Dr. Whitehead and the staff were fantastic. The facility was clean, and the service was quick and thorough.

Dr. Whitehead and his staff are truly amazing. Always ready to help your pet be as healthy and happy as possible.

Took my Dog in for an emergency. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Clara was taken care of and sent to VSS. The doctor who saw Clara, forwarded her information over to VSS and everything was a breeze from there. Clara didn't make it over the weekend but I know she loved everyone she saw at the vet.

The doctors and staff here are absolutely amazing! They have taken such good care of my little Minnie!

We were very disappointed in the way we were treated. After out 12 yr. Old dog was diagnosed with cancer, we didn't hear from them again She lived another 3 and a half months. I continued to go their for meds and food When I wanted to put her down. They daidI would have to pay another $100 for an emergency visit. I told them how poorly we had been treated. I caed back to saw we would go ahead paying extra. I was told to go elsewhere. And that I wasn't allowed in the building. I was fooled for 13 years thinking they were wonderful.

She was a patient at Ellisville Veterinary for 12 years. We loved the doctors there, and the staff. However, during the last 3 and a half months, her doctor did not call to see how she was. I did continue to go there and order special canned food, and get medication for her. I was very disappointed, and expressed that to them. She took a turn for the worst a week or so ago. When I called there about putting her down. They said they could in 2 days, or if I preferred, today with a $100 extra fee for an emergency. I couldn't believe it. I complainted, and told them how I felt about the uncompassionate service we had received. I later called back, and wanted to go ahead with putting her down. I was told that they wouldn't do it, and I was never allowed in the building again. I am astonished at their lack of sensitivity. I will never take another pet there

For all you cyber bullies giving this hospital 1 star reviews based on a post on Next Door and not having been here yourself SHAME ON YOU! Vets 100% can fire clients that harass them, it's not new! Read between the lines where Charlene says that they are denying her service- THERE IS A REASON THEY WON'T LET HER COME BACK

As usual they were friendly and took great care of our pet. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Kroft is the best.

Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to the pet and the person. They took excellent care of my cat from our first visit until the day she had to be put down. They treated her with care and affection when I brought her in for checkups or shots. When she got sick, the vet was able to list options, and basic care was very affordable. When the time came that she had to be put to sleep, that experience was memorable, the entire staff were sensitive to the loss and treated it with the same gravity that I felt, which I something I haven't found true everywhere, and never to this degree of personal care. I can sincerely say I will never take a pet of mine anywhere else as long as this vet clinic is an option. I really can't recommend them enough!

Extremely knowledgeable and professional ... took time to explain everything and answer all questions! This is my second posting. I had to comment on the "over and above" service I received from Dr. Hummel. We had already been under veterinary care for our dog from the hospital, but were concerned about some returning symptoms we were seeing. We called in over a holiday weekend and he agreed to meet us at the office. My husband and I could not believe the time and care Dr. Hummel gave to out little Annie, as well as calming our fears! We both left feeling extremely appreciative and confident in the path he chose for our dog's recovery!

We had our first vet visit today at EVC. Macy was a little unsure, she is only 14 weeks old, but they did an excellent job trying to make her feel comfortable. I really enjoyed our visit and look forward to a long, healthy relationship with Dr. Whitehead and his staff. Thanks, Sy for recommending!

People are great there. Prices for various services are a bit high compared to the last vet we went to.

I feel so fortunate to have established a relationship with the staff and my pets. Every Doctor and staff member has been such a pleasure to work with. Kind and compassionate staff. The Dr was very patient when I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl and I was reassured I was doing what was best for her. Everyone was incredibly professional and treated me like family the moment I walked in the door.

Very friendly staff & close to home, what else can you ask for in a vet?

The people here are the greatest. We've used them a couple of times when we thought our last dog was near the end of his life a few years back and now just recently passed. They gave us our options and were helpful when making the decision. Simply the best.

I used them since 2017. They are qualified vets, which is why I won’t give one star. I had had plans to continue using them until today. It seems that their policy (or their willingness to enforce it) regarding their ability to sell my dog’s preventatives swiftly changed after they found out that I took my dogs somewhere else for vaccinations this year. They never once offered to schedule me an appointment during this phone/email transaction (they did reach out to me earlier in the year when I approached the year mark tho) or attempted to keep me as a client when they saw I was frustrated and confused by this policy. I feel so silly for using them now because I can see I wasn’t valued! I will be moving elsewhere.

Started here about a year and a 1/2 ago , Every experience has been very positive. They worked Us in this morning to a very busy schedule. Always very clean no smell at all. As usual everyone was very nice, Got us in on time and out very quickly very thorough exam. Again 100% satisfied.

I so appreciate that the staff worked with me to get appointments for my cats quickly. They won me (and my kitties!) over, and I’ll be back. Thank you!
