This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was treated horribly and so was my puppy. Do not take your dog here. Some of the choice words from the owner- "You people and your doodles", "We have 10 dogs today. We don't have time to brush out the mats." "Well you can take your dog home, then". When I mentioned I had been in about 4 weeks earlier so I could get him shaped up, she cut me off and proceeded to berate me for not "combing my dog" (I mentioned I brushed him- she cut me off and told me I was wasting my time). She was awful. I very reluctantly left my dog with her and was resigned to the fact that he was going to come home shaved. When I picked him up, her callousness continued. Her words- "Your dog had diarrhea all day" They never called. He got sick in the car on the way home. He ended up getting very sick with an infection on his bum. He was shaved too close and with the diarrhea, he got an infection in that area that was very painful. The vet was absolutely appalled at his condition. IV fluids, antibiotics, pain relieving antibiotic cream. He is better finally and thankfully. Don't take your failed business model of overbooking out on these family members. It was devastating. She doesn't deserve any business.

They are always good with our Bobo and they always cut him the way we want him cut and they're always always caring for our feelings and caring for our dogs

Friendly service but my pet came home smelling like cigarettes smoke. Ridiculous. The owner said the employees only smoke in the garage but the entire place smells like cigarettes. Won’t be going back.

Very affordable and decent work! They do not charge you and arm and a leg to have your dog groomed and do it efficiently.

So first I loved this place, but by the third time, the owners was really grating on my nerves. She is a know it all and obviously does not like any doodle type dogs. Her comments about "doodle owners" and how they want their doodles to "always have their curls without taking proper care of them" I had had it with her comments and didn't even leave my sweet girl with her that time. She needs to learn how to treat customers. She is completely oblivious to what she says and doesn't listen while you are speaking. I love the workers in the back though. Too bad owner is involved at all.

My Suzy was not easy to handle when it came to grooming. She nipped me a time or two or three. They definitely have the magic touch when it comes to fur babies!

The people here are always polite, efficient and caring. Our dachshund is very timid. They take this into account and treat him very gently. We have been going here for almost 12 years and never been disappointed.

Love Mrs. Anderson's, she got me right in for an appt and following current guidelines it was smooth sailing. Hank was a happy boy as well!! Thank you again!

I love to give 5 star reviews and it's easy here! My dog looks great! The service was a breeze! Everyone was so nice! As soon as my dog came in he pee'd on the plant so my apologies LOL. I didn't forget to tip ????

It’s hard to believe anyone would recommend this place. They quote you a higher price due to matting, then charge a $16 mat fee on top of that...ummm isn't that what the higher quote due to matting was for? Then, the rude owner proceeds to complain about ALL doodles and their owners. ???? WOW!! Maybe this place should just say, we don’t groom Doodles. $86 for a 33lb Aussiedoodle. In addition, they heavily advertise ‘grooming since 1960’, when in reality the new owner, who is very abrasive and rude, has owned it five years. There are many groomers who are not rude that do a great job, I suggest using one of them.

Took my dog there for the first time & loved how detailed they were grooming. We will definitely be back!

If you're looking for the "flash" of big chain stores, look elsewhere. This is more like going to your grandma's to get your dog groomed-- welcoming, cozy, and very friendly! I have been taking my 2 dogs there for 10 years, even though I moved out of the area 7 years ago! It's worth the drive... especially for boxer mix with anxiety issues.

They are SO incredibly friendly here! And good though, too, which is huge. My long-haired miniature dachshund is a mess, all licks and barks, and they do a fantastic job putting up with him and grooming him to maximum cuteness. Reasonably priced too, and super convenient!

Just called this groomer and was trying to get our pets nails cut. My husband mentioned another groomer we used to go to because he had a couple questions regarding the services we were used to receiving and needed. However immediately she started bad mouthing the other groomer with slanderous comments. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Would not recommend!

All the workers are wonderful with our dogs, especially our very timid dog. Great place!

Friendly staff and reasonably priced. I take my goldendoodle here for all of her grooming needs and have yet to be disappointed.

I took in my puppy. Not happy at all with the cut. Had to finish the cut at home. Them i had to take her to another location because they forgot to cut her nails....not worth the price.
