) deemed unnecessary. This second opinion also expressed that the trauma she endured at Associated Veterinary Services will likely make it very difficult for her to receive veterinary care in the future, even though she has never had these problems before. This experience also affected her behavior at home: she is now skittish, fearful, and avoidant, which are all characteristics completely divorced from her natural personality. Needless to say, I am severely dissatisfied with the experience we had at Associated Veterinary Services, which caused not only a great deal of emotional discomfort, but longterm health and financial consequences given our new difficulty accessing veterinary care. After receiving several emails asking me to leave a review, I reached out to Associated Veterinary Services privately to express my dissatisfaction. Their response was condescending, dismissive, and unhelpful.

Dr. Kolar is amazing!! Always very professional, and the love for animals is always there. She knows her stuff! Thank you ! And her team that assists is 5 thumbs up too!

I was nervous about how my dog would react going to the vet as I think most pet owners are but the staff and doctor are so friendly and caring I think it put both my dog and myself at ease. They are very knowledgeable and easy going. I would definitely recommend :)

Complained about their service! was told that we were not a good fit to use their service! To go elsewhere! Wow!! Told the secretary that we wanted to speak to her boss! We never received a response!

Dr Bares has been very responsive answering all my questions. She also offered to refer me elsewhere if I wanted to pursue other treatment options. All the staff is welcoming and friendly. I trust them to care for my dog.

My fur~babies have been going to Associated Veterinary Services since 1986 and before that they were (and still are) my family’s vet. Dr. Newman and I have been through a lot over the years. My babies have always had excellent care, been treated well, and don’t get upset going to the vet which is a big deal for me. I appreciate all they do to help me keep my babies healthy! I highly recommend them to anyone needing vet services!

We have been receiving veterinary services from AVS for more years than I can remember (at least 5 pets). Always pleasant folks to assist us. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Always find the time for urgent, unexpected same-day needs. Great Folks! Great Care!!

There aren't words that can describe how important a good vet is for your animals. The vets at Associated take very good care and are empathetic to your animal and to you.

Best vet ever. My family has been using Associated Vet for over 20 years. The staff care for your animals and remember their names and are beautiful and genuine people. They are kind and professional and will ALWAYS make follow up calls to check in on your animals (I have never had another vet put in this effort). My one complaint is the office doesn't have a bigger parking lot which has nothing to do with the amazing service they provide. I have used Associated Vet for everything, routine care and check ups, microchipping, surgery, lab testing, emergency services, over the phone diagnostics, used them as interim vet for my fosters, and unfortunately as is the nature with having pets, euthanasia. I moved from Great Falls and had to find other vets who provided subpar services at best (these were "top rated vets"). I gave up trying to find another vet and I will gladly drive 2.5 hours for my animals check-ups and routine care because of how amazing Associated it. I truly feel my pets are in better hands with Associated Vet. I honestly cannot sing their praises enough.

Love the staff here! From regular check ups to emergency visits for a scratched eyeball, they are always so caring, loving and respectful to me and my two dogs!

My dog had a emergency (or so I believed) and they got me right in without an appointment and checked everything all out. They were friendly and professional as always.

Everyone was caring and friendly. They handled my dog professionally. They were very respectful when sharing recommendations for my dogs overweight situation. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased when I took my cat in for a wellness check after adopting her the week prior. The vet was very gracious, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Even though I had some issues with parking and finding the spot to park, I was extremely relieved when a vet assistant came out and got me. Thank you all for a wonderful service and appointment experience, I look forward to coming here in the future!

Associated Vets are the best vet in town. Whether it be for equine services or small animal they are out of this world! Dr Newman is my Dr Pol!!
