I'm new to the area and needing a Vet for my German Shepard and kitty. So I'm curious why in the last several months every time I've called to try to set up an appt. for my fur babies as a new client, (the first call I was hung up on without anyone saying a word) I've been told your not accepting new patients at this time. If that's the case that would be something you might post on your website. But it seems that's not the case, because tonight I see all these reviews from new ppl. that have gotten in from 2 wks. ago,1 mth ago, 2 mths ago etc. I guess the good Lord knows best because there are so many negative reviews and they're complaining alot about the rude staff which is what I dealt with on my calls also. Glad I found a good vet eventually that wanted my business, maybe you just don't like northerners, but you really should learn how to treat ppl. Oh and post-note you make yourselves sound immature, classless and extremely unprofessional when your responses to upset and/or hurting client reviews is an aggressive retaliation. Surely you can do better...

The workers here are not very kind. We had to put down our family cat because her cancer had become intolerable for her. For some reason, they scheduled our appointment 30 minutes before close, which I do not think is enough time for us to spend with our cat who we would be putting down. We had a lot of people come because she was a very loved cat, but when we walked in the door the up front workers made a rude comment about how many people we had come. It’s not like there were covid restrictions, none of the workers were wearing masks. Keep in mind, we’re putting to sleep our cat, so it was an extremely emotional time for all of us. Yet they were rude to us from the start and since our appointment was 30 minutes before close we felt rushed. I don’t understand how such heartless people can work at an animal clinic.

I can’t say enough about the staff! My dog was hit by a car and was treated immediately. She didn’t make it but the staff gave us as much time and attention as possible when making decisions and saying goodbye. I hope I never need their services again but would definitely say that if you have a pet emergency to go to them!! Thank you for everything!!

The vet and the vet assistant and the ladies at the front desk or all extremely nice and helpful.

My sugar glider was very sick. In the span of 12 hours she became borderline unresponsive. We called this vet and asked if they could get us in, they told us if we were there by 3:15 they could get us in immediately. We arrived at 3:10. They made us sit in the lobby for an hour and a half. And on top of that they took another clients pet in before seeing us. When we asked for a time estimate they said “you’re next”. We still had to wait another 30 minutes after that. They got us in and checked on my sugar glider, Chimichanga. They didn’t have any answers other than she seemed dehydrated. So they then took 20 more minutes to find antibiotics and a glucose supplement. We walked in with one my best friends dying, my sweet pure hearted chimi, and we left as she died in my hands. Had we just been told to try somewhere else she still may have been with us today. Terrible terrible, heartbreaking experience. We went back today to gather a refund for their failed “services”. We were met with blank, rude stares, And no sympathy for our lost friend. This place seems to be only in it for your money, don’t expect any sort of stellar service or care from them. Extremely sad, disappointed and angry.

If one of you animal family member is in need of some medical help Sunshine Animal Hospital is the place to take them. The service here was on point. They know what yhey are doing and also treat you fur baby as if they where their own. The staff here is amazing and truly care about you animals. Stop serching on google for a place to take them cause Sunshine Anamal Hospital is the place for them all.

Vet doctors are good but reception staff are not user-friendly. They don't use social skills when interacting.

Everyone on staff here was wonderful, professional, and compassionate. They handled an emergency with the utmost care, and it was deeply appreciated.

Recently switched over from another vet and I am very impressed with everything about this place. The Dr's and their staff are exceptional. Very happy about my choice!

Very nice and punctual with our appointment time. Prices were fantastic. Lazer therapy for our dog is $13.00 a visit. The office visit for our rat ran $48.00 ,the total bill was $58.00 and that was with lice medication. and I believe the office visit is 48 for our dog also. I have always been pleased with how low our bill is here.everyone who has seen our pets is wonderful and I am always pleased about the bill.

Absolutely wonderful experience I had here. When my cat, Piñata started showing signs of an eye infection, I made an appointment but the infection was aggressive and just kept getting worse and by the time we were in and getting him checked, it ruptured. Dr. Price gave him medications for his pain and we unfortunately had to settle for Enucleation, after a week of antibiotics and other treatments to see if the eye could still be salvaged, and two weeks after that Piñata is feeling great! He's active again, more vocal, and much more social. The eye fully healed with no complications, and if I had any questions along the way they were always happy to answer them if I called. Dr. Price and all the reception staff were very conscious and caring when it came to the situation I was in, as I was temporarily set back after a rough move and short on cash. They took the time to explain everything along the process from the medications to the surgery to the pricing, which was the best value out of any vet I've been to. Caring staff, good prices, plus my kitty is happy and healthy again. Can't recommend them enough! (Tried so hard to add pics of his eye aftermath but he won't stop moving long enough for me to snap a picture so these will have to do)

Have been taking our poochie here for 10 years now! He absolutely loves to go to the vet! Love all these workers there. ????

I have always had a great experience here. As well as taking my own pets here, sometimes I take in animals from the pet store I work at. The staff is always professional and kind. They see exotic animals, anything from my own guinea pigs to butterfly agama lizards. And they always are gentle and calm with the animals. The doctor's are honest without giving false hope but they are also willing to give the animal a fighting chance. I frequently suggest this clinic to friends and customers.

Thank you Sunshine Animal Hospital for taking the injured box turtle I found and euthanizing him. You guys are awesome! You are always responsive and caring. Bless you for all you do.

Love them. They have always been caring and considerate. Knowing my pitty well, they were able to give him meds without needing to see him over and over for the same issue. That saves me money and saves my dog anxiety of having to see the vet all the time. Most other vets will try to get money any way possible. Sunshine animal hospital helps your pet and your pockets!

I will NEVER go back to this place again. I took my cat in to be shaved and bathed and to renew a couple shots. While making the appointment AND while at the clinic, I made it clear that he will not need to be sedated for grooming and that I preferred he doesn't get sedated, so I asked them to call me if they were resorting to sedation. 4 hours go by with no call, so I call them. They tell me that they had gone ahead and sedated him and wouldn't be able to be picked up until 4 or later. Not only did I not give permission for this to be done, but they also did not follow my request to call me. My cat has been to 3 different groomers several times and has not once had an issue, and most groomers have told me that he is one of the best behaved cats. There was absolutely no need to sedate him. At all. And then they even went ahead and had me continue to pay for one of the three sedatives. And then to top it off, they did not call me when my cat was awake and ready to go, again like I had requested. So I just showed up to get him, and he was and had been awake. This kind of treatment is 100% unacceptable.
