I am an employee of the small business. I love what I do. The clients are wonderful and the owner is very professional and knowledgeable.

Kathy and her staff have been amazing through the 10 years we had our sweet furbabies Maggie and Mandy. They always did a great job with their grooming. The turnaround time was always under 2 hours. We have a new puppy now and will be taking Cooper for his first cut soon. I highly recommend this place.

They're very friendly, was our first time going there, both my babies looked so beautiful and they took the most adorable picture of them, in sure we will go there again.

I was simply calling for some pricing and I was rushed off phone and did not answer questions very nice. I guess calling a different place.

Very friendly staff. How they are able to trim my dogs nails(he hates when I try) is beyond me and they do it quickly. Great prices, I'll say leave a tip bc they deserve it!

My big, old, pampered Pyrenees is not an easy girl to get groomed. It's a lot of work! Well, we found our St Charles Missouri grooming spot at The Dog Spa. It is clean, the staff is amazing, and our girl is strutting her stuff with a fluffy new do like the Queen of Sheba. Well worth the money and the time.

The people that work there are all so kind. We have brought our dogs there for many years.

They have been grooming our dogs for almost 20 years. They are very friendly. They are also very good at listening to your pet's individual needs. They communicate well, too.

Amazing groomers! I have a dog with high anxiety and they were so patient and took the time she needed to get groomed properly. They are also very friendly, have convenient hours and I love that they only keep your dog for the amount of time it takes to groom them. They groomed both of my dogs in an hour and a half. They also do an adorable photo shoot at the end of their visit. I couldn't be happier!

I love how they only have your dog for the time it is needed to have a shampoo and haircut. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is so friendly. My dog loves coming here.

They do such an amazing job. Always fit us in and my little Olive and Lilo love them. Olive is always greeted with loving arms. This is the only groomer I will use.

High price and staff are not overly friendly. Had to take my dog back for a section on his FACE that was missed and was told "he moved around a lot." Yeah...he's a dog. They make you sign an agreement that youll bring your dog back within 3 months or they'll charge a surcharge. If something happens and you can't keep your appointment they charge you a fee. I just want to get my dog's haircut I don't want to have to get a lawyer

I have been using this groomer for several years. They do great great work however the customer service is lacking. I took a new dog there. When I called and made the appointment, I asked if I need to fax over the shot records and I was told no they would call if they went to the same vet as the other dogs. When my son went to pick up the dogs I was told that they charged me an extra 15.00 because the vet had no record of the dog. Come to find out they were looking at a vet from an older dog in 2014. We have need been there in years. I asked do you not verify dogs records every year? No she does not!. That is scary. So instead of picking up the phone and calling me back and asking if that was the correct vet or telling me they had no record she went ahead and cut the dog and then charged me the fee. I am very concerned that they do not verify the shots as they expire. Every other place I have ever taken my dogs always make me us re verify the shots after they expire. I hate this because they do really good work but it is not the worth the risk to my dogs to much stuff out there to risk them catching it if there is a dog in there that does not have it shots.

Katy loves her work...very nice to the dogs. I use to bring my dogs there years ago in 2014. I was always happy with how they groomed my dogs. This year I returned with 2 new members (Yorkies) In all... I find the owner lacks customer service skills. Snaps???? Lately she has been sarcastic and rude towards me over the phone twice. So I had to find another groomer.

I have a 6yo maltipoo who has been going to dog spa since she was a puppy. She has had 2 major surgeries along with a bit of attitude and they are sooo good with her and patient. We have a quirky 2yo maltipoo who is a sweet little mad man and they take great care of him too! I myself and particular about the way they look and are cut and shaped and they always have hem looking good and know what I expect. If I need a little adjustment at pick up they are happy to accommodate. We have moved away from this business and I still make the drive because they are so nice and patient with my babies!

My favorite pet grooming place,

We took our rottweiler puppy here and I was a little nervous about leaving him but immediately the staff put my mind at ease. They let him sniff around in the back and get used to the smell while he waited for his turn. When I picked him up he looked amazing and we even got a cute little picture to take home. I can't say enough about this place and can't wait to go back!!

This place is awesome, I trust them with my babies so that says alot. The owner loves animals and is so good to them.

I take Buster in for a nail trim, he HATES people touching his paws and they are always so kind. I wait (because it only takes a couple of minutes) and never hear a whimper out of him.
