Felt like everyone there genuinely cared about my dog

After a very bad experience I came back and he has been fantastic with my cats. The lady who messed up is gone and I can tell he is passionate about what he does and I am glad I gave this vet a second chance!

I so appreciate Dr. Caldwell taking the time to thoroughly discuss my two cats’ issues. He didn’t seem rushed or like I needed to hurry with my questions. He genuinely cares about my pets. I love this clinic.

We are new to Springfield, and our girl Ann Landers and our other girl Abigail Van Bruen are having issues with their mouths. We just choose Deerfield from a google search, and I am so glad we did. Our vet took the time to examine our girls and go over all he saw. He explained everything so well. And truly cares for my baby girls. Deerfield is also upfront with their prices so you know what to expect. So happy we found them! And by the way, they accept new clients!

Staff are friendly. Dr followed up with results and treatment.

I was so impressed and happy with the treatment we received. The front desk staff were very welcoming, they got us all checked in, and made walking in a good experience for our little puppy. Dr. Meagan was amazing with him as well, very gentle and encouraging. Anytime she had to do something unpleasant she followed it up with lots of praise and treats. We'll be transferring all of our pets to Deerfield's capable, caring hands!

I love all the staff at Deerfield! My dog gets the best care and so do I!

They charge me for shot my puppy really needed and didn't give him and died that night

Deerfield has been taking care of my pets for over 20 years. They only recommend services that are truly needed for my pets. I love their bedside manner too! I trust them completely with my fur babies!!

I can't say enough about the Vets, Vet Techs and Staff at Deerfield! They were there for us when we had to help our oldest kitty, George, cross the rainbow bridge. George loved Dr. Denise and Amanda and purred for them right up until the end. They consistently handle hard situations with grace and compassion. Yesterday my other kitty, Jucy, fancied himself a furry vacuum cleaner and swallowed a whole chicken bone like a penguin would swallow a fish! The bone was about 2 inches long and I made a call to the hospital and Dr. Ned squeezed him in for emergency surgery on what turned out to be Foreign Body Friday. As I talked with the other customer in the lobby whose pup had needed the same surgery, I really took in how incredibly busy that day must have been for the hospital. Dr. Ned explained the procedure perfectly and I'm eternally grateful that he was able to help Jucy. Jordan got me all checked out and Amanda came out to walk me through aftercare. Now Jucy is sleeping peacefully behind me with his cone of shame and it's all thanks to the amazing people at Deerfield. If you're looking for a vet hospital that truly embodies the science of healing, this is the place to go. Thank you everyone for saving my sweet boy!

We love Dr Sarah and Deerfield staff. We have been bringing Brady here since he was a new puppy and we love that the staff all know him by name. He enjoys coming to Deerfield which makes boarding him and vet visits so much more pleasant for us and our dog. It is convenient that they offer puppy play dates and boarding on top of veterinarian services. The same staff is taking care of him each time and he loves them all.

All the staff are so wonderful! I know they all care for my dog and I feel safe knowing my dog is in their hands.

The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and kind, the Vet Tech was great with our puppy and I was extremely pleased with Dr. Denise's willingness to answer my questions and help us navigate the new world of being dog owners. I would confidently recommend other pet owners to trust Deerfield with their fur baby.

The hospital is very clean, open, and gives patients plenty of room to themselves. The assistants are kind, and Dr. Sara did not rush my time with her. I felt very comfortable about the vaccination schedules for our pets and my questions and concerns were all addressed.

I took my kitty to Deerfield as a recommendation from a family member and am thrilled they will be my new health provider for my pet. Dr. Denise was so helpful and sweet. I can tell they love their pet patients while helping to make sure the owners are given all the information and options available when there is a health concern. Very happy with Deerfield!

Della had her surgery almost three weeks ago and she has been doing fantastic! Didn’t take to long for her to be herself again. They knew exactly how she would respond after her spayed. I would say three days and she was pretty much herself, did a lot of running around making sure she didn’t jump and hurt herself. Thanks again and her scar is almost unnoticeable, amazing!

Excellent first visit with Dr Denise. Our veterinarian of 20 years retired recently from another veterinary hospital. As a result we were left with the decision to find some else we could trust. Dr. Denise made this transition easy. Very knowledgeable both on routine care, but also current research. Support staff couldn’t have been better. Thank you for all that you do to keep our pets healthy.

As always a terrific experience. The service is always professional and so caring. I appreciate their great communication and depth of knowledge. I have two big dog with completely different personalities and they work well with both of them! I highly recommend.

We moved here from Colorado and needed to find a new Vet for our 2 year old Goldendoodle and chose Deerfield after asking around. We are so happy this is where we landed. They take the time to answer questions and concerns and do not make you feel they are rushed to see the next puppy or dog. We have seen Dr. Ned and Dr. Sarah so far and loved them both.
