I love the way the whole staff here takes care of Scarlett Rose. They know her by name (when I call in), they make sure we don't miss shots, make sure we are up to date on all meds and always keep us posted on services it might be time for (teeth cleaning etc)

Changed to a different practice after the last appointment because of communication problems and indifference. There's good staff there, but not up for another appointment like last time.

Decent experience, nice people, but they charged me for something I straight up said I didn't want, and gave it anyway. So obviously I won't be going back

Great staff who genuinely care for you for babies. Dr. Jones is is so sweet and thorough. We have been going here for at least 9 years.

This place should have stated when I made the appointment that you have to wait in your car and not allowed to go in the examination room with your dog. Don't go here

Dogs were sickly, took them in to get better and with medications prescribed, they did get better.

I have spend so much money in here, they are way over priced, sometimes they don't do what you ask them to do, but it was fine till now, I made an appointment for my kitten to get his yound teeth pulled out because they told me i have to do it, but they Fell out by itself, my wife called and canceled the appointment, and now they telling me that I have to pay 25 dollars for not showing up? what a b.s. 50 for showing up 25 for not, I have spend from 200 to 400 every time I was in there for my other cat who passed away...i have spend at least 3to4 grand this year and now they want more money, what if i had no chance to get there or something happened, never going back there again, I know 25 dollars its not a big deal but its just low and not fair

Had appt for lame dog who gets nervous around strangers, took a video of her at home as discussed when making the appt so that the Dr could view the lameness. Didn't realize I could not go into the office with her until I presented for the appt as the websites states in the hospital policy that they are limiting to 1 person during the appointment. There was signage to call to check in and when I did so was told I could not go in. I tried to email the video however file was too large. Requested multiple times for Dr Murphy to come to the car to view the video as I am a Healthcare worker and have work information on my phone so I am unable to give my phone unlocked to anyone. I explained this and Dr Murphy refused to come to the car to view the video even though the staff came to the car multiple times.... the vet tech and office gal for the new client form, to request the phone and to process paperwork. I really could not rate the Drs vet services specifcally as Dr Murphy was unwilling to come to car to view the video, hence we did not feel comfortable having the dog examined by a Dr unwilling to make the few steps outside as multiple staff members had done , to view a video that would be a helpful diagnostic tool as the dogs history is to tense up around strangers. I hope this review is helpful.

Well, we had to put down Max today. The vet told his owner it's the right thing to do for him. Thank you for taking care of Max. I'm from California to see Max to be with him . It's hard to do but he's no longer in pain. To the staff thank you so much. God bless all of you for what you do. ????♥️????

I can't say enough about this Veterinary practice. Even through the covid process in place, they are prompt, efficient, loving to our fur babies and take all the time we need on the phone after exams are done to answer questions and discuss future needs. Dr. Criss, you're the best!!!! Love you Dr. Jones!! And Pete can't wait to meet Dr. Murphy in June!! To all the hard working techs and lovely Ladies at the front desk, You're the BOMB!!!????????????????????????

Called 2 weeks ago spoke to someone at the front desk acted like it was a bother, so I was upset & I am sure my tone was off by her attitude, so I stated my dog needed shots, guess I will have to go somewhere else. I waited as I was going there just for shots this time as its always SHOTS so say $115, by the time you leave the doc or tech gets you into other tests and wala $200 later. Now I call today and was told because I stated I was going to another clinic, I was told I was rude to the clerk. Yes going to another clinic, and FYI if you have a prob or your dog is sick the doc wont come in no matter what I had a sick dog one evening and had to go to Warrens burg to Dr Chuck Berry thank god, my dog was great after and what a great clinic and doc if there was any other choice I wouldnt go its typical of ignorance in Sedalia How can you turn down an emergency???

This is the only place that we will take our babies too dr. Jones and dr. Chris along with every staff member truly care about your babies just as much as you do we would not ever trust our little ones with anybody else

They got my pet in the same day I called. Excellent service from the time I walked in to the time I left. Recently moved to the area and visited 2 other vet clinics, and this clinic surpassed both of the prior ones. A little more pricey than I was used to but I was explained cost prior to any meds or treatment my pet received to make sure i was ok with it. May be a little more than other vet clinics but the care reflects the price. Outstanding place and will be the vet clinic i am taking my dogs to from now on.

We took our dog there for an emergency when she starting throwing up throughout the night. They were really caring and were able to squeeze us in which im grateful for. But we went twice because she wasn't getting any better. We had several tests ran $500 worth. Which dont get me wrong I dont care about the money as long as my baby is okay and they figure out whats wrong. They didn't. The vet told me that she could do an ultrasound in Columbia for $600 or do an exploratory surgery since everything else came back normal. I was at a loss. We decided to take our puppy home and keep administering the meds prescribed. Hoping she'd get better. We didn't want her to have a surgery when it wasn't for sure needed. My husband and i talked and decided to go to another vet to get a second opinion. I'm thankful we did! She was sick with a bronchitis like illness and had hotspots that were infected on her neck that should have been discovered at advanced. We are 4 days post appointment from the other vet appointment and my baby is pretty much herself again. The staff at Advanced is caring but if they couldn't figure out whats wrong with her recommend a different vet!

I have had terrific care in 2020 and now 2021! They know me, they know my pets and care for us all. It's important to me that they don't act we're a new customer every time. They think of me and my strengths as well as what is feasible.
