A family-owned veterinary practice is hard to find. Thirty years later we are still happy with them. They just operated on our new puppy and all our children use them for their pets. Now if they could just help him quit cigars.

Dr. Baker and Kelly are super cool. Doc always goes to any end for our cats. He has met us on Sundays when our cat needed an injection. He has been our vet for 5 cats over the last 20 years. We actually got an extra year of quality life for one of them through at home "kitty dialysis ". Highly recommended by us and multiple kits.

Dr. Baker is thorough, direct, attentive to detail, quite the educator, and very compassionate. He takes great pride in his work. Hands down, he's the best.

Dr Humphrey and his staff are amazing! We have been using The Leawood Plaza Animal Hospital for our animal needs, Vet, grooming and boarding for almost 15 years now. Our Lassa-appso miniature poodle mix Kisses has been visiting for over 10 years now and in recent months has developed diabetes. Dr Humphrey and staff (especially Lou) have been working with us to get her blood sugar under control. We can’t thank them enough for all that they do.

Best place I have found to take my pets in the metro. Dr. Baker and his staff treat my pets as they would their own and adjust their treatment to each pet's personality. The whole staff wants to get to know you and your pet, they will talk with you for hours if you let them. Very personable and definitely in the business to care for your pets. Dr. Baker is very level headed and tells you how it is; whether it be why he thinks you should choose one product over another or what your treatment options are for your pet.

Myself and my dogs Teddy and Panda refer to Dr. Baker as the miracle worker. He performed an FHO surgical procedure on my little Pomeranian and said it would be 8 to 10 weeks to know the outcome. Knowing my dog I figured we would know in 8 to 10 days when the surgical staples came out. Dr Baker is to modest it was literally 8 to 10 hours and he was walking on it. Dr Baker his wife Kelly and staff are forever in our debt

Dr. Baker, Kelly, and the rest of the staff are amazing. Not only do I, but my mom and sister bring their dogs here too! They are trust worthy and very available especially with an emergency. They remember us and our pups which is something we appreciate. During hard times with our new puppy they've really helped. Also, the pricing is affordable compared to other places.

Dr. Baker is fantastic and very down to earth. Good with our dog and always explains things very well. He is also very practical and will talk through options without pressure. Staff always remembers us immediately and makes us feel very appreciated.

Have been going to Dr. Baker since 2003. Dr. Baker and Kelly treat our fur babies as family. We started with Kitty Kat, and now with kids all grown up and have their own, we brung all 7 of our pets there.
