We have our 3 Danes and Maltipoo booked for next month to stay for a week in there suites. I visited there yesterday and was really impressed. Have a great feeling and will update after there stay. Staff was very friendly, helpful and super easy/fun to work with. Really happy we found it.

Some of the kindest animal-loving people in the industry. Until we recently left the state this was our go-to place for our pets. It’s hard to find ownership/management as conscientious and caring as Erin and her staff! We look forward to hearing about her newest venture in the crossroads!

Cramped, indoor only. I wouldn't recommend their boarding services. I can't speak to the grooming because I took our dog out of boarding before her scheduled grooming appointment.

Sydney's is the first business I've ever written a negative review for. My wife heard about them from a friend of her's in PTA and we gave it a shot. We've taken our dog to 3 Dogs & A Cat for many years with no issues but I figured all groomers were the same. First trip went well, our dog looked good and the staff was friendly. Today when I dropped off at 10am, I was told "Drop off was before 9am". Ok, I'll remember that next time. "No, we can't help you today." I dropped off at 10am last time and nobody said anything. And the scheduler didn't mention it either. "We will talk to her about reminding folks". I asked if we could still keep today's appointment and she said "You'll just have to come back another time." I told her I don't have to ever come back actually, and I wanted to speak to the manager. "I'm the manager". It wasn't going to get better so I left. When I got home Sydney's owner called me. "I wanted to talk about the mixup this morning". Wow, this is someone who knows about customer service. "Our policy is no drop offs after 9am". Yes, I was made aware of that today. "And I don't appreciate you arguing with my staff over my policy." !!!!! You called me up to argue with me? "Yes and..." I cut her off and said I'm too annoyed to argue, I'll leave a negative online review. "I don't care, I'll just respond to it and say you caused the problems today and were rude to our staff." Sydney's is a place where any mixup is the customer's fault, and if you don't like it, the owner will *actually* call you up to argue with you. Tom in Leawood KS.

I can tell they were patient and kind with my sometimes difficult 9 yo cat while I was away for almost a month. She is as happy to be home and relaxed as could be expected. Thank you ladies!

We don’t board our dog very often and after a pandemic year in which our 7 pound furry companion has not been without us…. I felt particularly anxious. But I want to give well earned praise to Sydney’s for easing our anxiety. Every encounter we’ve had with the place is top notch. When our peekapoo, Ollie wasn’t eating as much as he should, they contacted us to ask if they could add pumpkin or chicken broth to his food to entice him to eat. No one wants to be parted from their favorite pet. But if you have to, you should feel good about your choice at Sydney’s. They are competent and caring. I don’t write reviews often. But I wanted the team at Sydney’s to know they’re doing things right. Thank you.

My pup has done both doggy daycare and also boarding services. Staff recognizes my pup and greets him by name. He’s always excited to go play. Staff Is friendly and professional and appears to genuinely care about the dogs!

Ruby(cane corso) loves going there ! She gets up with me and waits at the door to go. Place is clean. I have boarded her there, they called because she didn't eat her breakfast. They ask if they could give her some pumpkin in her food. Great ideal! I really how they watch after her.They let me knowing something not right with my dog. They let you how play day went! Great place to take your dog for play time while you are at work.Workers are friendly!

I took my two large, double-coated dogs there for a wash, de-furminate, cut. The absolute worst haircut I have ever experienced with my dogs. I doubt they even washed them. The cut is uneven all over, they just did a straight line at the tail, did not brush the undercoat at all (it is now coming out in clumps), and other than a very bad haircut, you can’t tell they even groomed them. The manager said that I could bring them back to get it fixed, but I won’t let them touch my dogs again.

Had a great first experience. The style/grooming looked great. For the first time our pup (toy poodle) seemed like she really enjoyed being at a groomers and acts like she enjoys showing off her new look :-)

The team at Sydney's demonstrate true caring and concern for our pet. He is older and has stress issues when going in for a grooming. The team helped define a path that reduced the level of stress and impact. We would gladly recommend their services to pet owners.

Sydney's staff is the BEST! We have worked with them for over 10 years for dog grooming, day care and kenneling needs for our bichon frises. Stephanie does an outstanding job on their grooming services- they always look just perfect! And the dogs LOVE going to Sydney's, which is the ultimate review - always excited, happy pups ready for fun at Sydney's.

Went for grooming because my normal groomer is booked out for months. I have a puppy , his 2nd haircut ever. I gave specific instructions and the cut was nothing like I asked. It was terrible. I did call later and they did refund me and apologize. I appreciate that, but i won't be going back. UPDATE: they never refunded . Just thought I would pass that along.

If you care about your pet, do not take them to this place. I have only had 1 experience there and will never be returning. It was impossible to contact anyone online, via phone, or in person. I was told after the first day I would have someone review his first day. The staff member brought my dog out and she looked annoyed that she was even there. Nothing was said to me about him. And he is jolting out the door, I have taken him to daycare before and he has never acted like that, which makes me think he was treated poorly. I take him home and he has one of the longest restroom breaks as if he were holding his bladder all day-which leads me to believe he was put in a kennel majority of the day.

Where we go to get our dogs groomed. Very friendly and they do a great job with our pets. We have kenneled here a couple of times with no issues.

I’ve taken my dog to Sydney’s several times. They never disappoint! The staff is courteous and they take good care of my dog. Highly recommend.

I love this place! I am always greeted with a smile and everyone knows me and my pup by name. My dog requires some special care and sometimes acts like a diva when I leave him places. Sydney’s is the first facility that has taken the time to understand what triggers my dog and helped him to be comfortable when he stays. I’m so thankful!! Best of all, he comes home clean and happy each time he visits ????

I believe our dog very much likes being boarded here. He also gets to participate in an open environment playing with other dogs. We only have good things to say about our experiences with Sydney's.

The staff was very nice and it was obvious that they truly love and care about animals. I felt very confident about leaving my cats there. When I picked up the cats, they were happy and had been well cared for. One of my cats coughed once and they immediately called me. This made me feel like I had chosen the right place to leave my pets. The prices were less than other five places I had called. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I am very happy about the entire experience.
