I have no complaints about the care for my dog. But here is why I am not going back after taking my dog there for 6 years. #1: My lab needed medicine (January 2022) that they wanted to charge me $53 for. I found it on-line for $20. They charged $15 to write a prescription to buy medication it on-line. (This is after I had paid $200 for her annual check-up.) #2: At this same visit, I told Dr. Kelly I did not want a heartworm test for my dog as I have had a heartworm test for the last 20 years at $50 a pop and they have all been negative probably because I give my dog heartguard medicine every month. She responded by saying she would not write a prescription for heartguard UNLESS I had them run the test. (I had been buying heartguard medicine on-line as it is obviously cheaper than their prices.) I decided I will go to a more owner-friendly vet. Rick

I was taken care of immediately after arrival,I adopted a miniature Schnauzer.

Didn't go here but talked to them on the phone and they were very helpful.

I have been taking my furbabies here for years and always have a pleasant experience. I always know my animals are in great hands here.

These guys are always busy because they are good. I have an extra large breed dog (130 lbs) who over the course of pandemic social distancing has gotten out of practice in dealing with new or lesser known people. She has become aggressive to people entering her space and is less trusting of anyone around her face specifically. The veterinarians and vet techs at this location have been incredibly compassionate and most of all patient with my pup. Unfortunately my dog does have her favorites but it has never been a problem to schedule her in with her favored Doctors and vet techs. I do want to point out that this place has a variety of veterinarians with different specialties so that really helps if you have specific health issues with your pets as well. I appreciated the packages for helping my dog stay vaccinated and getting her spay done in a timely manner for an affordable price as well. I cannot recommend these people enough. Only complaint I have is that I wish the online portal was more accessible as it always takes at least 5-7 minutes on hold to talk to someone on the phone line.

Wife dropped off puppy to get spayed at 7 am, then got a text around 12:30 that she is ready for pick up. This place is 40 min away from us and my wife gets there and is told that my dog wont be ready until 330?!! Wasting gas and time.

Everyone is friendly and good with my nervous pup. Prices are reasonable and I never have had to wait.

I dropped my puppy off here to be spayed. I am currently waiting over an hour to pick her up because they texted me at 1130 saying surgery was done, told me when I dropped her off she would be ready between 9-1, but pick up isn't until 3. I did not receive this communication prior to arriving and they're refusing to give me my dog unless I sign a form stating that I'm going against recommended vet care so they can cover their butts if anything goes wrong. I went out to my car and the whole staff gave me the dirtiest of looks because I was upset that they messed up. I do not trust them with my dog at this point.

My lab/retriever mix got spayed yesterday, and we were able to do so for only $20.21 as a part of a deal they were doing. They got her an appointment for less than two weeks of me calling to schedule it, and we even ended up sleeping in and showing up almost an hour late and they were still so professional and sweet and willing to see her. They also kept us posted, and even called this afternoon to ask how she was doing. I’m so happy with the service that they provided us. 10/10 recommend.

They are really nice. My puppy got snipped and they handled him with care. They even contacted me a few days later to check on him.

This is the best place to take your pet. They truly care and generally the prices are much better than the typical vet. Highly recommend Dr Frasier and Dr Fulcher specifically.

I have chosen them as a preferred vet of choice. These vets here have seen everything & know how to treat. I was just there today & everyone was fantastic. They always explain everything to me & make sure all info is up to date on my pets. They are following all health guidelines so masks were required but that's a small price to pay for great service.

The staff has to be the most passionate staff I've ever encountered. Love the service they provide and how well they explained My bill. Dr. Sulvian is the best for us. She has know my dog's for a while and is awesome. Would recommend this wonderful staff to anyone who loves their pets.

They were able to get my cat in quickly for an emergency even though they'd never seen him before. He received surgery, and I was satisfied with their services. I continued bringing him there for care afterwards, and the staff were always attentive, communicative, and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them for cat care.

Dr. Trickel and the staff here have been patient, kind, and caring to both my puppy and me. I’m so impressed by the staff’s commitment to care. I was recommended this vet clinic, and I’m so happy I listened!

Great staff and Vets... they always take good care of my animals. When it comes to check ups, shots or surgery. They always call you the next day to see how your pet/s are doing after every procedure. I would greatly recommend this animal hospital to all pet lovers...

Highly advise against patronizing this facility. Have long been frustrated with the lack of consistency with veterinarians. They do not assign your pet to one specific vet so there is no relationship or history developed other than what is documented. Ultimately left the clinic after having one of my dogs euthanized at an emergency clinic due to neurological failure (she couldn’t stand any longer) while AMCMA had diagnosed her issue and medicated her for arthritis, with a visit to their office as recently as 7 days prior to her euthanasia. EDIT: There doesn't appear to be an option to reply to the AMCMA response. I have already called the facility and asked to speak with an office manager prior to posting my reviews so it's unclear of the purpose of an additional phone call. The office manager offered condolences and said the vet made their assessments in good faith and would not have proceeded with vaccinations if they felt my dog (Puja) would not be around, so there would be no consideration for a refund or office credit. At the emergency clinic, they were very clear that the neurological failure was not something that had just developed in the 7 days since my last visit to AMCMA but rather something that has been developing months to years prior and should have been recognized by my primary vet (AMCMA).

They're good at seeing you last minute with emergencies. Prices are low. It's bigger and louder than the vet offices I'm used to. Stressful for pets.

Normally I love this center, but we’ve been trying to schedule for months to get two rescued kittens spayed/neutered before something happens and when calling to confirm the appointment, we discovered that they had put us down for one day (which has already passed) and told us another. There was no verification process other than on our end (which is very unusual for them) and we didn’t receive much more than a “I don’t know what to tell you”. A word to future customers- make sure you double or triple verify that you’re down for the right date.

Tried calling for days about a new puppy I adopted and could never get through, ended up taking to my vet even though I felt they should've seen him having only been at my house for 3 days

They were very compassionate about my dog Jazz, a 14 year old min pin mix. We full well expected to have to have her out down that day. But they gave her anti inflammatory drugs & it really helped. Since then we found out her kidneys are failing. So at least we know what we are up against. We are very grateful. They were also very gentle with her which in my book means more than anything to me. Thank you again.
