Very friendly and kind saved my dogs life .never had a diabetic dog before and the have helped me through it

It was good to be able to talk to a live person but not good to find out the nearest emergency treatment available was in missoula or Bozeman. I was fortunately able to get emergency treatment in deer lodge at Clark Fork Veterinary clinic and the charge for emergency callout was much less than what you quoted.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL veterinary clinic I have ever taken my pets to. The front end workers are excellent, however the veterinary doctors are beyond DISRESPECTFUL!!

DO NOT take your pets to this place!

Really very impressed with how thorough and caring the vets and vet techs have been with my animals (even when my animals are being jerks). They've really helped my sick old man feel better and treated my dog like one of their own. The rest of the staff couldn't be any friendlier or more accommodating, too.

Wow can't say enough about they helped us out seeing my boxer Chevy. We were here from Florida and needed a vet and they were able to see Chevy within a few hours of calling them, everyone there was very helpful. Thank You

Love the service I get here. The Vets really care about my pup and it shows. They are careful to make sure pet is safe whenever we go.

Excellent, professional, caring veterinary care.

We've been taking our animals here for nearly 7 years now. For the first 4 years we had a very sickly kitty we'd adopted and I feel that without the folks at Highlands we'd have had less than a year with him, but they gave us 4 good years. Now, we've got two young bonded brothers with nowhere near the health issues, but I still wouldn't take them anyplace else.

All around AMAZING and Beyond knowledgeable some of the friendliest people you will ever meet work there 5stars all the way around!!!

Super help in time of upset

We have been to many vet hospitals in the area with various pets and problems. Our latest issue, we had been given some wishy washy info from a few other places before we called highlands. They were more than helpful on the phone which immediately made me feel comfortable. They gave me beginning estimates which nobody else could do for some reason. When we got there, they were friendly and great with my kids too. (who were not in a good mood so that really impressed me) the appointment was informative and they were extremely gentle with him. Before anything else was done, they came in with an itemized checklist of suggestions. We went through it and decided what our priorities were and I felt like I had total control of the price. But even with a budget, our cat received the best care. They've already called to check on us and have provided many sources for questions. This is our place now. I will never go to another vet hospital.

Brought my dog Bear into get acquainted with one of the vets and get his vaccinations on Saturday May 1st and I was really impressed of how caring they are towards animals you can feel just being there they have a deep level of compassion. My dog is a difficult one sometimes but they did awesome and answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable with them. He is my baby. They are open on Saturday’s hooray for that! They even called me the next day on a Sunday …to see how he was doing after his vaccinations. I just love all of them there! I hope this helps to anyone is considering taking their animal there for care. You won’t regret it! Great people! ❤️

Highlands Veterinary is an excellent place for all animals. Their dedicated vets and technicians are the most caring people I have ever met. I recommend them to care for dogs cats and all animals. Thank You to all of them May God Bless them LaRae Koepke

Caring, Experienced staff takes the time to EXPLAIN what's happening, what's possible to make your pet feel better, and what it COSTS. No surprises, no extra add-ons. They're an actual hospital, and can run labs in house. Saved a ton being able to give him great care in town. Highly recommend.

Very professional & friendly staff. Their vets are the best, so knowledgeable & compassionate.

They're very nice and helpful when it comes to the health and well-being of your fur babies. When I was told that my boy would need surgery It was explained very well and they answered all my questions and even checked in on how my fur baby was doing after surgery. Highly recommend it for the care of your fur children.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They truly care about your pet!

This vet has been super helpful since I started seeing them several months ago. They always pick up the phone, they are always thorough, nice, upfront about costs, and super knowledgeable. The staff also goes above and beyond, getting things done right away that don’t need to done until the next appointment.

They were wonderful in taking care of our sick dog.

Been here a couple of times. First time was to put down our Golden Retriever because she was so old. They made it very peaceful... The second time just in the past week was because my Yorkie was sick. They squeezed me in and took such good care of her! I will definitely come back here-- because they genuinely care about what they do! They even called me the day after to check up on Xena! Excellent customer service!

The Nurses and Doctors at Highlands Veterinary Hospital are amazing. I took my little Chihuahua to them, on an emergency. They treated him so well and were so thorough on everything they did with him. I have now taken him there for his teeth cleaning and they were amazing. They explained everything, they kept me posted on how he was doing, how the procedure was going and what to expect. They go through a whole financial with you before you choose to go forward with any procedure. They really do care and love the animals. Very good experience.

Jill and the staff took excellent care of our dog, Ned, when he fell ill while we were visiting family over the Holidays. She clearly and concisely explained her differential diagnosis and walked us though her proposed treatment plan better than any veterinarian our pets have seen between the Washington D.C. and Phoenix metro areas. As stressful as it is being away from home with a sick pet, the staff at Highlands Veterinary Hospital put our minds at ease.

Fantastic staff, very kind, animal loving, people. Helped my dog get back up and running after an injury. Couldn't ask for a better vet hospital
