Dr. Jenny went out of her way to schedule us the same day for our dog that was experiencing increasing pain. She has a reassuringly calm presence, and the euthanasia, while very sad, was very peaceful. She is highly skilled and kind and treated our pet with the utmost dignity and care. We never felt rushed during this difficult time, and It was a much a better experience than bringing our pet into the vet's office. I cannot recommend her highly enough -- thank you!

I want to first say that if you're reading this and looking into these service my heart swells for you. It's hard BUT please don't think twice about using Peaceful Journeys. Every step of this difficult moment was made easier and yes, more peaceful, because of her services, support, compassion and intuition. She went above and beyond multiple times and had thought through every detail to make it a graceful transition - she replied to our inquiry on the weekend, spent a great deal of time detailing the process to us and answering questions, sent us information on grieving pets afterward because of the thoughtful observations she made during our session. Honestly, I am tearing up as I write this because the gratitude I have for Dr. Jenny overwhelms. I couldn't recommend her enough and hope every pet is so lucky to have her there during their last moments of life.

When our two 17 year old cats were diagnosed with two different terminal illnesses on the same day, we cared for them at home for several months until each one showed they were ready to go. With the compassionate help of Peaceful Journey, Tucker went first. Dr. Jenny Muckey was so calm and kind at such a heart-wrenching time. Being in our home meant everything was just as we would want as we said goodbye to our dear friend. When Tucker's sister, Gracie, showed it was her time just a few weeks later, we did not hesitate to contact them again. A special thanks to Mikki who answered our first call and walked us through the process and then returned the ashes to us in person. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond in helping us all. Much heartfelt gratitude.

We were so torn with how to handle our Lab’s end of life and unfortunately didn’t have a lot of help from our regular vet. When we decided it was time, we called Dr. Jenny and she got back to us right away and actually came that evening. It was the hardest thing but she was so kind and made things as easy and peaceful as possible. She even helped our young child through the process. Forever grateful.

We are so grateful for Dr. Jenny. She has helped us with both of our senior dogs as they crossed over the rainbow bridge. She is kind, caring and attentive. She made an extremely difficult time in our family lives smooth. We highly recommend her and her team at Peaceful Journey.

What a blessing this was! Our 1 year-old cat was hit by a car and surgery was unable to repair damage to his nerves. He was able to spend his last couple days at home, comfortable on pain medication, and sleeping with us on the couch. As hard as a decision it was to put him down, we were so so grateful that he was able to peacefully nap with us right until the very end, rather than try to cram him into his cage and take him to the vet. We were able to pet him the entire time, and the technician was extremely kind, respectful, and honoring of him. If you're reading this review, I know you're going through such a hard time, but I cannot recommend Peaceful Journey enough if you find yourself in this tragic position.
