So nice to take your animal to people who really seem to care. Being Nationwide is a bonus as my significant other is an over the road driver and he has yet to visit a Banfield where they didn't show genuine concern for our animals.

My wife & I had the hardest day yesterday we as pet owners have as we had to say goodbye to our furry family member. I can't say enough thanks to Dr. Owen and the entire staff. The degree of care and professionalism shown to us & Howdy was everything we could have hoped for.

This place was so great and helpful for my two dogs! I am on a road trip and both of my dogs started vomiting and had diarrhea. They fit us in and took such great care of them. I go to a Banfield in Portland, so they had their charts which made it all so smooth. They immediately started feeling so much better. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful and I felt really good leaving them there and with the care plan given. Thank you Banfield of Bozeman!

If you check with ads for banfield pet hospital you can get your first initial visit and exam on the house. People there are amazing very friendly and helpful. Right in PetSmart.

They didn’t tell me a price before taking my animal for a booster vaccination. I was told previously by the veterinarian that I didn’t have to pay for the office visit since it was a follow up, just the vaccine itself. As I ask why, the receptionist was defensive and said I should have the invoices from the previous vaccination. ( They didn’t think to give me those, just the certification for rabies vaccine.) My cat was a new patient and didn’t have the online portal for the invoices either. I give in and as I’m paying, I’m getting guilt-tripped for questioning the price of care. Unbelievable, won’t be coming back.

The staff is fine but realize that Banfield is a large corporation and the individual locations have no control over your wellness plan after you sign up. If you want to cancel the plan, it is a very expensive hassle that the Bozeman office will not help you with.

Charged me $1000 to give my dog every test and x-ray they had, all to not be able to figure out that my dog was just constipated... Then they suggested "exploratory surgery". STAY AWAY!!!!

We have been using this banfield since we got our first dog 3 years ago. Every vet we've worked with has been great, with only one slightly bad experience with a receptionist in the first year. Dr. Giddings shows our dogs love and is incredibly caring and wants the best for them. We have greatly appreciated the care that this hospital gives our puppers. The plans help spread everything out so its a monthly payment plan to cover everything as opposed to paying for everything up front - and the cost is cheaper overall! Highly recommend for quality care. I have even used the chat feature on the app and received a follow up phone call the next day asking how my dog was doing and if we would need to bring him in - that is good customer care and love for animals!

Beware pet owners ! If something happens in your life that you no longer have your pet and you want to cancel the year-long plan, you are stuck in Banfield's plan for the entire year and if you try to get out of it early, they charge you at an exorbitant cost schedule they call "retail price" that ends up almost exactly the amount of the year plan. I had a puppy for 4 weeks that was rehomed, and when I called to cancel my Puppy Plan insurance, they charged me $520 for just 2 rounds of vaccinations (which is almost the cost of the year plan of $595). So heads up - There is no way to get out of the plan should anything happen in your life.

After carrying in my 95 year old healer with a damaged back to the front desk and limiting his movements while talking to the CSR, she decided to leash him up, drag him behind her around the front desk with me yelling at her not to have him walk to fast. That was just the 1st thing they did wrong. Leaving him unattended in the people/pet room #2 to walk around for 2hours (we hear him falling into the door and walls crying because he is hurting his hips trying to get out of the room); Dr. admitting to not looking at his record prior to his visit and prior to being MAN HANDLED (so while his Basic check-up they had to do an ear swab which his hips where pinned down by weight of a person..YUP he was screaming for over 3mins) No one at corporate will talk to me about his mishandling. Only automated response to cancel his long-term care service I was paying for. I carried him back to the car without help even though they could tell he was having a huge problem. Day after he was in so much pain he would not leave his bed to go pee. He's been going to this place for a while now and they all seem to be oblivious to in caring for the elderly despite the fact his condition is very clearly noted in his file.

We have been using Banfield throughout the United States of America. As full-time RV years I have found they have been reliable, conveniently located in Cary. I’ve had two of my schnauzers on their wellness plan. Highly recommend. I would give them a 4.8.

I have gone to multiple Banfield Pet Hospitals all over the country for the past 6 years. After many visits to this one it is by far the worst experiences time and time again that I’ve had. On 12/26/20 I simply called to make sure my pets vaccines are up to date and asked her if she could email them to me, due to my landlord needing them every year. She tells me to use the app or go online. I explain to her the app hasn’t worked for me in the past but that others have emailed to me and that’s what I wanted. She says they are up to date and asks for my address. I tell her I don’t want to update my address due to it changing all the time. She asks again so I have to reiterate myself. She goes silent and I ask if she is still there. She says yes she just can’t get past this part in the computer because I won’t update my address and tells me again that I can use the app or go online. Finally she asks for my email. I give it to her. She says that I shouldn’t expect to get the email for 24 hours or maybe 2 days because they are so busy and only have 1 receptionist. Then proceeds to tell me again with a terrible attitude to just use the app or go online. She wasn’t friendly, she wasn’t helpful, she showed a lack of interest in helping and just wanted to get the conversation over and kept pushing me when I had already explained to her multiple times that I didn’t want to do what she was suggesting. Terrible customer service.

I have been with Banfield for 10 years for our dog. We have had great service at all but one of the 9 different Banfield’s we have visited. We had to go to this one on the way through town after our guy got real sick. The staff was great! The doctor was thorough and attentive and I genuinely felt that she cared for and had a vested interest in our little guy. Thanks for the great service! Our dog is doing fantastic!

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The computer system at check-in and check-out is simple to follow and concise. The phone/text/email communications are helpful and informative.

What's best for your pet depends on who you see. Twice now the second vet seen in the same location for a follow up has adamantly discredited what I was told by the first. If I need to seek a second opinion about my vets advice every time, I will seek a new vet. Enough of cheap care for my dog. Have cancelled my plan and will be seeking worthwhile care elsewhere. It deserves to be said that most of the people I've met who run the front desk operations are kind people who I do believe care for my pet and myself.
