My mom's small dog, 4 lbs had a seizure Tuesday morning and this place got her in right away. I tell you it helped my mom lower her stress. Baby dog is ok!! They were very professional and caring.

I had a wonderful experience and was very impressed by the staff and veterinarian they saved my kitty and I am very thankful for them!

This veterinarian used to be amazing I would even drive 4 hours from Kansas City to get my animal treated here because I own an exotic pet but now you wait you wait you wait you will sit in a room for well over an hour and a half just trying to figure out why you're still there even though you've not got anything done no one comes in and tells you what's the whole effort what's going on I ended up driving 4 hours for nothing One way because I ended up walking out after sitting there for an hour and a half to get my animals up to date shots and also to see if my animal had a UTI It's sad that an 8-hour drive for no reason The staff has completely changed they're completely rude there's like I said nothing stands out that's good like they used to be great That's why I gave them three stars But now obviously I would take my business elsewhere like I did

Wonderful vets & staff, nice clean facility. Dr. Tainter is amazing. My mom and I have brought many dogs to him over many years for everything from health exams to life saving bloat surgeries, CCL repair, tumor removal, entropion correction, spay/neuter, dentals, etc. They quickly and correctly diagnosed 1 of our dogs and 2 of our cats with diabetes, and saved my cat from DKA. Every veterinarian, vet tech, and receptionist is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. We love and appreciate FCAMC.

Emergency on-call vet was unable to be reached. When you call for an after-hours emergency, the voicemail said "if you don't hear from us within 10 minutes, call us back." We didn't hear back for 30 minutes, called again, they took 15-20 more minutes to call, only to tell us they are going to call the on-call vet (who lives an hour away). ONE HOUR later they call back saying the vet didn't even answer.

My family and I have had the pleasure and privilege of having FCAM as our vet for the last 10 years. Dr. Tainter and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Hunt is friendly, knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. His staff is also top notch!! They are always warm, courteous, efficient and they too are always willing to give as much time as needed to make sure we have all of the necessary information and questions answered before sending us on our way. Not to mention our dog is always THRILLED when I make the turn to go up the hill towards their office because he just LOVES them all there!!! I can’t say enough good here, I absolutely positively recommend Franklin County Animal Medical for anyone in need of a truly outstanding veterinarian team with experience, knowledge and compassion ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Tainter and his staff go above and beyond! Not only do they provide outstanding care for your pet, but they are also very caring and compassionate. They have quickly responded to after hour calls and make every effort to provide care as quickly as possible. It is easy to see that everyone here works from the heart and is dedicated to providing the best care possible for your pet. Excellent care! Excellent service! Excellent people!!!

Helpful, professional, courteous, attentive and compassionate. We're so lucky to have such an excellent vet office here in Washington. We've utilized their services from basic shots and checkup to care for our pup's litter when they were born all the way to surgery after hours. These folks are excellent - highly recommend.

The doctors and the entire staff are truly animal lovers. This Vet listens to understand what is actually going on with your dog. Their care and guidance is excellent and well above many other vets There fees are very economical which allows you to take good care of your pet and keep up with the routine vaccinations and checkups to keep your pet. Healthy. I should note that I live 50 miles from this clinic but the care is worth the drive for a happy and healthy pet. I love the entire staff don't believe me I challenge you to go see.

All the staff and veterinarians are super friendly and great with my pets Sammy and Chase! They actually love going in for their checkups. I highly recommend their clinic!!!!

Our experience was really good. It was our first visit to this vet office and even though they were very busy when we arrived they were very attentive and got us in and out in a timely manner. The vet was very kind and took the time to explain what was going on without confusing or stressing me out. Even though it was determined our puppy needs surgery they didn't make me feel like I would be paying an arm and a leg to help her. I was actually surprised how much less they cost for office visits and surgery than any other vet I had been to previously. I've only been once so far but I will be continuing to use them for my puppy and cat as well.

This place is personal, my Meow Meow starting feeling bad, I called around nobody could see her, but not this one!!! They said get her here and we will see what's up. I am so glad I did. They had the knowledge and the will do attitude and my Meow Meow is doing great!!! Thank you guy's from the bottom of my heart!!!

We have been taking our doggies here for about 3 years now. I will never go anywhere else. Their vets are very professional and aren't out to rip you off. I would recommend this office to anyone.

This was the first time i have went here and i love them. They was very up front on the treatment and price. I took my Wigal to have his teeth pulled. I love how they called to let me know how he did with the procedure. This is a very loving place and will never go to anyone elae.
