I really trust these vets. My Labrador puppy has seen Dr. Doyle as her main vet since 8 weeks old. She was attacked at 13 weeks old by another dog and I’ve been very impressed with their care for her since then. We have now been helped by nearly every vet in office for various emergencies/check ins related to the attack. They always come out to the car to have a conversation with me about what’s going on, discuss options and their prices with me and I never feel judged for whatever decisions I have to make. Also, my pup loves going and gets so excited when we get into the drive through (see photo for perked ears proof), overall I am glad we picked this vet 6 months ago.

Took my dog there for nails and bath. Nails looked great but they didn't give him a bath and charged me for one. He was not clean when I picked him up, didn't even smell good.

100% just no. Dr. Bruce Freeman saw my family’s elderly sick cat who was there for quality of life. I made him aware upfront that she was semi feral and was scared. As a vet tech, I asked him to be kind and take the carrier lid off and I was more than happy to help him. He blew me off and hooked slip leash so tight around my cats neck and suspended her in the air. His only reasoning was “he needed to complete and exam an he saw she was trouble”. Absolutely no compassion or care was given as I’m already crying about the situation. I asked him to put her on the ground as she was blatantly choking and couldn’t breathe. I took my cat back and she was treated with kindness at KCVC.

This animal clinic has very friendly and professional staff. The Dr.s are outstanding in their knowledge and obvious love about and for the animals they care for. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone with a pet!!

Great clinic, take both of my cats there and the staff is always friendly. I never feel taken advantage of for my pets care, and the vet techs follow up several days after to make sure your pet needs were taken care of. Highly recommend!

I take both of my cats here. The doctors go above and beyond, and the reception team is amazing! I always feel like my cats are in good hands. Super supportive and welcoming environment.

I was having a issue with my older dog and I took him in and they suggested we do blood work, so we did. Everything came back great and they suggested we give him an antibiotic, even though they thought he was having heart failure. He was having "seizure" like episodes. He was there the whole day and they made it seem like he was ok and been good all day. When they put him in my car, he immediately had an episode. I took him home and he could not even walk without passing out. We made him comfortable that night and had to go back and put him down the next morning. I feel like I was miss-lead by Peggy Roth to get money out of me. $300 and some change for bloodwork and antibiotics and then $260 and some change for the cremation and shot. I feel she should have told me the antibiotics would not do anything. He literally couldn't walk when I got him home that night. I feel he suffered a little because of her actions, and that's what makes me write this review. They took back one of the bottle of antibiotics and shorted me $5 for a "processing fee" on the medicine? You got me for $560 in 2 days when it should have been far less. I will never be going back to this vet. Although I did like working with Dr Tawney, she was great and transparent with everything on my other visits. Please proceed with caution and think twice. I followed her suggestions because they are the experts. Peggy Roth needs to retire and not lead anymore people down the wrong path. Just my two cents, take it for what its worth.

We go out of our way to continue to come to this clinic. I only want the best care for my pets and they have never let me down in the 3 years we have been coming here.

Our boarding experience for our 2 sister rescue cats was bad & left one car I’ll. We paid to have one large kennel-they were separated into two smaller cages. We were told they would not be in a room with dogs that was not true. One of our girls takes medicine for a heart condition which the chart shows they messed up the written instructions we gave them. Be sure to check out the dismal boarding cages in the basement. When we complained we were ridiculed by Dr Freeman. BUYER BEWARE.

Dr. Tawny is THE BEST VET ever! In my combined 25 years as a dog Mom, I have never found someone who could even hold a candle to the amount of empathy she showed me as I was making one of the toughest decisions of my life. My doggos are my kids and the kindness and she and her staff showed me was unforgettable. I have another older buddy now and I can't imagine having him cared for by anyone else. Thank you!

Amazing experience at this vet! First off, our dog has anxiety, is high strung, and gets uncomfortable at vets mainly due to our last vet experience being so traumatizing for him. Dr. Doyle as been incredible with letting our dog warm up to him, taking the time to get to know our dog and willing to take the extra steps needed in order for him to feel comfortable. Going to the vet was something my dog always dreaded, and honestly so did I. Although, the staff here is always so happy and cheerful and goes out of their way to love on our fur baby. Thank you!!

I took my puppy for his first well check visit on June 28th. Everything went fine. Two weeks later my puppy was experiencing vomiting, diarrhea and lethargy. I called immediately when I found out his symptoms ( I work weekends and evenings so I was not home to see his behavior was different). Thomas J. McKee DVM did a fecal exam, informed me of a parasitic infection. After asking me what breed my dog was Thomas J. McKee DVM verbally made the assumption my dog was from a puppy mill. A little over 24hours later, after taking my dog to the Mission Med Vet, my 3lb puppy is in kidney failure. I will find out in a few hours how soon I will have to end his suffering. Mission Med Vet did a blood analysis. That’s the major, most important difference! Why would Thomas J. McKee DVM simply stop at a fecal exam? Why would I be advised to immediately stop the medication prescribed from Thomas J. DVM because my dog was too young for that specific medication? Not only negligent, but being scolded for feeding my dog Blue Buffalo( he demanded I throw it in the trash) and he SITS on the floor while explaining to me the seriousness of following his suggested treatment! WOW just WOW. NEVER EVER TAKE TRUST this clinic

I had a horrible experience with this company. My dog was laboring and needed services. They sent her home for six more hours without doing anything. Only to have her some back when we called to bring her back after 5hrs and 45 min they wanted us to wait 30 more. She had been laboring 12 hours at this point without producing another pup. Finally we brought her and andante because it was so late. We had to go hike. Exhausted from being up all night the day before and crying all day. We had to wake up after two hours rest to pick her and the puppies up! I would not recommended! Horrible experience.

This vet is the best place I've taken my little Gizmo. They cleaned his teeth today and groomed him, Gizmo did great and the staff really does care about your fur babies. Highly recommend. Thank you for your care

Everyone who works here was amazing! I recently moved here from Arkansas and noticed my chihuahua had a dental issue that needed immediate care. I called OP Veterinary Center and my dog was able to be seen that morning by Dr. Doyle. He was so professional and super nice. He took a lot of time explaining various options to prolong my dog’s health. During the visit, he performed a dental procedure on her at a VERY reasonable cost. The cost of vet care and medication is the cheapest I have ever found (we have lived in both LA and AR for years.) I will certainly be returning to their clinic for future vet care and recommending them to anyone needing vet care for their pets!

They have a drive thru which makes dropping off your pet easy and virtually contactless. The veterinarian came out to my car to talk about my cat and was super nice and friendly. I could tell she cared. The rest of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and overall it was a great experience.

Very good doctors, but incredibly unfriendly, unempathetic, and rude receptionist/front desk.

Great people that take a special interest in your pet's needs. Also, a fantastic place to board when you go out of town. We love Jan! The only con is they don't see giraffes.
