Not Happy at all took my dog in to get spayed and within 1 week she has to be put down she was only 5 years old and it cost me 1000

Caring group of professionals. Thankful to find this place open on a Sunday when my dog was in need of care, especially since we are new to town. Staff members were so kind and gentle towards my senior dog. Dr. Wolf was extremely well spoken and we never felt pressured by her to pursue unnecessary treatment or tests. Dr. Nelson performed our dogs surgery the following day and we, again, felt extremely cared for. She even stayed late that evening with our pup as he recovered from surgery and met with us when we picked him up with instructions and to answer any questions we had. Billing expectations were clearly communicated up front which was much appreciated. I can’t say enough about the level of care provided, something I’ve never experienced at a Pet Hospital. Thank you guys for what you’re doing!

Truly the most phenomenal care available for animals Bozeman. They really went the extra mile for us and our cat. Absolutely top-of-the line communication and the utmost ability to handle difficult situations with ease and grace. I never once worried about our furry kid when she was with them. As long as I'm a pet owner, Wellhaven will be my go-to. Truly, I can't thank these guys enough.

Took my dog here for the first time because they offer appointments on Saturdays AND Sundays, which is rare and super convenient. At the appointment, the staff was so kind and professional. The facility is very clean. They were understanding and had great awareness of my dog's nervous behavior. They could tell she was on edge and respected my dog in a way I have never seen from staff at other vets. Most importantly, the staff did not speak down to me, or condescendingly, like I have experienced at so many other vets. After coming here, I will never settle to take my dog to other vet offices that are less professional.

I took my dog here when she was yelling in pain but I couldn’t figure out why. I was absolutely distraught. The staff and vet were amazing. They diagnosed her with arthritis in her back and gave me meds. But they were just so caring and thoughtful. Wouldn’t hesitate to my furry child here.

My poor kitty had an abscess on his gum with we were traveling. After calling many vets that were too busy for us, Bozeman Pet Hospital got us in at the very last minute. They took amazing care of my cat. Got his teeth pulled and all cleaned up in just a few hours. You could tell they truly cared about my cat. They were so sweet and sincere. I would recommend them to anyone!

A very negative, hurtful, and costly experience! I've been to this hospital several times and the negativity started with the reception staff who were, in my opinion, discourteous and unhelpful. More seriously, the doctors missed a serious issue leading to unnecessary pain for my pet and extra expense for me. They ran diagnostic tests without asking and made me feel like a bad "pet parent" for advocating for my pet and for not wanting to pay for unneeded testing. If you choose to go here, I recommend asking a lot of questions, getting everything in writing, and checking your bill carefully. In my case they made several billing errors such as charging for 3 injections where only one was given and adding pet food that wasn't purchased.

This is the best veterinary clinic in Bozeman. The staff is so kind and sweet and Dr. Kimbell is a god send. She is so knowledgeable and extremely thorough (which I love because I am a crazy dog mom). She makes all of my puppy's visits fun and not scary. Maple seriously loves the vet! I wish I could give them 1000 stars. I absolutely adore these people and Maple does too! Please take your pet here, you wont regret it.

The staff was filled with wonderful people! I absolutely loved how much they were willing to accommodate with my cat and dog at the same time. Very convenient and lovely, too! Most Importantly, my animals tend to get anxious in new environments, but for the most part they were able to get comfortable! (:

Everyone here is great!! I was able to get in within 24hrs of scheduling the appointment. They took all precautions given my pup had Kennel Cough. The Vet (Kimberly) was awesome. She was so sweet to my dog, Esme, and treated her with such care! She even gave me helpful suggestions for using harnesses instead of collars. They even followed-up the next day to make sure Esme was feeling ok. They have great communication which is always helpful. I highly suggest them when you have an emergency or even if it is just a check-up!

I have been so pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of WellHaven. We appreciate the love and attention they give to our little fur babies, especially when they aren't feeling their best. Thanks for everything you have done during a trying month with our cat.

I think our experience was probably as good as it could be! Everyone was kind, friendly, compassionate and managed a power outage gracefully. I feel like stogie was in good hands and treated very well while he was in your care. Especially appreciate that I could overhear Vet employees talking to other animals and comforting them with a sweet voice.

Call later in the day the next day to follow upon the pets visit. After you called I learned Oliver was not feeling well. He had a reaction to the vaccines...was running a fever and ached all over...didn't want to be touched anywhere on his body. He was hiding in the house which is very unlike him. So next time Oliver will need something before he is vaccinated. He is sensitive like another cat "Sam" we had previously. Sam lived for 20 years.

On a 3 month RV trip, our furry kid developed a UTI and had us up a good part of Sat night. We were lucky to find Bozeman Pet Hospital open on Sunday and able to see us. They took great care of us, did a thorough evaluation…..we were able to get biz treated and on the mend. The folks here provided expert and compassionate care. Wish they were our local vet!

Reviews looked fantastic and staff was friendly but SO much misinformation about my appointment - members of their staff giving differing information. Hard to trust a clinic that can’t get their story straight - leading to the vet trying to give my dogs shots that they weren’t even due for yet due to their inability to properly communicate. Super disappointed..

They are by far the best vet I've ever visited my kitty got hurt bad and they did so well with her and they gave me updates my baby is in full recovery sassy as ever lol

Absolutely loved the Vet-Tech Grace. Very knowledgeable and great with my dog. Dr. Wolfe was also great!

The vet staff here is very friendly and always take good care of my pup and routinely follow up the next day to make sure everything is going well. I typically don’t have to wait very long and usually get in right when my appointment begins.

I’ve worked with several vets over the years of owning animals and bozeman pet hospital is BY FAR the best. Every person you’ll interact with will show you extreme kindness, patience, and knowledge. They’re all incredibly reliable sources of information and provide quality services to both owner and animals. Vets often come with a huge $$$ that needs paid up front, but the pet hospital offers the companion care, and give you comprehensive information about pet insurance to ensure you’re able to give your animals all the care, treatments, and medications needed without breaking your bank. The insurance policy’s are so affordable that it doesn’t even make a difference in monthly bills but saves SO MUCH money and stress in the event of an emergency. You maybthinj you’ll never need it but no matter how close an eye you keep on your pets they always have a sneaky way of getting into some trouble, but you can rest easy knowing you’ll both be taken care of in those chaotic times. My boyfriend had to convince me that the pet hospital was the best option over a vet I have known for over a decade, but I’m so so glad I listened to him. I’ve switched all of my pets to the pet hospital and I’ve never felt so proud of a parenting decision.

Very caring staff and they project competence. Doctor called with updates on our old cat that was in for surgical care. I was impressed. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Lots of parking.

My 10 year old lab, Maggie, started having seizures on a Sunday morning and since our regular vet wasn't open, Bozeman Pet Hospital took excellent care of us. So friendly, timely, professional and followed up with us the next day!! I highly recommend and would definitely go back if we did not already have a regular vet.
