Great people, they love the dogs. Every person knows the dogs names when they come in. My dog is always excited to go. They do an amazing job each time with bathing and brushing our golden.

I don't typically ever leave reviews, but in this particular instance I feel compelled to do so. I had given this place a chance and took my 2 year old corgi here for a daycare session. Hours before I was going to pick her up, I received a call telling me to go get her, as she "was not the right fit for this facility." I asked them what they meant, and they explained that she was "too energetic" and that she kept running around. I asked further if she was causing any other problems, but pretty much the only reasoning that they could provide for not allowing her to stay was that she was acting like a typical dog- playing and running around. This is absolutely absurd. What kind of daycare facility can't handle a dog playing and socializing with other dogs? My corgi is a small dog too, only about 20 pounds, so they could literally pick her up and just move her somewhere else. It seems to me that they simply want to kennel your dog until you come and pick them up, so they don't have to do any actual work. They didn't even give me a refund for the remainder of the time she was supposed to be there. Needless to say, I will be taking my fur baby to a different location that actually cares about and will put in the effort to take care of her, instead of a place that just wants an easy payday. Do NOT go here. Also, it appears that the owner is quite active on this review board- don't trust the positive reviews on here, especially as a lot of them seem to be repeating the same compliments. How shameful.

My dog was rejected for “too excited, wants to play with everybody”. I’m pretty sure most of parents take their dog there for dog social and play with other dogs. If I want my dog just sit tight and chill, why don’t I just let him stay home? After they rejected him, they were trying so hard to sell me obedience training lessons. They keep convincing me to buy their class after I told them my dog was trained. Fact: my dog is a well-trained service dog, he went to many public places including airplane cabin. I been very strict with him while he’s working, so when he gets to dog park or daycare place he knows he can relax and have fun. Btw reception area smells really bad, and I can see dog playground with dog waste on the floor and no one to clean it. I went to other daycare facility afterwards, and it was very clean smelled fresh, and staffs are very nice. Totally different from this place. Be aware!

Reasonably priced, friendly staff. Easy pick up and drop off. My nervous german shepherd loves being here.

Did a sniff around so I could board my dog here for a weekend. I had an okay experience with this location. They have a great space to let the dogs run around and get all of their energy out. Some of the staff were super friendly, but some acted like they knew my own dog better than I did which was frustrating. My dog has developed oral papilloma since coming here and the incubation time lines up perfectly with his stay at the Watering Bowl since this was the only dog interaction he has had in the past 1.5 months. I had lots of recommendations for The Watering Bowl so hoping to try a new location!

I've never given a poor review until now: We were turned away by the Watering Bowl. Why? Well, upper management admitted their staff had given us wrong information regarding lab testing. They also admitted that they do not require all dogs to test negative for various parasites, etc. But, my conversation with owner Joe Conger took the cake. He was a sizeable jerk, openly clear with his disregard to let potential clients know exactly what testing they require, a someone that I would not trust with my own dog.

South County Watering Bowl is a nice place to let your fur baby run with other dogs. The folks that work there are friendly and attentive to the dogs. They offer boarding which is nice with someone in the facility 24/7. During the day your boarded fur baby gets to run and play and then goes to kennel for meals. Then back out to play until bedtime.

The watering bowl is great! Our dog loves going here, and gets super excited as soon as we get close. The doggy hangover is very real!

Victor LOVES going to The Watering Bowl (aka the playground)! He is a very energetic puppy and going to the playground gives him the opportunity to burn up a lot of energy! He is sleeping before we pull off the parking lot! The staff does an incredible job! They provide a report when I pick him up letting me know how his day went and who he made friends with! I highly recommend Stay n Train lessons with Bree! She does amazing work and we quickly noticed an improvement in his puppy behaviors at home! I am so incredibly thankful for The Watering Bowl and its Staff! They show a genuine interest, care and concern for Victor! I can drop him off and know with a total confidence that he is being well cared for!

The times we've took our pups they have been awesome and friendly on every visit. The only thing I wish they had is video camera's where we can watch our pups play and interact. I would still recommend my friends and family to board and or day camp they're four legged family members here.

They were great and Annie definitely loved it. The " hangover effect " is for real. She was tired after playing all day.

Took my Lucy there today to the Paw Spaw. She's a rescue and this was the first time visiting anywhere besides the vet since we adopted her 2 months ago. We expected she would be hesitant and unruly. She loved the staff at The Watering Bowl and they did a great job on her nails and giving her a bath. Lucy came out happy and clean. Great job, Watering Bowl :) I'll definitely be taking Lucy back!

My boy loves this place and they are the only ones I trust to keep him safe boarding while we are away. I really like that they take daily photos and videos too.

My fur baby, Fae. Loves this place! When ever we drive there she wags her tail and when we walk in the girls at the counter scream “Fae!” She absolutely loves this place and when she comes back she smells amazing and she’s bathed and her nails are cut! This place is so great! 10/10 recommended! I always feel my puppy is safe there! And she comes back, sits on the couch snoring! I can always tell she had a great time!

It's a very small space and a lot of dogs, they go above and beyond to charge you for everything they can think of, being 5 minutes early to drop off, etc. They insisted that I pay for my dog to wear a backpack because they felt she could jump their fence, this is after I bought TWO backpacks which were destroyed while she was there. Was never reimbursed or offered a credit but they want to nickel and dime me every chance they get. In my humble opinion, if they're not equipped to handle every situation or have the space for energetic dogs then they need to make adjustments not pass on the cost to customers for their shortcomings. We'll never use them again.

I was extremely nervous about dropping my 7 month old puppy, Binnington, off at daycare because of horror stories I've heard about other facilities. But every time I go and pick Bin up im always greeted by such friendly people that it feels more like you're dropping your pup off at your friend's house, rather than a business. Plus, Binnington is always so worn out that I know he had a full day of playing! The people that work here are really good with the dogs and I love that they take photos and videos of all of them! If you're like me and are super nervous about taking your fur baby anywhere, this is the place to go!

We have taken our dog Dutch for daycare and boarding for five years. It helps her stay social and active. The staff is professional and the cost is reasonable.

The staff is friendly. I brought my puppy for a sniff -a-round and they were attentive to both his behavior and that of the other dogs. Hannah provided me with great information and answered all my questions.
