I have taken my dogs to Katie to get their nails trimmed on numerous occasions. Like many dogs, my dogs become very stressed when it comes to nail trims. However, Katie's patient, sweet, and kind demeanor lessens all of our anxiety. Highly recommend!

Katie got our doxie girl in quickly and took great care of her. We have been to other locations in Billings where we didn’t feel they weren’t as patient with our stubborn girl and Katie was fantastic.

Perfect customer service. Awesome job taking care of my cat, long hair , desperately needed a bath to get sheet rock dust out of his hair. I would definitely recommend to friends. Parking was a challenge. But, worth it.
