They got my dog into see her Vet the same day I called about her eye. It turned out to be an eye infection so I'm happy to get her treatment started.

I loved that this was so close to home but after going to get my dogs nails trimmed numerous times they are constantly splitting and come out worse than what we went in with. Really hope they allow grinding again soon. Petsmart isn't able to take him on during covid.

As I sit here this morning with teary eyes after losing my beloved little kitty Asti yesterday, I have to thank Concord Animal Hospital... and mainly Doctor Ernst for her kindness and compassion toward little Asti and myself. I brought Asti in without an appointment arranged last minute by Dr. Ernst for what was supposed to be a shot to help with a ongoing illness, while Asti was in the back Dr. Ernst took the time to personally examine Asti and then arrange a private room for Asti and me so she could come in and explain that Asti was much sicker and a symptom had finally reviled the true cause of her illness.... and it was terminal... any further treatment would prolong what was probably a very painful tumor. I've had many pets and have had many vets.... Doctor Ernst is truly the best I've ever met! THANK YOU Doctor Ernst, little Asti is in a better place now and she will be greatly missed :( Rest in Peace little girl.... UPDATE 8/19/21... I received the letter below a few days ago from the University of Missouri/College of Veterinary Medicine and felt it should be shared. Thanks again Dr. Ernst and Concord Veterinary Hospital for your thoughtfulness, it's great to know someone is working on cures for a little friends! Please read. It's worth your time!

Not only is the staff outstanding and kind, but the doctor is, as well! She is my dog’s vet and has now saved my dog’s life. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Caring, professional and dependable in every way!

Everyone at Concord Animal Hospital has been very kind and caring to all of our pets. We have been going there for about 20 years. Dr. King was incredible and I was a little nervous about taking my dogs to someone else since Dr. King retired, but they didn't let me down. It means so much to have the best care for our pets and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

They had us call from the car when we arrived for our appointment. They came out to get our pet and took her inside. The doctor called us during the visit and we discussed the care of our pet. Our cat is over 18 and he was very understanding of her needs and our concerns. He helped us feel better about her current health and behavior. Excellent veterinarian!

We lost our beloved dog, Bubba, after 12 years. The staff was so kind. The doctor sent us a personalized sympathy card, and we were allowed as much time as we needed to say goodbye. I could NEVER thank the people here enough for helping us through such an aweful time in our lives. Thank you so much. ????

Ive been takin my fur babies there for many years. We use Dr. Kurt Jaeger. Hes absolutely the best. He makes a connection with you and your animals on a personal level. Hes fun and professional at the same time. We just took our new rescue pup in. How many Vets will get down on the floor and pet and hold your puppy so it feels comfortable? His love for animals really shows,as does the entire staff. I highly recommend CAH!

Dr King has the biggest heart. I really believe he is the best vet in all of Missouri. So kind and compassionate. I congratulate him on his retirement, but I know he will be greatly missed. Concord Animal Hospital is the best.

I have been taking all my cats here for years. 2 past 20 year old cats most of their lives (while I was living in St. Louis) and all of my present 2 cats lives thus far and they are aged 15 and 21.
