My Labs love going to Lionsgate! The entire staff loves every animal as if it were their own. The doctor’s are very knowledgeable and they collaborate often to provide the best care. Dr McHugh has been our vet for 29 years. Our dogs are part of our family and I trust Dr McHugh (and the entire practice) with our fur family!!!

I was referred to LGPH when my puppy was sick and our vet was on vacation. That was 13 years ago. LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff and Dr. Ann I now have 2 dogs ( 13yrs & 10 yrs) I have never gone back to the old vet. They are warm, compassionate, friendly and trustworthy. I totally trust them with my fur babies..

The Drs. and Staff are remarkable caring people. They care more about my dog than my family Dr cares about me. We are Loyal fans of Dr. McHugh for over 25 yrs.

I love this clinic and Dr. McHugh is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about her patients. I have never experienced this much attentiveness from any other veterinarian in years. 5* service all the way. From the moment they answer the phone to book your appointment, to following up regarding care and bloodwork the next day not to mention checking up a few weeks after appointment to make sure your pet is still doing well.

I have 2 14 yr old dogs with multiple health issues. Needless to say, most of these issues need to be addressed right away. Lionsgate has always responded quickly and helps facilitate an appointment with a specialist when needed. ( which has been often!) Their kindness and concern for my pet’s well being puts them number one in my book!

This is the best veterinary clinic in JoCo. Dr. McHugh has helped us with several of our rescues and now we wouldn't trust anyone else with our precious Sophie.

Highly recommend Lionsgate Pet Hospital! Most recently, they have gone above and beyond to help make sure Becky was taken care of. She was very sick and we didn't know what was wrong. They talked us through our options and gave recommendations. And when she has to go to the pet ER they checked in with us often to see how she was progressing. We value their opinions and absolutely adore all the staff! Thanks so much for all your support!

Was not told on the phone or by mail or email or text, to bring a mask when I brought my dog in for a checkup to get his teeth cleaned. I was berated by the office manager in front of many other people for not having a mask on. I said I could go get one from my car, when I was yelled at many more times to get out or put a mask on. Another gentleman who looked very upset with the way he was treated, left the office and handed me his mask. I have been fully vaccinated and had Covid a year ago and still have antibodies after a recent test. There is no mask mandate, and everywhere I go, I do not see others wearing masks. None of this was good enough for this overpriced practice that pushes procedures before they even give you other less expensive alternatives. If Ann McHugh had been there today, this poor treatment would never have happened. Go elsewhere for “professional” health care for your pet!

Lionsgate has a fast and efficient curbside drop off/pick-up service. The staff members were all very friendly and made sure all my needs were met for me and my dog.

There is nothing you could have done to make my experience better! I absolutely love all your entire group and appreciate your care and compassion! It's been a couple of years since my previous pet passed and now, returning to you with my new cat, I am reminded of the very special vets and staff at Lionsgate!

Lionsgate meets every possible criteria you’d want from a vet. Great proximity/location. Priced very reasonably. Tremendously patient & informative. And exceptionally caring. This was my first family dog. So, hence, the first time I needed a vet. I didn’t know what I needed or should be looking for in a pet provider. But now that I’ve found Lionsgate, I know it’s where we belong. Thank you to Amber and the rest of their amazing staff. I highly recommend their services.

How should I know I never been there

The staff at Lionsgate are wonderful! Love Dr. Mchugh- always takes plenty of time with my kitties! Would totally recommend them!

I have used lionsgate vet hospital for a couple of years and have always been very satisfied with the personal and care until the COVID crisis has come up. They have cut hours and personnel to the point that they are too busy to be able to care for my animals in the way I was used to from their clinic. They are so busy, they didn’t even have time to return phone calls in a timely manner. I understand that COVID has affected our community in such a terrible way. However, why can’t they do paid work from home for a couple of hours to return customer calls? Many businesses are modifying their schedules and doing work from home to accommodate not only their personnel, but also the public.

We took our mini Goldendoodle here for the first time and loved them!!!! She just needed a booster since we moved here and they were very sweet and patient with her. I highly recommend them and love the location!!!!
