Rude phone service. Will never take my animals here.

They have always treated us very well. If the vet wears a mask or not ,my dog don't care. If I did I would have STAYED HOME. These folks are great.

Last week I brought my dog here after an unseen puncture wound (from a dog bite) became infected. I began to panic when I couldn't get her in to our usual vet and was going to have to take her to an emergency vet. I called West Clay Animal Hospital and Even without being a prior client they saw her that same day. The staff was kind and the prices were very reasonable. My girl is healing great and we will bring her back for all her future visits. I'm so glad to have found this vet!

Absolutely the best veterinary hospital I have been to! Extremely professional and personable. Would recommend to anyone needing trustworthy pet care at reasonable prices.

Long story short. A long note on the door about social distancing. The three employees I see are all wearing masks. Then the vet walks into the treatment room with no mask. Hope he didn't kill me.

Our vet dies suddenly and we needed a new doctor for our pets. The secretary at my deceased vets office referred us to West Clay Animal Hospital. We could not be happier. The doctors and staff are fantastic and don’t try to give you things you really don’t need. While I miss my original vet, this group treats us wonderfully and I truly trust them with my furry family.

Dr T Is the tip top vet everyone needs. He's thorough, patient, and knows his stuff. My furkids have all liked him, and he has always been kind to them. The staff is top rate too! Bev is the very best. She's been with West Clay for some time, and knows her job well, is pleasant and kind to human and their furkids alike! Highly recommended to anyone looking for caring, and knowledgeable vets, and staff for your fur babies lifelong medical needs.

Thank you Dr. Saranita and staff. This place is awesome and as old school as it gets. I feel totally comfortable with dropping my dog off here because I know he’s in good hands. I ended up here after talking to my neighbors. They took their dog somewhere else for a procedure (hernia I think) and it went very bad. When they brought him into see Dr. S he got the dog fixed up with no problem.

We love Dr. Sanarita. He’s very straightforward and upfront. Gives you your options realistically, all with a compassionate manner. Very good about telling you price before you commit. We don’t go anywhere else.

Some of the staff are great and very nice, The vets are very rude and some of the techs follow suit. Would not recommend their services. Go somewhere you and your pet will both be treated with respect.

I've been bringing my dogs here for over 20 years. The greatest of care, they talk to us in terms we can understand, and the most caring staff.

What an amazing staff. Unfortunately we had to put a wonderful member of our family to sleep. It was the hardest thing we have ever done. The staff was extremely friendly and delicate to the situation. I could tell they really cared! The staff even followed up with a wonderful card that will be kept. Will be a customer for life. Thank you so much!

If I could give less than one star I would. don't bring your pet here for an emergency they have antiquated technology and can't diagnosis accurately because they refuse to modernize and rather stay old school. your pet will most certainly die because of the laid back attitude of "they don't look that sick" regardless of the symptoms.

I would recommend West Clay Animal hospital to everyone. They have taken excellent care of our dogs. They performed surgery and were very thorough and caring. If you want fancy smancy offices this is not the place for you. If you want loving, caring individuals to take care of your pets this IS the most place for you and your furry family.

I gave this place one star so I could write a post I should've paid the extra money for better service I guess. I called the other day to set my appointment for my 2 cats told them I wanted a 3 year rabies. They also told me I didn't need to pay for tags. So I was going in expecting to be done for 3 years and not have to get tags again because they don't wear them. Lol. I go in fill out a form (no customer serivce skills at all) then I get seen. Shots were quick and painless. Go out to pay and tells me my total can't even count my change correctly and gives me tags and that's when I was confused. I'm like why do I have these she said you need them they are required by law and I was like whoever I talked to the other day said I didn't need them. She said well idk who you talked to. I then looked at the paper and it said 1 year rabies. I said did I get the 1 year or 3 year rabies today she said 1 year. I then explained I told the lady when I made my appointment I wanted a 3 year. She then told me I was supposedd to tell her when I got there. Then was lietrally sitting there arguing with me about it all and the other lady was like well you can return your tags. And I'm thinking you just told me to return my tags that you said are required by law to have. She never apologized for the inconvenience or anything. And I told them I have never treated any customer like that yeah I'm young but I know what customer service is and someone her age definitely should. She then said she sugguested I leave like I was a danger to the place. People like that shouldn't be in a place of buisness it's just sad really. You don't tell customers they are wrong for not knowing and get mad when they tell you you all need to be on the same page. ldk that place is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I care for my animals and if you do too I would suggest you don't bring them around this negative place...

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic! Scheduling appointments over the phone could not be any easier. When you arrive, you are always seen promptly at the time of your appointment and never made to wait an excessive amount of time (if, like me, you have a large dog who turns into a quivering, crying baby as soon as you walk in the door and he realizes he is going to get shots, this is a LIFESAVER). The rates for routine care and preventatives are fair and affordable. Every member of the staff is helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. These people obviously love what they do and it definitely shows.

Have been going here for over 15 years. It is an amazing place to take your pets!

Excellent care and friendly staff

We just started going here and they are wonderful. They don't try to tell you your pet needs all these test done and they don't try to push things onto you. The are very reasonable priced.

Love these guys! Easy to get in, reasonable rates, great sensible care!
