My visit was great. First of all I was a client of Banfield Pet Hospital through Pets Mart for my dogs. I found Florissant Animal Hospital to be more responsive and more eager to assist with my pets. When calling to make an appointment for a sick visit or doing it online you are in the next day or two. I appreciate you serving us.

I brought my puppy in bcas he was having a hard time breathing and he also was shaking. They came running out to assist me and they also was nice and friendly. I would recommend you to come here if you experiencing and problems or concerns with your pet.

I was very pleased with how Dr. Parr treated my cat. I brought her in as a new patient with a concern of her persistent diarrhea she had been having. Other vets can be overly aggressive with cats, but not here. They took their time with her and let her get comfortable so that my cat was not traumatized with the visit. I really felt like they listened to my concerns and walked me through the possibilities. They took costs into consideration and openly discussed prices with me ahead of time. In the past other vets have jumped to the most expensive tests first without first ruling out simple possibilities of what may be wrong, I appreciated Florissant Animal Hospital not doing this. I will definitely be looking to set up my other pets as patients here.

It was our first vet visit here, and also our first with a new cat who is a rescue, so we were very nervous. Dr. Sullivan was excellent, gave me a lot of ideas to work on with my cat to help her settle in and feel safe.

Dr. Parr and the staff at florissant animal hospital are amazing with my cat Mia. Myself and my family have been taking our pets to Dr Parr since I was a child and she always gives the best care and is very knowledgeable. I love Florissant Animal hospital and so does my cat Mia ????

I would never recommend this place. They are not accommodating at all.

I always take my dog there to get groomed and other pet services. I am VERY PLEASED. The staff is friendly and they REALLY CARE about your pet needs.

Love being able to make same-day illness appointment, very pleasant, friendly, comforting to fur babies and their parents. They offer fear-free services as well.

Thank you to Dr. McDermott, Dr. Parr and all the Staff at Florissant Animal Hospital for taking such good care of my Border Collie Betty. Two minor surgeries on the same day and the results were all we could have hoped for. The cost was was exactly as projected, so no surprises. I have been a client of FAH for 20 years, covering 5 different dogs and 1 cat. They are wonderful.

You don’t call yourself a hospital if you don’t take walk-in emergencies. I googled animal hospitals in my area and this had great reviews. So I immediately drove here to take my cat who was in great pain, due to a bladder infection, and was denied because I didn’t have an appointment.

OUR VET, DR. SULLIVAN IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, WE ARE SOOO LUCKY TO HAVE HER CARING FOR OUR ELDERLY BUDDY! ALL OF THE STAFF ARE SO CARING, IT'S A VERY GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR BEST FRIENDS!!!

This clinic should not be called animal hospital and they should not ever list emergency veterinarians as one of their services. We went there this evening with our poor cat suffering and they simply denied care. Have we known that this place is not a hospital and do not take emergency cases we would not have taken our cat here. If you have an emergency forget about this place.

I took my new puppy Stetson and they loved him and spoiled him and gave me very important tips on taking care of his health.

Dr Klotz and her staff are great! She takes her time in treating your pet!

Florissant Animal Hospital has been very important in my pets’ lives. They have my trust in taking care of my furry family members. The Vets and all support staff are real pros. My 6 year old pup has never had another vet except Dr Parr, and trusts her in her care.

Always excellent customer service and they love my fur baby like their own.

Florissant Animal Hospital saved our puppy's life today.. Forever grateful to the entire staff who took immediately action the second I arrived with a very sick puppy, who had only minutes to live & knew how to save him. God bless You All!

All the staff was absolutely amazing. They treated Kamani great. It was her first time and I couldn't not have hoped for a better staff. Very informative and friendly.

I would rate 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I couldn't simply hold for the receptionist. Instead I had to repeatedly hang up and call back for about 5 minutes before anyone answered so I could pick up my dog.

We have been coming here for years and I highly recommend Jen and Hiroko. They also do dog boarding. Our one little dog always love coming here.

I took my 22 year old cat Felicia in on 09/10 for her yearly checkup and vaccinations. With her being so old, of course she had some other issues that needed to be looked at. Dr. McDermott was very gentle and attentive to her. I also had bad heartburn that day, and one of the assistant nurses gave me a Tums capsule. They always go above and beyond for my animals (and for me)! Thanks again!

Our groomer Jennifer is amazing with our furdaughter Jazz!! Jazz always leaves looking beautiful and smelling great. Her coat is always shining and she is so happy!! Jennifer always clips her nails but always insures she doesn't go too low to hurt her. Amazing job always!!
