Great staff extremely affordable only place I'll take my pets

Super knowledgeable ppl. Very honest and nice.

I found a dog and they helped me and kept the dog. They even called me once Roxy’s owner Was informed and he was going to pick her up. They’re very friendly also!

Shanon, the vet, very nice and sweet. Cares about your pets. Staff is also nice.

We would not board our dogs anywhere else. You can tell the family run, family feel as soon as you walk in the door. My dogs actually look forward to coming here. Thank you to Dr. Webster for her expertise and her staff.

I'm elderly, disabled and on a very tight budget. My dog needed emergency care. The staff made room on thier schedule for us and gave him the treatment needed. They adjusted to allow his care immediately. They care more about the well-being of the animals than the bottom line. High quality , caring, professional Doctors and Staff. Their communication skills are exceptional!!! Their integrity is outstanding. They will be my permanent Vet for ALL of my pets.

Not sure what had happen to this place in the last maybe 6 months but it’s NOT what it use to be. Adopted a kitten from the shelter (witch all the animals are vetted at pet station) she was sent home with something going on with her eye and nasty! Nasty ears. I cleaned it up but nothing was working. So I called and made an (appointment) went in. Checked in and they told me they couldn’t get me a room, they were just going to take back my cat. Ummm no! You sent her home with this stuff and now I’m back up wanting to get this fixed and TALK to the vet. That’s why I made an appointment! They took the cat back and came out and told me, yea something going on with the eye but it’s nothing serious. Well I have 3 other cats that since bringing this kitten home now has black stuff coming out of their eyes. I said did you check her ears? Umm no. Let me do that. (WHAT) Came back and told me she has mites. Well….. I have 3 other cats that can catch this. So had to spend 120 on meds for all of them. Let me add that when I checked out I was charged for a 40 dollar office visit when my visit wasn’t even a visit because they talked with me in the waiting room. Highly highly disappointed. I will not be going back. It use to be the place to go. The doc isn’t the same as it was. At least when I went. They are overwhelmed but that doesn’t give any excuse. I think what did me in was being charge for an office visit when I didn’t get one and me having to tell her to do what she should have done was checked the ears. If she check her ears in the first place before I adopted her we wouldn’t have this issue. I will not be going back to this vet and I will not be adopting animals from Franklin County Humane Society.

Always had a good experience here, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely care about your animals. I had an emergency with one of my animals and they squeezed me in even though they were extremely busy. Their pricing is very reasonable. Thanks so much for what you do.

I took my dog here to get his ears cleaned and when they brought him back out to me the medicine was caked all over his face and his eyes didn't look right. Two days later he was completely blind. We received no sympathy or compassion. All they could tell me was it was some big coincidence. Coincidence or not these are the most uneducated, inconsiderate people I've ever met in my life. Definitely should not be working with peoples animals. They acted more concerned about their reputation than my dogs life. And its a good thing I took him to a second vet because they told me his eyes would've ruptured had I not. I wouldn't recommend pet station to anyone for any reason.

We have taken our 5 animals there from the beginning. Staff is friendly, and when we have had 2 different emergencies (of course right at closing time) they tell us to bring them in with no hesitation. I appreciate them so much and so do my fur babies.

I took both of my cats there to be neutered, and they did such an amazing job! I felt so comfortable leaving my animals with them. Great friendly staff. I will continue to go back there. Highly recommended taking your fur babies there

They go above and beyond to help your fur baby in need they have reasonable prices they work with you on payments can you charge an office visit they just charge you for the services that you need you're very kind courteous and they go above and beyond to take care of your pet you bring in they also very sympathetic understanding and patient especially if it's time for your fur baby to cross the rainbow

My friends 4 year old Akita husky went in for a basic ear cleaning and ended up going blind. When asked if the medicine used got in his eyes or could cause blindness they said "oh no its just an unfortunate coincidence" yet here we are today almost 2 weeks later Nd he has to have his eyes removed. Now they won't even take the smallest fault. She told them if he did not cooperate then not to put any medicine in his ears. His face and ears were COVERED in this medicine. Completely unethical and horrible service. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Took care of my fur baby, for a nueter and shots. He's all healed up and a happy boy!

We took our cat here to get neutered and they explained everything thoroughly and treated our cat very well. The lady on the phone was very nice and polite.

They always take excellent care of my animals. Reasonable prices and willing to work with me when I'm low on funds.

Unprofessional and not good with animals

They were able to squeeze us in the morning that I called for my hurt dog. They were so nice and made my very nervous heeler comfortable. They had to do a procedure on his leg. They’ve called everyday since to check on him and to see if I have any questions. I’ve never had a vet call back to check on my pets. I’ll definitely be bringing my animals here from now on! They were very nice and professional as well

Staff and Vets are Always so caring and ❤ loving to my kids. and it makes me feel like its NOT just a job for them , when my pet is in pain ???? ???? they are too, and they have always been upfront, honest, understanding, and above & beyond most caring. I just love them there Exspecially LeAnn She's been there along time and has been through alot with me and my babies. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

They were fantastic with my 2 pups Luci and Penny when they went in to get their yearly check up and shots! Thank you to all who helped. You guy were great.
