My dog had a great first experience and we just re-scheduled!

She was super rude and my dog seemed to be terrified after I picked him up. He's been super clingy ever since I took him to her. He's always fine after any other grooming appointment. She was mad I got there 15 minutes early (as one does for appointments) she told me I had to be exactly at the time she was done so I rushed around to try to get there on time, but she was 15 minutes late finishing him. She has terrible customer service and manners. do not go to her

Renee is phenomenal!! Both of my dogs look amazing! I will continue to use her. Such a pleasant experience! A+++

I would like to give a positive review, but on July 17, after setting up a haircut for our Border Collie in June, after explicitly telling Renee that this is a yearly "summer" cut for his heat/comfort, and how much he weighs, size, age, etc, she scheduled us in mid July, and cancelled at our delivery to her home salon. I told her the length we always have him cut at, but when my daughter (age 34, who works retail and with the elderly, so has great "people" skills) brought the dog out to her place, she was shocked at how rude Renee was. She asked her what we wanted done, even after my explicit directions, and how long it had been since his last haircut!(Again-this,was very CLEARLY told to her in June.) She took one look at the dog, who was standing. She said no,that the dog couldn't stand, (obviously not true, which my daughter explained) and that the dog was "too furry" to groom! Too much work! So she then turns around and goes back into her camper. I can't vouch for her rudeness to my daughter, but Renee then called me and did the exact same thing-rudely stating the dog "should have been groomed earlier" too much hair, etc.(keep in mind no groomers worked during Covid, and then they were all backed up 2 plus months after they could begin again.) This tirade to me was angrily, demeaningly, and outright rudely with a raised voice. I was stunned! She did know all the particulars, age, hair length, last grooming session, etc, so should have never scheduled us if she does not want to do big furry dogs!. I have worked in retail ALL of my life in retail, (42 years as the owner of a retail store) and I can tell you, if Renee worked for me, she would have been gone in the first month...after 3 reprimands for poor customer service..which is our limit! I see a few good reviews for her quality of work, but also several reviews for this rude, angry streak. No groomer is that good, to have to put up with that incredibly unprofessional attitude and behavior! Zero stars, but they won't allow that, so one what we had to review this business at. But zero is the truth. We waited 3 weeks for that!

We are traveling and found Renee by a Google search. She groomed our two Poodles beautifully for a reasonable price. She was warm, professional and thoughtful. We are very happy to have found her.

Renee has done a great job with our dog twice! We will continue to go to her. She’s so accommodating and our pup always looks amazing ☺️

If I could give this zero stars I would. Brought my parents dog out to get groomed after my mom had an appointment for over a month, she took one look at the dog asked what we were doing with it I told her a haircut she asked when the last time the border collie had been groomed I said I believe maybe last summer and she said nope never mind I’m not doing it and she turned around and walked away even though we had an appointment scheduled for over a month.Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anybody to take their dog here ever.

I have brought both of my toy aussies in to Renee to be groomed and they come out looking amazing! We get super excited in the days leading up to them going to see her, they look like little angels when she’s done when them! 10/10 best groomer

I recently had Renee bathe and groom my little dog. I could not have been more impressed with the job she did! I went to pick up my pup, and she was so beautiful and soft and clean. The haircut she did on my dog was amazing. I could not have been more pleased. Renee was so kind and professional. She treated my dog with loving care and wasn't phased at all that my dog was nervous at first. She really put my dog at ease. I will continue to go to Renee and was thrilled with her service.

Renee did a wonderful job with our six month-old doodle for her first haircut. Her nails were trimmed to just the right length and she is so clean and fluffy! It was so convenient to have her come to our front door & much less stressful for our puppy, too. Highly recommend!

Renee is amazing with all dogs. I have a cockapoo and she knows how to cut her just right! I trust Renee with my fur baby every time. She comes to my place and works with my busy schedule to make sure my dog is perfect for every season. I would reccamend her to anyone who loved their pup and lives a busy schedule. She also lets you hang out with your pup while she grooms so you don’t have to worry about them if they have anxiety! We love Renee!!

Renee is a truly fantastic groomer! Yesterday was Riley’s second appointment with her, and just like the first time we are so impressed with her level of skill and efficiency. Both times he has been done in only an hour AND looked far better than he’s ever looked with any other groomer. I swear he was straight-up strutting around on our walk today like “Yeah, I know I look good” :) It’s just so nice to find someone that you can completely trust with your fur baby- not only to do a great, consistent job each time but to just make a not-so-enjoyable process for them a little bit better. Aside from her magical skills at transforming my once-scraggly Border Collie/Aussie mix into the cutest, cleanest fluff-ball on the planet, she’s just a down to earth and nice person, and she clearly loves dogs a ton. She always calls me back quickly and fits him in within a few days, too. I’m so glad we found her and I can’t recommend her enough!

Renee has always been great with our dogs. We have large dogs, a Labrador and an English Mastiff and she treats them as if they were hers. They are always excited to see her with tails wagging and come home so soft and clean. She does excellent work and my wife and I are so happy we found her!

Renee was amazing with my dog Ellie. Ellie had been wary of other groomers in town but she would have stayed all afternoon with Renee-- Ellie was so comfortable with her! Ellie looked amazing. Renee really made sure that she touched up every part of my dog and also paid more attention to her problem areas. Renee had great expertise and opinions but also made sure she heard what I had to say. I'd recommend her to anyone in town!

Renee knocked it out of the park with my headstrong stubborn goldendoodle. She groomed him super quick!! He looks and smells amazing. She came to the house and everything!!! She will be Ruxpin's groomer once we finish our move to the Bozeman area. He liked her so much he followed her out to her truck on her way out. So awesome.

Heard about Renee from a friend of a friend and decided our mini Schnauzer needed to look like a Schnauzer again. Renee pulled up in front of the house right on schedule, our dog went into the grooming trailer looking like a scruffy Ewok, and an hour later came out looking like he was ready for a dog show or something! He looked SO good - my wife and I laughed our heads off in amazement of how different and good he looked (and he clearly knows it). He was a -little- shaken but it's the first time he's been groomed professionally since he was a puppy. Renee did just a fantastic job (and also took care of his nails and did the anal glands too) - we will definitely be using Renee's again for our little guy!

Had this "I'm just not going to deal with it attitude" As soon as she saw my dog a Wooly Siberian Husky she seemed to get flustered. Mentioned that it would take hours to properly groom him(hence why I hired a groomer). Being a Wooly he has 3 layers of fur instead of the 2 normal Huskies have. She kept saying it was matted and acted like I'm a horrible owner. I spend 2 hours every week brushing him it's just his coat. She was apparently so "done" with him (a wash, blow dry, & clipping 3 of his paws. No brushing) that she just let him run right out of his trailer. AND she cut the quick on multiple claws. Luckily, he came right to my door. Anyone who knows huskies or any other sled dog knows they will run off(something we call taking themselves for a walk). He was only in her trailer about 40 minutes. She said she couldn't deal with him anymore because of his crying. Once again, someone not familiar with Huskies and their mannerisms. No wonder he was crying she was cutting him quick. I'm upset at myself for even paying her $40 for the was and blow dry. Something I do often myself at Dee o gee for $15. These pictures are from just after his 'grooming' there is still mud on him... As someone who was splurging on my dog for a job well done I am very dissatisfied.
