Leah is the ONLY person dealing w live animals who has ANY knowledge and is honest enough to tell you to not to buy a particular type fish at the time you are looking Danny sold me 15 neon tetras but put 2 greens in too,they've ALL DIE its a unday night no one will answer NEVER AGAIN I just wanted to say Leah was quick to call me back and take care of the problem. I also wanted to mention the other employees who work there that are friendly and very helpful and actually listen to your needs Pet Supplies Plus is the BEST store in North County for ALL your pets needs

This store and the associates are awesome. They greet you with a smile and very helpful. I don't have to look for assistance; they are readily available. Stock and variety is plenty. They make my experience one of ease and pleasurable.

I love this place! The employees are really nice and always helpful. They have always had everything I needed for furry friends all the way down to my amphibian littles.

Im always In & out! They prices are a higher then where I normally go but once I signed up for their membership the discount make them unbeatable.

Your groomers today...all 3 of them...are horrible. The 3 of them couldn't get a dogs nails cut. Megan can, she should be training them to do the job right. I know every place needs help right now, but at least hire groomers who can groom, and have some experience.

Went for pet clinic. Was great staff

Love this store as a whole however we WILL NOT be returning for the grooming services. We took our girls to get their nails trimmed recently and sadly the individuals working were really unprofessional and our dog almost fell off the table and they placed a thing around her neck to keep her steady. We were very concerned they were not more tentative from the beginning. Sad we had such a poor experience because the reviews were good.

I have been going here basically since they opened this location. The employees are ALWAYS very helpful and happy to help. They have even offered to help to carry bigger orders out to the car, so wouldn't have to juggle purchases and pets. The delivery service is a wonderful feature and have received everything in very timely manner. ????

My ONLY one stop shop for my pets. And my sister Carissa works there as an amazing groomer too. Definitely a win-win!

We had our 2.5-year-old Akita groomed there, and they did a fabulous job. We were a bit worried, because she is not dog-friendly and is sensitive about being touched on her feet and backside, but they were able to wash and deshed her, and trim her nails with no problem. She looks and smells fantastic, and the cost is very reasonable.
