Everything is reasonably priced and I've never been given any unpleasant surprises. They're always happy to help on the phone and prompt to clean their lobby if a Customer gets "too excited"

My sister left her dog while we went on vacation and they were good with Sammy.

I had to rate it at least one star to leave a review. I just walked in to update my little puppers shots and got shunned after standing in front of the 2 women at the counter for 10 minutes who were just manning the phones..I mean I suppose I could start a dogs have rights movement or something considering it only takes a few minutes to administer shots. Very poor service. I highly recommend taking your furbabies somewhere more personable and that takes the time to show you they care for your babies.

They were great, caring for my cat & helped me deliver my cat food to the car & my cat.

The front office seemed pleasant at first. Lately it has become more difficult to deal with them in particular Kayla. She will argue and tell you all the reasons she won't help you. Asked to speak to Kara she could Kara less just an insincere apology and thats all. I just want my dogs taken care of. Dr Joe is excellent but its not worth putting up with his office people . So if you need help I recommend elsewhere to avoid rude, ignorantly being insulted . Best wishes to Dr. Oberlin, Dr. Joe and all rhe others that do try to provide quality care.

My dog needed to be seen it was an emergency and they refused to see him saying the were all booked. They advertised the provide emergency service but they don't they just said we would have to go to Chesterfield. I told them that I didn't have transportation and they still refused to help.

One of the only local places that can service my bird. Acceptable prices as well.

Certain vets here are grate others not so much

I only rated a 4 star because I feel the price was to high.I received good service from the Vet and staff but the Vet was unable to tell me what was wrong with my Toy Poodle.

Some vets there are better than others. They range from decent, to the worst imaginable. A vet there gave my cat a metacam injection and at the same time prescribed prednisolone. This is a big no no, and can cause deadly reactions. I knew this, and called a different vet at another place, and they said to not give the prednisolone right after metacam. My cat could have died if I had given it, as there can be serious interactions between the two meds. My bad experiences there, do not stop with that though.

This is my regular place in Missouri and soon as I move back they will have business from me over and over again. They have always did their best with me and my babies. Super great. I can't wait to I move back around home!

I've had nothing but good experiences with them. When my long-term vet has been out of needed prescription diet food, they've got it. When I needed to get my cats seen and others were booked out too long, they got us in, and have provided excellent care for my fur babies.

We had to put down our dog so not a pleasant experience. They staff were very nice. They sent us a sympathy card with our dog's paw print so we cried all over again.

Very impressed with this place, very helpful and got our sick calves right in. Thank you!

Greatest Vets and staff around!! Whether its at the office or a visit at your home/farm, you counldnt ask for better care for your fur babies!! No matter what size they are!!????????????????????????????

They have been very helpful in seeing two of my dogs for separate issues on a last minute basis. All of the staff I've encountered have been great. They have taken great care of my dogs.

Our dog had an emergency after the Clinic had closed. We called the emergency number and arranged to meet the Veterinarian there. We were met quickly and the staff was amazing, especially dealing with our dog, who has no trust for others.

I do vendor deliveries for this location and they make jokes about people with disabilities just trying to do their job, if any of their items are marked fragile, if they aren’t I carry them in there and never dropped anything because of my medical condition until today and there were several people who could’ve helped at any point but preferred watching me instead and then the vet made jokes about it. Can’t imagine how his lack of professionalism would carry over to handling pets ????????‍♀️

Dr O is an awesome vet! All of the staff here are amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets.

I love this place! Especially Dr. Oberle....he is so great with my babygirl as well as all of the animals I help care for...and the vet techs are just as sweet

I had a puppy with a treble hook in its lip they were the third place that I called and were the only ones to get him in they were all friendly and helped my little guy out it was a 35-minute drive from my house and I have some closer but I will call them first from now on
