We've been taking our 3 pups here for the past few years, and everyone is amazing with them! They're always compassionate, and you can truly tell they love what they do. Dr. Stephens and Dr. Sheffield are wonderful vets, and I wouldn't take our furbabies anywhere else.

I've gone to other veterinarians but nothing like Banfield. They are caring compassionate, and spoil my puppies when they are in their care. The Wellness plans have saved me so much in time and money I reccomend getting a plan for your fur babies.

I take my cat Pearl, there every 6 months. Doctor schefvild is awesome. She always let's me know right away how Pearl, is doing she calls me over the phone ???????? The only thing was the women's bathroom it was not so clean. Other than that large inventory for most all pets. ????????✌????

Made three trips to heal my cat and each time was another hundred+ dollars, had to demand wound care and still had to go to another vet to actually get something done

They took very good care of my Raquel. And very reasonably priced for trimming her nails.

This place was awesome the vet a lady was so knowledgeable able my 17 year old baby girl that she knew just what she needed and got her on the fast track to recovery. With the meds and procedures that she mentioned for me to do she has become her fun energetic self and my long lost cuddle buddy. Thank you so much doc!

Most veternarian offices charge around $200 on average for a male cat to get nuetered this place charges between $300/$400. What a rip off!! Plus half the time they give your pet the wrong meds or meds that make them extrenely sick

Staff is very good with dealing with pets. They're knowledgeable and very friendly.

I would give them zero stars if it would allow me to do so. My first experience with them was not so bad. This last experience was terrible. Everything about it from the doctor to the rude receptionist to the cost. Take your pets anywhere else.

They were fantastic with my 6 yr old and my 8 week old puppy! They made everything very smooth during the chaos of our world to take care of our fur babies! I will be back!

Easy to make appointment, curbside pick up. Diagnoses correct, treatment work in 2 weeks rechecked all well.

We have been taking our two cats to see Dr. Stevens for 3 years now. They are very accommodating and so sweet. They do a great job taking care of our fur babies and I would definitely recommend them!

They tried to get you for everything.

Canceled the wellness plan because of issues (i.e. being told my dog was "bad" because he is scared of being held down due to his traumatic life prior to the shelter from which we adopted him), and for my dogs' last visits on the plan, a woman (not sure why I am still protecting her name) straight up LIED to me on the phone about how much was still covered by the plan that would soon be expiring. I will deter everyone I possibly can from choosing Banfield. Update: when they called back, they decided to inform me of yet another thing my dogs needed that would cost more money. After three opportunities to have already told us about that, they waited until the FOURTH conversation to do so. Again, please do NOT take your pets here. They are incompetent when it comes to communication, and they will burn you for your money after trying to tell you your pets aren't "good" if they happen to be a little scared of strangers. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE, GO TO TO THE MEDICAL CENTER ON PEARCE.

Thus far, we've had quality experiences. The vets and techs have shown great care and compassion with our pets.

Great after hours pet care. We had an emergency with our cat and they saw us at 9 PM...very caring and helpful.

They are great with my cats & even when 1 of our cats was put down they lit a candle & were so very kind through the whole process. I've never wanted to have to deal with that but if I had to do it I wouldn't want to use any other vet. The veteranarians are outstanding. All the staff are wonderful pet handlers. They always call the day after a visit there to see how your pet is doing and if you have any questions. Their groomer, Leslie W., is awesome! Shes groomed my friends pets ther & she is great with dogs. I've been using this vet & my pets are under their care plan that is so worth getting. I ended up here because one of my cats opened an incision & it happen3d on a Sunday. It was an emergency & they were the only one I could find open. They were not expensive for emergency pet care. We have been going ever since.
