We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Julie for years and couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and kindness, as well as the entire staff at GD, always a pleasure when visiting the office. Even during the pandemic, their curbside service was much appreciated. They've taken great care of our fur babies and the cost to do so is affordable. Highly recommend to anyone with pets!

They helped me through one of the hardest things I've had to do in decades with compassion and grace. RIP my friend.

We took our very anxious dog in for an annual checkup and we’re a little nervous about the whole situation. Gentle Animal did an exceptional job at caring for our Oreo with patience and attentiveness. Dr. Judy gave some good advice to help with Oreo’s anxiety and we are very pleased with the service.

We have been taking our fur babies to Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital for years now and this past few weeks they have really blown it out of the water with care, compassion, and customer service. Our boy Mack suddenly went blind (SARDS) and 2 weeks later we found out he had lung cancer. Dr. Katelyn has been seeing Mack (he was abused previous to our got ya day 5.5 years ago so he has trust issues and dog aggression) and ALWAYS made sure no dogs were out when he walked in, she never muzzled him, always took her time with him until he was ready/comfortable, and she has personally called after EVERY appointment to check on him and see if he or even we needed anything. Mack is a pitbull and was discriminated against everywhere we went (even the 1st two vets we tried) which led us to Gentle Doctor) where his breed made NO difference! ????Unfortunately roughly 8 days from the time we got his cancer diagnosis it was time to make the call and let him gain his angel wings. Dr. Katelyn and the entire staff were beyond amazing and made one of the hardest times in our life a bit easier and for them we are forever grateful. So thank you, Dr. Katelyn and your entire staff for taking such good care of our boy. We will see you soon with his fur siblings.

We have taken Teddie to Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital since We got her. Everyone there is extremely caring & courteous. We have never had any issues with them. Highly recommend to any & everyone!

I absolutely love this vet. For the first time, it actually feels like a vet is listening to my concerns and actually cares. I've been to so many vets that have been dismissive and uncompassionate. Dr. Katelyn was amazing and spent more time than I would have expected explaining everything to me. She even gave me a recommendation to a specialist for my poor Luna that has been suffering with arthritis. Receptionists Brittany and Erika were also incredibly sweet and gave Luna lots of praise and pets. Don't hesitate to visit this vet; I will admit they are about $30-40 more than my average vet visit but you pay for what you get.

I cannot say enough great things about the care my dog cow cow received this past week and weekend. The care, compassion and kindness everyone showed is why I will never take my animals to another vet. Dr. Melissa and her team of techs were truly amazing and provided the best care cow cow could ever have had. When I had to make the difficult decision to let cow cross the rainbow bridge Dr. Katelyn and the rest of the staff were truly amazing. They allowed me and my daughter all the time we needed to say goodbye and when the time came, Dr. Katelyn made sure that we understood the process and was so compassionate. Thank you all for the care and love you provide to all of your furry clients. You truly are the best!

Dr Judy is amazing and so compassionate. Her quick diagnosis of dog’s illness saved her life and major heartache for us. The staff is great with their patients as well.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I was not happy that they would not accommodate our special needs dogs during Covid and stated they would potentially muzzle them when I explained that they are deaf and not comfortable when they cannot see us ( die to being deaf ) we sought other care at a vet that would appropriately care for our deaf dogs during Covid this location is more convenient and we never had an issue with the vet. Just with the office manager Bree. . I was vocal about my dismay. I Called to make an appt post Covid and they would not make an appt. shame on you for not putting animals first. Shame on you for your unprofessionalism. Go elsewhere if you have special needs dogs or you expect the staff to be kind.

My dog had a pretty deep cut, needed to get her seen ASAP!! Dr Melissa was so kind to squeeze us in between appointments and help my fur baby. All of the techs there were so sweet and so willing to help! It’s hard for me to trust just anyone with my pup but I knew she was in good hands.

Amazing staff and doctors. I would never take my pets anywhere else. They really treat you and your pets like family.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Originally came because of a coupon but will easily be moving all my pets under their care from now on. Very reasonable prices.

Overpriced. Wouldn't share lab results with another vet. Had to have them done all over again thus paying twice. Second set at another vet cost me half as much.
