Not enough stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely phenomenal!!! Our family of long time cat owners had to have a cat put to sleep recently and we had the most compassionate, professional and kind experience we've ever had with a veterinary practice. Until then, we didn't even know there was such a thing as The American Association of Feline Practitioners and now we've made sure all our fellow cat parents know about your practice and other Accredited vets outside of Billings. Even over two weeks later, I haven't been able to stop talking about what an amazing experience it was, even for such a terrible time. Thank you for all your loving care!!!

The vets are good and costs are higher than I like, but still cheaper than My previous vet. Vets and Techs are caring, professional, and transparent in fees. They do not have an emergency service, which would be nice as we are limited to two of the highest priced Practices in town If you have an emergency. I did have to wait in the car about 15 minutes but overall Shiloh Vet is excellent

My girlfriend's pet died 11 hours after being treated at this place. ???? A hack job was done during the operation and we strongly feel this surgery caused death. It was an extremely tragic & sad experience. Beware.

Friendly-know what they are doing

The vet tech and Vet doc were amazing. My kitties love them. They already know my cats by name...AND, know thier favorite treats. By far, the best Veterinary Hospital in Billings, possibly the best in Montana!

They took great care of my dog

The first visit - they treated both of my puppies like little people - individually looked in their eyes- let them hug them and kiss on them- and had treats for them to help with the process. They took good care of me and my lil babies!! Thank you Shiloh Veterinary Hospital & Team!!!

The staff and Veterinarians at Shiloh are so kind and caring. I never have to worry about who is taking care of my dog because everyone there is so great.

Dr. Mohr and her assitant are wonderful, not only are they great with my pets but with my kids. I don't feel rushed, they know small animals and I am so blessed to have had them treat all of my kitties. She saved my kitty Monica after she was shot, saved my kitty Winston when he had crystals and a blockage and helped me with our kitty Molly's needs. Very pleased with them.

We just recently relocated to Billings from Washington and we’re looking for a new vet for our two Mastiff’s. We were referred to Shiloh Veterinary Hospital by some good friends and I’m so glad we were. They were super attentive and listened to all our needs. They even called to check in and see how the dogs were doing after their visits. If you are looking for a vet in Billings, I highly recommend!

My cat was due for a booster shot and a general annual evaluation. My wait times weren't very long and the tech and vet worked very quickly with my cat during her evaluation and shot to keep the stress down. The actual evaluation lasted maybe 5 minutes with no wasted time to ensure that my cat was not getting handled more than what was necessary.

Dr. Cook is thorough and professional. It's apparent she takes pride in her job; she always has a positive attitude and I trust her advice. I have 3 King Charles cavalier spaniels and wouldn't go anywhere else. My dogs are my family. I truly believe she loves the animals she cares for and that's important to me.

Called 40 min before closing without an appointment and they said come right over for a internally broken toe nail. Got us fixed up right away and out the door. Excellent experience!!

Everyone at Shilo Veterinary Hospital were helpful and friendly. We had never been there before and we had a few concerns that were addressed. We got in the same day and they treated our scared little dog wonderfully.

Our vet and his tech were absolutely wonderful! They both handled and treated my gecko like a charm, all of my questions were answered, and even showed me how I’m to do his injections. I have a much happier geck thanks to them!
